If the Murkrow gives a personal identifier, Sylvia will use it. However, I expect a less open response...
If given a name: "Esp! Espeon." (Nice to meet you, [name]!)
Then, the real question:
"Eon... Espy Espeon, espeon esp, esp esp Espeon?"
(The humans are all in an uproar... everything in one of their healing centers disappeared. You seem observant - did you happen to notice anything out of the ordinary?)
The Murkrow tilts its head at your greeting, but doesn't speak up. Rare is it for a Wild Pokemon to have a Name of any sort - that is more the domain of Humanity and all they bequeth one.
Your question, however, causes them to visibly shy away, ducking their head and looking away.
Translation: "....Yes, very much yes. Do not want to speak of it, no no. Invite trouble and Misfortune, it shall! Beware, beware, this be the work of a Big Predator! Involve yourself such, such you put yourself at peril!!"
The bejeweled bird gives you a reprouchful glance as they finish, as if daring them to inquire further and incur their wrath....
For Seddi, what is he going to be doing while Sylvia is chatting with the crow?

Oz gave Doctor Peace a bow of respect. "Its a honor Dr. Peace. Yes, I study various methods of medical treatment, and I also study some natural healing too. I also already help heal human and Pokemon lifes in the past."
Oz accept the test of Dr. Peace, and then see quick around her if there any herbs or berries where she can make some mix to give the Doctor some kind of heal to his exhaustion. Chesto Berries, Coffee beans, Leppas , or Sirius berries that might be around in this place if possible, anything she could do a healing drink or medicine who could help him heal him. In case she doesnt find, she will use her own medic skills to use him. And since I dont want to screw up in this test (and Oz is determined to help in whatever she can) I gonna sacrifice 24 XP to increase my Knowledge Skill from 3 to 4. That will help increase the odds in healing.
Medicine roll: Insigh(4)+Knowledge(4)+Medicine(3)-2 roll = 9D6 base roll!
If requested then Dr. Peace would give you some Oran Berries and Coffee Beans, raising an eyebrow as you took them and quickly went to work combine them, muttering to yourself and focusing absolutely on the task at hand!
(5)(5)(1)(3)(6)(6)(5)(2)(1) 4 Successes!
You end up whipping together a murky colored jam-like substance, which at first glance doesn't seem too appealing or successful. A quick taste, though, causes you to jolt as a minor surge of energy coursed through you. Wow, that was potent! Almost like a sip of expresso, heavily fruity in flavor!
It took a little convincing for the good doctor to try what you made, but upon trying it he visibly perked up, snatching the rest of it for himself and quickly finishing the medicine. The air of weariness around him seemed to abate, and that tired look in his eyes was replace with renewed vigor and determination.
"Ah, that was indeed effective."
He looks to you, some of his previous skepticism and irritableness gone.
"Hmm.... you pass muster. If you can make more of this....Energy Jam, that would be a fine contribution. Every medical personal here is becoming tired and overworked from this disaster, and this could take the edge of it long enough to finish triaging the patients. We'll of course provide you all the necessary supplies to make as much as you can, in so far as we can afford to."
This would take your Full Encounter, and I'll be doing a set of Rolls to determine how much you can make and the general outcome of Supplying Energy Jam.
Alternatively, you could have your PC suggest they directly help with the Healing of patients, though this may require another demonstration on your part in regard to healing injuries.

Alternatively, you can organize a few Pokemon Battles here to help Train yourself and give everyone a distraction. You can handle this by yourself, and have permission to be as Flashly and dramatic as you want to be - heck, that might be preferred, given how jittery as a nervous Bug everyone is. Got to let them loose the energy somehow, and what better way that a good tussle?
"So, which one sounds better to you, boy?"
These both have their own appeal to Darren, so *flips*. Patrols it is!
"As much as I wanna battle, I've got a good feeling about the patrols."
Your mentor lets out a tired sigh at your gung ho attitude, but the faint smirk he was sporting afterwards told you he was satisfied enough by your answer.
"Alright, grasshopper, Patrolling it is. Let make like a Beedril and Buzz off to it."
The two of you exit the Center and begin making way around the block of the Center, keeping your eyes peeled for anything suspicious and/or suspect....
...And end up stumbling all that a very Strange too: you see what appears to be a pair of....clown looking harlequins, complete with face concealing masks, attempting to break into a party supply shop. What?
" What?" is all Aaron has to say as he stares at the pair, them being yet Unaware of your presence thanks to your discrete approach (Like a Bug, very sneaky!) and all the jiggling and jangling they were making as they were trying to work open the door.
Uh...now what?

Fortunately, they managed to avoid a terrible fate of Death by Swarm Sting and lead them on a merry chase far out from shore and ditch them there, earning 3 XP for their hard work! Heading your nature's beckoning desire, you pick a direction at random and begin your march, keeping your eyes and ears peeled while paradoxically losing yourself to the flow....
.... And with one step the sand from beneath you collapses, sending you hurtling down a newly revealed hole! Thankfully you had a soft landing, the particulate matter being especially soft and surprisingly not damp all the way down here. Looking up, you could tell at a glance you've fallen not a small amount, 50 feet at the very least. Getting out of here might be an issue if you can't think of something....
....But that was not all you noticed. For right across from you was a small hole in the sid of the pitfall, a glittering brownish gold light emanating from it.
Fancy exploring to find out what it might be?

Sylvia finds it odd that a city 'mon would be so afraid - most of the ones she's interacted with seemed (or at least acted) more jaded than that. Based on the Murkrow's abundant adornments, it doesn't seem like they're young or new to the city - so the only conclusion Sylvia can draw is that this was *really* serious. Big Predator...
"...esp... Espeon. Peon, esp esp - Espeon? Esp eon?"
(...ah... Thank you very much. I'm sorry to have stressed you so - perhaps I can get you something? A berry, or a trinket?)
Sylvia's goal here is to calm the Murkrow down a bit, maybe let them warm up to her. They're the only real lead she's got, given the mystery of the footprints, so holding on to them seems a good idea... that, and she really hates to see them stressed out. Perhaps after a time, they'll be willing to tell - and maybe she can even convince them to join her, either for this mystery or for longer? We'll have to see.
Sylvia would have offered a one-on-one battle as an option as well, but something tells her she's not ready for that just yet...
Just a lil' Eevee, learning to draw...

Vernon will definitely check out that light. First, he's going to use his Fishing Rod and leave it hooked to the surface if he can manage to catch it on anything sturdy. He'll disconnect the reel from the pole for now so he can have Theseus' skein of yarn in the Labyrinth, should this hole bring more side passages.
Munchlax, burgeoning with curiosity, runs ahead of Vernon, which makes the Heavy Duty Boots come into play.

Going the sneaky route? Solid Snake would be proud of your approach to conflict - bypassing it however you can! And with reptiles notorious for being very much into direct confrontations - truly, you do like going against the grain!
Not that either of your Dragons complain - Lani is fine enough with 'dishonorable tactics' if they're used against baddies, while Ecclesia just flat out doesn't care about fighting fair at all. Speaking of the later, despite their enormous size you almost can't see them in this Gloomy place - not quite like the abyssal depths she lived in, but close enough for her to take advantage of it!
All that aside, you do indeed spot what appears to be a pile of weapons laying on one of the tables - looks like they BBs placed them their while they were hanging out once they secured their hang out. You also spot a few stragglers from the main group - about 4 members that were by their lonesomes doing whatever suited their thuggish hearts or keeping a half-hearted watch.
As for how Stealth can go down: We'll be doing a Couple of Stealth Rolls first. One to see how notable you are, and one for what you plan of doing. For the second one, you have the following courses of action:
- Target the Weapon Pile (Easy-ish)
- Target the Stragglers (Moderate; splitting up optional if you want better odds of 'getting' them all in exchange for Roll Penalties)
- Target Both (Hard; requires splitting up and has bigger consequences for Bad Rolls)
- Write In (??? - If you think of something else you want to Sneak up on, a Insight Check will be made to see if it is there and then difficulty will be assigned if it is) Any ideas that could be used to make Stealth easier should be brought up; depending on what they are I'll take them into consideration when making the Stealth Rolls.

Only a few ''Guards'', looks like a *distraction* is in order.
The plan: featuring option 1
1. Ecclesia fires a water pulse against a tree further away, luring them away. Then she hides in the shadows close to the clearing ready to strike.
2. Akamu sneaks up to the Weapon Pile and carries as many as he can into the darkness to hide them. (Lani may help if she wants)
3. Scare Ambush. Pinch them with camouflaged scary dragon and boxer dragon.
4. Should they fight back engage combat, should they run return to the shadows and prepare to ambush the group at large while they are still confused and uncertain.
Guy with way too much to say about unassuming games.

Darren also stares in slight disbelief in what is going on, before gathering himself and discretely calling out Chloe (Leavanny) and attempts to have her hogtie the would-be trespassers with a String Shot.

While watching and waiting, Seddi would subtly direct Rabsca to continue psychically scanning the area, looking for unusual presences in the crowd around the cordoned off area this time. Odds are the varmints aren't hiding among the bystanders, but better safe than sorry...

The Murkrow is aware of your presense, but otherwise doesn't pay you much mind - for now. Their focus is on the kitty cat that was bothering them with questions most uncomfortable, not the pair of weird looking cops!
Rabsca wouldn't find anything that'd match the given definition of 'unusual' you were looking for. Plenty of outlandish kinds of Trainers and citizens, yes - as was the norm in the Training Scene, let alone Sutalor - but nothing nefarious or particularly insidious was afoot. Well, aside from the trail. You do notice that Dodger was in an argument with one of the detectives - or rather he was being yelled at by the gumshoe while he took it with a long suffering expression and a annoyed look in his eye.

Translations: "Berries, Berries! Sweet and Sour Treats, to sooth my quivering heart and beak! Bring me a small feast, feast for a Feather Dance!"
You have roughly enough common berries to never worry about running out of them, but you only got 7 each of Orans, Cheri, Leppa, Rawts, Chesto, Persim, and Asppear, and 14 Pecha and Anti-Dark and Bug Berries. Pokemon typically enjoy the 'Status Changing' Berries more, but a well prepared snack or meal of regular berries could do good work in buttering them up too.
Seddi can also contribute any snacks or trinkets that might make the Murkrow more comfortable too!
