Oz eyes widen when she see Sylvia talk. She look at Bern, then Sylvia again.
"I guess today I meeting some Pokemon who can talk it seems. Uhh, good afternoon too? Yes, I been helping the medics yesterday. My name is Oz. And you are?"
(It's quite alright! )
Silvia gives a bit of a rumble at Oz's surprised look, almost like a chuckle.

Upon being summoned the Blade of Glory swiveled their and ears around , sniffing the air and sharply rapping the floor with her paws. A few seconds later she turned to you and bowed, though the sly smile undercut any respect the gesture had.
“Greetings, Master. Have you summoned me for my promised spat, or is this the time you’ll have me and the rest of your Blades become aquatinted with one another? *Chuckles* Either is fine…so long as it proves interesting enough.”
Ceruledge tenses up at the casual, implied threat, her flame flaring as she restrained her temper. Patience: Seddi told her that this Mon was most Dark and cantankerous…
This did not go unnoticed by Kusa, who ‘glanced’ over to the fiery swordswoman and favored them with a grin. After you finished introducing her she offer her own appraisal, voice filled with Dark approval and a sense of wicked satisfaction.
“Ho, so this was the Blade you spoke of. Steeped in blood, tempered by RAGE and fueled by Indignation and Spite and commitment to her Lord… *Chuckles* what a fine Blade of Malice indeed. This one would would thrive in punishment and exacting horrible penance from those that oppose you or dare earn her terrible, terrible wroth and ire. She is a fine Blade to enact your vision…and a fine one to ruin others.”
The old warrior finishes with a laugh, causing Ceruledge to scowl and shuffle uncomfortably. That was…those words…. She knew she was not the nicest of Mons, but could she truly go to the wicked and vengeful depths they described…?
(That is it for part 1! Next ones coming later !)

Towards Oz:
For quite a while (again!), Bernhard remains silent, lets his gaze rest on young Oz without blinking an eye, the vibes he's giving off all calm and confident ones. He's giving her words quite the thought, ponders and mulls over everything she has said... It doesn't happen everyday that they hear such wise words, least from someone as young as the lady in front of him. He does not express it, but to a mild degree it is saddening to see someone as good as her having gone through appearantly so much. "...Wise words from you indeed, young Oz. Certainly the realization of how 'paradoxal' the human heart can be was not an easy one on your end."
While he'd normally disapprove someone touching him without permission (personal space!), we'll let Oz get away with it just this time. Bernhard waves off her words of praise all stoicly and kuudere-like, but in reality and internally they are music to his ears, he happens to be quite receptive towards praise. "My genuine thanks for your kind words, dear Oz. I do hope that...you achieve what you wish for on the no-doubt eventful journey ahead., for I am curious to see you traversing your path."
-----------------------
Towards Sylvia:
Bern immediately freezes and throws A Glance™ over to the Espeon. Via telepathy: 'She.....is NOT my date. My humble heart does, well...' *looks away in faint embarassment* '...already belong to someone else.' *cough* 'You are free to call me Bernhard or Mr.Samsara, dear Sylvia.'

Once at the Koffee Shop, you're personally attended by a long, blacked haired woman (tied with a red cloth) by the name of Tiffany, who seems rather intrigued and excited to see you here.
"Oh, you're an Independent Espeon?! What a rare delgith! Please, please, allow me to serve you madam!"
Aside from her being a bit too overeager - and apparently being a natural brick wall mental-wise for how much you're getting out of her Thought and Emotion-wise (Zlitch) - she was the perfect hostess, laying out all that was avaliable for you to do and getting your drinks right away! The Persim Berry Tea was a bit of an odd request considering where you were, but the lady simply winked and brought you out a glass of it anyway - "Made it myself, just for you dear~ Enjoy!"
It was quite good, truth be told - real stimulating! Maybe a bit too stimulating too, since you could hardly keep your thoughts from bouncing all over the place.
The rest of youir companions get their custom brews, which they all enjoyed immensely (though Murkrow had a hard time not make a mess, damping her enjoyed somewhat until Tiffany got her a special Bird Straw for easy drinking)!
Anything else that involves the Shop and/or the PCs that have entered at various times is open to further inquiry...
(Murkrow is a her? Noted)
Tiffany seems interesting - Sylvia has met people capable of blocking her before, whether they knew it or not. Mostly dark-affiliated trainers, but there was also that librarian who may have been a Zororark… regardless, Sylvia doesn’t put much thought into it.
The book nook seems very interesting - She’ll scan it, looking for books on Psychics, Independents, or “underdog” battle strategies.
For the noon encounter, Sylvia will see if she’s got enough for a Foxy Delights! room with any psychic-type or eeveelution. If she has enough left over, it’ll be one Raffle ticket.
After all that, once Bernard joins Oz, Sylvia will approach the pair.
>>Pardon me.
Sylvia turns to Oz.
>>Good afternoon. I saw you yesterday, helping out the medics with Seddi at the pokecenter, but I didn’t get your name.

What fo you say to that, dear?”

''I guess you're right, it'd be foolish to throw in the towel without at least trying to wield it, being better behaved then some others. In that case I sure hope that I'll find a steel or fire type anytime soon. Faries are already a big enough problem as is and I doubt little old Nalu will be enough against some of the more dangerous wilds dwellers, though I'm sure he'd try his best.''
During Kusanagi's introduction he would mostly stay silent and just watch, though Ceruledge gets a nod of approval.
''Heh, one of my newer catches is also quite fond of curses. She does still have a lot to learn for how proud she is but we're working on it.''
A thought also occurs to you too - if you don't want the Bio Fang you could always try to put up for Trade once Leaves finishes the basic research and overview of it, taking a DNA sample of it and providing extensive instructions on how to care for it before putting them on the market for something you really want or hope to get a favorable offer. It'd be somewhat of a waste, considering that the chimera cat was all but a literal one-of-a-kind Pokemon and you'd struggle to get her full value due to her strenuous Disobedience requirements and their insanely high potential for DANGER, but it is a option if you simply don't want to deal with the hassle of such a high maintenance Pokemon. Or one that poses such an extreme threat that Iron Leaves is wary of them and is continually baffled they haven't gone on a Rampage yet.
That, or you could Kill Them. Leaves would probably appreciate it, if no one else, and the corpse could be used as research material first and then perhaps by that Magi guy - if they operate like any of the folk magicians and tribal magic man/women, Pokemon Parts can be quite invaluable indeed, especially ones powerful or unique. HUGE waste, but it removes a equally huge threat from ever becoming a problem for anyone too.

Cool! We'll take the book with us for Foxy Delights!
Sylvia will certainly take Tiffany up on that offer. Helping out a fellow Vee? Yes please!

Oz nod in respect towards the Espeon. "It's a pleasure to meet you Sylvia. And did he? Well...what exactly he said about me, if you don't mind me asking."
"What he said. I not Mr Samsara date. We meet only once. Twice counting with today."

Oz smiled again and let it go from Bernard's hand. “I almost forgot! You asked me about Fortuna feathers right? Wait for me here for a few seconds. I will soon return to Sylvia and Mr Samsara!” Oz stands up and goes to a place outside of Bernard's presence. She releases Fortuna and then tells her. “Fortuna, can you give me a few feathers? Just to give them to Bernard? I know you have your reservations with him, but so far, he proved to be a good person. But I will not force you if you don't want to.”

There's one more thing Bernhard will do at the Cafe, because that endearing lifelike Eevee-Plushie triggers an idea: He will, politely so, approach any staff member of this place or wave one over at the table: "Please, do allow me a question, if I may. ..... I could not help but to notice that you have, well, a range of Eeveelutions here. Quite the rare and elusive Pokemon these are... Where did you got the Eevee from? With the wilds of Sutalör being dangerous, I image a little creature like an Eevee does not...last long out there, unfortunately."
If questioned why he wants to know that: "I am merely...trying to find an exemplar for myself - or make myself one with my raffle's win. A versatile Pokemon like it is would make a fine companion to a Magus like me..."
