Dr. Peace meets your gaze with an critical glare, crossing his arms and staring you down as you plead on the behalf of this Trainer and his floral friend. Even though you can't see his face through his face-mask, one look at his posture tells you he's most unimpressed with you 'butting in' like this, perhaps more so due to the severity of the case at hand...
Diplomacy/Empathy Roll
INS + Contest + Empathy - Frustration (2) = 6D6 Dice; Need Min 2 to 'Succeed'
(5)(4)(5)(4)(5)(2) Okay then, Critical Success!
....But after bearing your own heart so frankly, his glare softens before he closes his eyes and heaves a heavy *Sigh* .
"....Very well. I am rather circumspect in letting a 'hedge doctor' with unverified credentials treating anyone, but....you are correct. *Opens eyes, nods, and motions towards the Trainer* Go ahead. I'll set up a stretcher here for you to do your inspection and help you diagnose the Liligant. From there you are on your own, and fully liable for the outcome for any treatments you render. Understood?"
Presumably you nod, and with another sigh they go about quickly setting up a make shift work station. Judging by their speed and precisions, it's something they've had to do quite awhile and had gotten 'good' at it. In the meantime the Trainer rushes forward to give you a hug, shouting "Thank you thank you thank you!" into your chest before you manage to pry them loose and get their Pokeball.
@ Dragonstrike Around this time Seddi would find his way over to this impromptu EMC situation, silently coming off from the side to witness things. Right now their presence is Unknown, but that will eventually change depending on what is done...
Once the station is set up, the Liligant 'Juniper' is released on the stretcher....and she is in bad condition. Her dress' leaves, which were supposed to be a pristine and vibrant green, were brown and wilted for the most part, and with some portions beginning to turn black. She was thoroughly battered all over, with several spot weeping fluid, inflamed, and filled with noxious looking Sludge, and looked to be bloated for some reason. Her face was one huge bruise, and her mouth...it looked as if it was ripped open a bit, the insides filled with that same horrible Sludge. And the smell... oh gods the smell was truly horrific, almost making you lose your lunch on the spot!
Medical Check Roll
INS + Knowledge + Medicine = 11D6 Dice; Dr. Peace will negate any (1)s and guarantee at least 1 Success in the Roll
(4)(2)(4) (2)(2)(3) (4)(3)(5) (4)(4) + 1 = 7 Successes!
With a Roll like that, you figure out everything you need to know. Juniper is on the verge of Death (0/1 HP, 10 Lethal Damage), is suffering from a severe case of Super Bad Poisoning, and is suffering from Infection (treated as Regular Poison for the sake of simplicity) due to all the Garbidor Sludge. That isn't the worst part, though, somehow. Her 'bloating' , as it turns out, was due to being PUMPED full of Sludge. Look at her mouth again, seeing the Damage and Sludge inside...did the Garbador force her mouth open and blast a Poison Move down her throat...?!
"....Well, this is certainly an emergency that warrants our attention," Dr. Peace dully states, before looking back over to you, serious and composed.
"You can't properly treat this Liligant without doing something about all that Sludge on and... in her. That is your first priority. Afterwards, the multiple cases of Infection and the Super Bad Poison can be dealth with, and then the Lethal Injuries. That is my recommendation - do with it as you will."
What's your Treatment Plan going to be?
With a nod, Oz agreed to doctor Peace orders. She quiet accept the hug of the trainer but she quick tell him. "Dont thank me. We will do our best. Leave the thanks for another time." Oz need to save that Liligant life. No matter what.
Oz look at Juniper situation, and she had to find strengh in some place she doesnt know. A life need to be safe.
She have a Full Restore that could be used to heal her, but with that Poison so deeply in her bloodstream, even with healing properties of the Full Restore would only regenerate the poisoned system. She must find a way to pump out the poison from her blood stream.
Pump out...
!
Thats it!
"Doctor Peace. I suppose you heard about hemodialysis. If we cut in the right spots, we could pump out the poison out of her system though her circulatory system, and safety make the necessary operations. Even if we dont have a pump tool, due to her nature as a Plant Non Mammalian Grass Type, she have a simplefied circulatory and digestion systems. I have a Hatterene who know Heal Pulse, Life Dew and Healing Wish. I could used that to stabilize her while doing the necessary cuts to pump out the poison of her body, and we can use a Full Restore I carry with me to help in the operation process of her most lethal wounds."

"Did someone say 'cut'?"
Seddi walks up to Oz and the doc, probably much to the doc's annoyance. Seddi isn't focused on that right now though.
"I don't know what in tarnation happened to that Lilligant, but I do know it ain't lookin' good. You tell him where to cut, Oz, and my Veluza should be able to make an incision for ya. Doesn't matter how tough the spot is either. Sharpest fish I know. Even can make some fish flavored snacks for the folks in need here as a bonus once he's done with his job."
He looks to the doc. "Apologies for steppin' in all of a sudden. Didn't want to just stand by when there's a 'mon in need and I can potentially help. Actually came over to see Oz for a little medical assistance myself, but it can wait. My needs are far less dire than this Lilligant's."
If Oz questions Seddi about him needing a little medical assistance, she might see him wiping some remnants of a nosebleed with his sleeve. "I'll explain when ya finish with this. Just focus on what's in front of ya for now."
Seddi will look over the Lilligant briefly. It doesn't take an expert to see there's Poison involved. "I've got some poisonous critters of my own if you want to try and make an antidote to make gettin' rid of that Poison easier. Dunno how effective it might be though, and it's contingent on both Lilligant's trainer allowin' it and the poisonous 'mon in question listenin' if I have to use my freshly caught one. Not exactly a fast solution either."
He has one other idea as well, and he's almost certain it would work, but it's not something he wants to employ unless things are looking really dire. Revealing Leaves here just to save one pokemon? It'd certainly be fitting for a pokemon that looks a lot like a Sword of Justice to turn up in a situation like this, but it's also 1000% the kind of publicity he's been trying to avoid so far. Even if the tent was entirely closed off from prying eyes, the Verdant Terrain would likely spread beyond it. There would no doubt be questions about what happened.
Maybe he can think of something else to add to this plan? Rabsca and Ceruledge are out of action still, and he only has a basic knowledge of field medicine, but Oz's plan definitely sounds solid. If it's not done carefully though...
Dr. Peace is indeed displeased, letting out a tired sigh and pinching his nose.
"Who let you - oh, whatever. I've left this situation in Oz hand's, and I need to be elsewhere to check up on other patients. *Looks over to Oz* Your idea has merit, but we don't have any of the equipment necessary for proper dialysis or pumping. You'll have to get creative if you want to pull it off, and that is something to avoid when dealing in medicine. Infinitely so when the matter is life or death. *Sighs* As I said, though, you are in charge of this Liligant's health and outcome. Do what you think is best for her, and be prepared for the consequences of your actions, whatever they may be. Excuse me, gentlemen."
With that said the dour doc departs from the tent, not quite in a storm but clearly in a hurry to do his job elsewhere and not have to put with any potential medical malpractice on his watch. He already wrote this off and put in squarely on the party medic's shoulders, and he truly does have other matters to attend to - that is that.
For the record, Juniper's Trainer has been asked to wait outside the Tent/Operating Area once the examination begun; this was around the time Seddi managed to slip in without notice.
As for additional Ideas....
INS + Knowledge + Medicine - 2 (Not a Doctor!) = 5D6 Dice
(2)(4)(6)(2)(6) 3 Successes!
Well, their is a more direct way of getting rid of the internal Sludge - Using a Full Restore to fix all the Lethal Damage FIRST, then have your Velzuna slice directly into Juniper's 'stomach' / chest area to manually clear the Sludge/wash it out. From there Oz and his Mons can stitch the girl up, treat any lingering or immediate issues that crop up, and even burn a Revive and/ a lot of Healing Moves to unFaint the Mon. Very grisly, and likely to lead to some complications for the poor plant, but it neatly side steps having to do a procedure without the proper equipment and is FAR less likely screw up and kill her (what with her being at 0/Max HP, No Lethal Damage).
There's also trying to use Vel's Water generating abilities to literally flush out the Sludge, but that is liable to drown her in the process if not do very carefully.
Lastly, Iron Leaves could potentially help, even outside of the almost surefire solution in her Mythical, Paradoxical Terrain : using her innate and immense Psychic Power to blast/dissolve the Sludge from inside, or try to carefully direct it up and 'out' . Granted, she only has her Psyblade and Eerie Spell as 'easy' Moves to directly apply said Power, or trying to work something out between Gravity and Quash, but it's SOMETHING.
Moreover, she has the capability to 'drain' stuff out of opponents, though it's more energy based than physical and runs the risk of Super Badly Poisoning her if done wrong (or even right). She also has Helping Hand in her arsenal to enhance the Performance of just about anything one can do.
===
Currently, the UnModified Dialysis Plan has a - 4 Difficulty Modifer to it. Oz has a 11D6 Medicine Roll, so they'd only have a 7D6 Dice to work with. They need at least 3 Success to pull it off without complications; anything less and problems happen. A Failed Roll will trigger a Fortune Roll, and a Neg Roll (AKA One or More Snake Eyes and no Successes) will straight up Kill Juniper while also prompting a Fortune Roll.
Getting Velzuna's Help with the Cutting will give you a + 1 Modifer to the Roll, while Healing the Lethal Damage before hand with Moves (3 Times per Move, Per Encounter, Remember) or an Item will greatly reduce the chances of Bad Outcomes.
Going with the 'Heal 'n Gut' Method of 'Dialysis' has a unModified 11D6 Medicine Check between Oz, Seddi, and Velzuna, but you need 7 Successes for a completely Positive Outcome; anything less and Juniper will still Survive and be 'cured' but have issue(s) that vary in amount and severity based on total number of Successes. You will also need to do something about the Lethal Damage you'll incur with this method, either via more Healing or with a Medical Check - 2. A Failed Roll or Neg Roll, notably, won't Kill her or prompt a Fortune Roll, but you'll have to brain storm up another method to treat her and deal with the fallout of maiming a Mon without anything to show for it.
Iron Leaves has various esoteric means of dealing with the Internal Sludge outside VT, but they're shaky at best following conventional Logic; on the other hand she's wicked Insightful and a literal living supercomputer from the future, so if anyone can get creative it's her. Helping Hand and 'absorption move' also provide + 1 Bonuses to any Rolls, but the later will have a Fortune Roll directed against her to see how she fair from using the Move in an unconventional manner....

Oz was quite surprised in see Seddi here. But not less pleased. She chuckle a little, and then said. "You really should stop doing that Seddi in the appear of nowhere."
Then Oz return to the her serious demeanor of a medic. She put gloves and a mask, and quick give Seddi the necessary equipment. She also release her three sisters, and quick toll them what to do.
"Fortuna, gonna need your guidance here with your power over Super Luck. Persephone, prepare the place with some aura of Lucky Chant. We gonna need to have lady luck on our side to pull this out."
"Hecate...Prepare Life Dew and Heal Pulses to keep Juniper alive...and prepare to use Healing Wish as a last resource. Medics can't rely on miracles...but its never to much to be prepared."
Oz take a look at Seddi. And with a nod she said the exatcly points Velzuna had to cut to make sure the process work.
Action: Option Heal 'n Gut choose. Gonna sacrifice one Will Point for that roll to add a automatic success. With Vel help the final dice will be 13D6+1 Will Point, or more in case Seddi decide to bring Iron Leaves to the operation table. Lets do it.

With the City under Lock Down and under heavily patrol by both the Police and Volunteer Trainers alike, finding a Wild Pokemon for a good scrim is hard enough, let alone one that was decently Hardy enough to take a Poisonous pricking from your Jolly sea urchin.
There was one place to hunt in that meet your criteria, however - The Gloomy Park you were in earlier. By now it'd be cleared out, and it wouldn't be too unusual for you to return and make sure everything was on the up and up 'officially' . Unofficially you have the entire park to find a Pokemon, free from other people spooking them and making your job hard than it was!
Wild Pokemon Hunt - Gloomy Park!
No Fortune Rolls Needed - You've done plenty enough in the area to avoid Strangeness!
Pokemon Region: 1D12 (10) From Tandor (Uranium)!
Rarity: 1D20, Rolled... *Rolls* ...Once by default! (18) ! That's within the Crit Range! Rolling Again, to Confirm: (19) !! ANOTHER CRIT, and its HIGHER TOO!! Guaranteed Super Rare Pokemon Encounter
Danger: 1D100, *Rolls* ...with a + 5 Modifier: (35) + 5 = 40!
Combing through the shrouded forests for critters to confront was harder than you thought. Those that didn't flee already from the earlier chaos did so at the presence so 'similar' to the one that stirred up trouble in the first place, and those that didn't simply wanted to be left alone or didn't look to be a good challenge. Just as you were about to give up, though, you hear it. A tiny roar.
Turning around, you look around for a moment, seeing nothing, before you hear it again, this time at your feet. Looking down, you find what appears to be a.....Tiny hot pink kitten Pokemon right in front of your feet, staring up at you with fierce eyes and a even meaner disposition. Looking closely, you see it has violet wings that look reminiscent of a Zubat's or a devil, a spade-arrow tip tail, and what appear to be a...little white ball of fuzz on the top of their head? As you were looking it roared once more, and you got to see it's teeth - BIG, LONG, THICK, and way too many. It started bouncing its paws impatiently on the forest grass; combined with it's previous tell-tell signs, it appears this Strange....Chimera Kitten wanted to Fight you! Will you accept its Challenge?
Very cute and fierce, this thing didn't look like the usual fauna in this place. It would be a waste to just use it as a poison testing subject like he originally planned to. Might as well try to catch it after tiring it out, it looked too odd to just leave here.
He did know just the one to fight it, spiky yet cute like his opponent. Stepping a few feet away he was sent out. ''Nalu, it's time for a litte scramble.''

Edit Reason: Fixed a typo

Knowing and being reassured that Zephy, that smol, artsy, mythical and most bizzare 'Mon that is Bernhard's destined partner, is with him, 100% and always - that's a thought and feeling that lingers for a while on their mind. Positively so. Zephy also receives a look, then a hesitant but genuine headpat for having 'led' them to the local Guest Room. We'll GLADLY make use of that later on, slighty dusty or not - not as optimal like our room at the Mageocracy Embassy or, even better, Bern's private quarters on these islands; but if there's one thing that Bernhard's long and throughout travels have thought him, then it's not too be too picky about a place to spend the night at. Especially so when being as exhausted and drained like he's currently!
Myra swadlooning Bernhard with her precious nine tails and therefor invading his personal space almost earns her a scolding look of 'Please do not do that', but due to the current cicumstances we let her get away with that this time. Probably needs a bit of time still (or proper disciplinary actions if we want to go down that route) until Bernhard has gotten used to his trusted kitsune being a bit too keen on showing and giving affection towards her Wielder and Master. Not that he's oppossed to it, not directly, but it goes a bit against his Scimitar viewpoints on how to treat partnered Pokemon.
One last glace over to Saph, his two Pokemon keeping watch on her, and a feeling of 'My pleasure' towards it, and off downstairs to the kitchen he is.
---------------------------------
...Yeah, off to the kitchen, where the Magic unexpectedly continues as the Saphire Pendant decided to act on its own, much to Bernhard's suprise. He's not going to even question how and why it made it to kitchen with him, he was CERTAIN he left it where it was aka did NOT bring it along.
A raised eyebrow, a frown and a bit of suffering sigh later Bernhard was there, somewhat drawn and awed by how...beautiful yet strange the Saphire Pendant appeared to be after having properly fished it out of the pot with the Mega Panacea, undisclosed on what to do now. He didn't have the mindset nor the energy to go for another process of Imbuing, it being accidently started already or not - after all, no Magic to draw from as of right now, shoot! - while on the other hand he could not deny that pleasant invigoration simply holding the pendant was giving him. Throwing a questioning glance over to Zephy as if to ask her for advice did not help either.
Coming to a proper conclusion and solution took him a bit though, eventually causing things - Magics! - to continue without his further input, whether he wanted or not. Bernhard felt like Miss Fortune wasn't being done with playing with him quite yet, for better or for worse.

You and Randy make your way to the Embassy, specifically the one from the Region you 'hail' / work from. Several times you were stopped and asked by the cops of 'what are you doing, where are you going, etc..' , but your 'assistant' showing off your papers and your own testimonies make them momentary distractions at best and minor annoyances at worst. You had to make a couple of detours too, as a few of the roads were closed off or you spotted a few troublesome individuals you didn't feel like tangoing with after the Center.
Entering the important building, you see a veritable swarm of aids, secretaries, office workers, and even important officials scurrying about the place, trying to get where they need to be going and do what they desperately have to do in order to restore order and stability to their slice of the Government seat. You do see someone odd, however - what appears to be a long, wild haired haired professor type at the front desk, staring down a very nervous looking clerk.
"What. Do. You. Mean. By. That?"
"M-mam, it..it is something I can't - !"
"Explain. Now."
“Um-“ begins Randy, with no confidence.
“…esp. Espeon.”
Randy gives Sylvia a bit of an exasperated look, then clears his throat. “Excuse me!”
Presumably the clerk and the Professor turn towards him, at which point he’ll go back to stuttering.

Regarding Iron Leave's possible aid: after a bit of convincing and explanation the evergreen guardian is willing to help out and restrain her natural outpouring of verdentivity, ready to assist with a Helping Hand while the blades on her body extended out and started emitting a ominous glow. Notably she doesn't create her signature Terrain in the midst of all this, but a closer look at her feet would she a few tuffs of grass and a few small flowers sprouting around them. Easily cleaned up, such things could be, but it does show that even deliberately throttling her power she can't help leak out a bit of it....
You also note that Juniper seems to brighten visibly in the presence of the Verdant Sword, seeming to try to flourish despite the horrific toxic condition they're in. Leaves herself is distinctly not moved by this, only looking to her Master for a moment for further input before readying herself to aid your operation.
With Seddi's Mons ready - Velzuna is a bit concerned yet excited about doing 'doctor work' with his Sharp Blades! - Fortuna ready to help direct and guide the efforts alongside you, Persephone singing a tune of Good Luck to ward away to worst outcomes (and to cheer herself up after an embarrassing night, omph), and Hecate on Stand By for healing, you take a deep, long breath, closing your eyes for a moment to center yourself, before letting it out. You bring out one of your Full Restores, applying it to Juniper to fully eliminate all her Lethal Damage, before you begin:
Operation: Heal 'n Gut!
Total Roll: Base 13D6 + 1 Dice; with ILs help, it's 15D6 now! Fortuna's Super Luck will reduce the severity of all but the worst outcomes of the Roll, as well as granting additional Fortune at a great Roll. Persaphone's Lucky Chant will Negate (1)s and prevent the truly fantastical and Strange from happening the best it can!
Now, let's see what -
(2)(6)(5)(6)(5) (6)(4)(4)(2)(4) (5)(3)(4) (1)(1)
...
...Okay then! I guess Dragonstrike's hotstreak is rubbing off you now, dios mios.
That's 10 Successes; combined with Fortuna's Super Luck, you have not only Succeeded in the Operation, you utterly aced it . You fall into a zen-like state of utter focus and precision, expertly using Velzuna to open up the patient and extract every last bit of that nasty, abhorrent Sludge that inhabited poor Juniper. At several points you even use the Sharp Fishie as a scapel directly, picking them up and using them like it was no big deal (much to their initial confusion) !
Working in perfect tandem with your Coven, perfectly orchestrating the rest of the assistants, you managed to perform a minor miracle: not only have you manage to completely cure them of All their Status Ailments, you also completely restored their HP, fixed several long standing issues you so happened to uncover, and even bolstered their Vitality with Iron Leave's and Hecate's supreme Special prowess! By the end of it Juniper the Liligant is good as new, if not better, Sleeping quietly on the operating table, finally at long last at peace.
Lastly, a most Strange but Fortunate occurrence happened: you're not quite sure how, but the combination of all that Healing and your near supernatural Skill resulted in all the sludge you extracted to congeal and Transform into Black Sludge! Enough for you and Seddi to have one Unit each. Score?
Black Sludge's Effect: In this Campaign, this Item has different Effects, based on the Type of Pokemon that Holds it -
Poison and Gooey/Sticky Mons: Works like a Better Leftovers, healing Base 2 HP at the end of each Round, as well as accelerating Will Point acquisition. Outside of Battle it'll eventually fully restore a Mon's HP after 1 Encounter of no Battles, or eliminate 2 Lethal Damage per Encounter of no combat that will also prevent LD from getting worse.
Fairy and Grass Types: They take 1 Lethal Damage per Action, but the Chance Effects of their Moves are Guaranteed and them + their Status Moves gain Extra Effectiveness; in particular, Status Ailments get nasty. Their Fairy/Grass STABs also become Lethal by default, though can't be made Extra Lethal.
Steel, Rock, Ground, and Ghost Types: - 2 Def and Sp.Def, but gain an Immunity to Chance Effects and all but Dire/Death Toxic Poison; they also gain basic Poison Touch as a second Ability
Dragons: Gain a Resistance to Fairy and a Immunity to Grass Types in exchange for weaknesses against Psychics and Ground types, in addition to Badly Poisoning them; in the case of Gooey Goodra, they don't get Poisoned and instead gain an Immunity to the Status.
Fire and Electric: Can blow it up as a ranged, one time 'Move' that acts like a Self Destruct that doesn't instantly Faint the user; can 'prime' it to detonate 1 Action later, and can also initiate a Grapple that can force said Item inside something they really don't like to all but guarantee Death on most targets and horribleness on anything that survives.
Everything Else (+ Fire and Electric Types): Anti-Leftovers, dealing Base 2 HP damage at the end of each Round and reducing the effectiveness of all Healing in General; can eventually inflict Super Badly Poison on Fainted Pokemon and reduces their Will by 1 in the process, but any Mon captured this way will absolutely HATE you in all but the most niche and weird of cases.
Can be further refined into Pitch Black Sludge, if one knows has the know-how of how to achieve it, or used as a ingredient in the most wicked and vilest of Alchemic creations, almost guaranteed to be a considered a warcrime by all but the most disreputable or insane sorts.
Juniper's Trainer is, needless to say, grateful for what you've done, being brought to tears at the (to him) miraculous twist of Fate for his precious plant Partner. He even hug you two, if allowed! He can't pay you back for the Full Restore or the GREAT service you rendered - the Monster in question extorted him of almost everything he hand to be allowed to escape further harm - but promise he owes you two BIG TIME. If asked about said Monster, he shares details that, if cross referenced with what Akamu sent about his most Recent Encounter, sounds an awful lot like the Head Goon he ended up chasing off...
With that, the 3rd Encounter for both Oz and Seddi is Concluded; due to external factors, so is Oz's Forth Encounter. They'll proceed to the nearest Center to rest, claiming they're Exhausted and emotionally taxed after such a Topsy Turvy day, and want to prepare themselves for the coming times ahead that no doubt will provid more of the same turmoil until all the crisis are put to rest themselves.
As for the cowboy himself...

He later discovers that Iron Leaves managed to get Super Badly Poisoned for her 'absorptive' aid; she takes 1 Lethal Damage by the time you are able to treat her with a Full Heal or better, or 3 Lethal Damage if you rush to a Center to save on the cash. Her Terrain wouldn't work to counteract the LD, due to it's ramp up being too slow and how obvious said Verdant Terrain would be to the entire city ('Garden of Eden popping up in the middle of urban sprawl!' would sure make a big head line!), and the Center is only able to treat the Poisoning due not having the time or resources to do more now (unless you be wanting to flex your Authority...)
All's well that ends well...? Well, at least nothing got worse.

"What. Do. You. Mean. By.

The wild looking researcher pauses at that and, now that you notice, loosen their grip on the front desk with a notable 'SNAP!' coming from the wood as she did so. Slowly, she turns around, much to the relief of the attendant, and stares down your poor beleaguered aide with crossed arms and a blank but menacing expression.
" What?"
As Randy was sweating up a new storm, you begin to to feel that something was off about this person. Or rather, you couldn't feel anything at all coming from them. Like, nothing. It was akin to interacting with a Dark Type, a particularly powerful Psychic, Fairy, or sufficiently old and/or talented regular Mon or Pseudo, or one of those rare Mons that have atypical thought and emotion patterns. That is decidedly Strange.

Sylvia gives Randy a good, long look, and then seems to sigh. She hops up onto the counter to get more level with the Professor.
Interaction goal: calm the Professor down. Silvia doesn’t know quite how the professor will react, and telling someone “calm down” never helps, so:
Procedure: surprise the professor with a simple question to try and force a “restart”.
Sylvia looks back at Randy, who’s staring blankly at the Professor. Then she turns to the professor.
>>Please pardon my partner here. He finds you attractive. I have a question, if I may - what is a Paradox?
