Small retcon then: When Syliva approaches Seddi and Akamu (@Dragonstrike and @Redstone) at their table, and while she is replying to Seddi's inquiry, she is keeping her psychic presence on full shutdown and her fur still on end, though she makes no comment about this.

Oh man where do I even begin... I'll leave the leadup short for now. It all started when I went to go fishing at the beach..., you know something normal for once. After hearing the sea calling for me and following it I ended up in a strange cave. Strange environment, strange pokemon you get it. I ended up catching one creature pretty fast but the other one *Seddi will notice a small tremble in his voice*.... I'm sure it would have turned me into mush if it wasn't for Lani's outstanding fighting and an incredibly lucky catch.... (insert headpat)

Gathering his composure again he'd ask: So what do you want to check out first? The more normal critter to get started, the other junk I found or the main reason for this meeting? I do have to warn you though, his ball is NOT easily handled.

He'd ignore the espeon for now, unaware that she and Seddi knew eachother and pretty focused on the task at hand.

Seddi leans in close to Akamu to briefly whisper, "If one of these things is scaring you that much and these things are as strange as you say they are, maybe a little discretion is in order before you pull out any of them.  Especially for powerful critters."

Now that he's paying more attention to her, Seddi would notice that Sylvia is a little on edge as well.  He doesn't comment on it either, but he does make note of it.  Especially since Veluza seems to be on edge too, now that he looks at his ever sharp friend...

Cruferrophant: Water/Steel Type Mechanical Pontoon Pokemon.  Pictured as described, except replace Red with purple, the fins with extendable boat propellers, the tusks with Harpoon Tusks, blue their Steel a bit, and have their legs able to rotate and deploy metallic floats if necessary. Lives along the boardline between the Twinspire Mountain range and the lower wetland/jungle vally, though can be found in small rivers in the drier East Sutalor too. Incredibly unruly, though if requested to be used as a boat they seem much more likely to cooperate and listen.

This specimen is slightly Overgrown: + 1 to HP and relatively minor increase in size

Choice Coat: A striking green windbreaker kind of jacket (made in part of Fur Coat material) that Multiplies users' VIT by 1.5X (Rounded Up, Includes HP Boost) and enables the spamming of this list , as well as Counter, Metal Burst, Bide (VERY odd interaction), Rage, Skull Bash (Eliminates Charge Up Turn and allows Defensive Boost to be stacked up to 5 Times), Damage Defense Increasing (Like Steel Wing, or Lani's Bullet Punch EX) and Physical HP Restoration Moves (Like Drain Punch), Status Healing (Like Recover), and .Trick/Switcharoo/Bestow  . You don't threaten to tired yourself out with this Item, but in exchange you're more vulnerable Status Effects and Negative Stats in general.

Part of the price is the Finder's Fee as well as covered basic transaction, shipping, and protection costs.

Vernon pauses in his texting to hand over the Choice Specs and sign the waiver, giving the cafe worker a smile.

"I came here for a Cufant, but there were none to be found. I think Cruferrophant and I will become good friends... eventually. I need to work with him a lot, make sure he's comfortable with following orders when playtime is over. What is a Crufferophant, I hear you asking? It's a bit like a Donphan in appearance, but it's Water/Steel type and instead of resembling a tire, it resembles a pontoon boat. Up for a boat ride sometime? What have you been up to?"

If the topic of a battle with Seddi comes up, Vernon will agree to witness such an epic battle from the sidelines.

"Ok, sorry, I had to take that text. But it wasn't about the Choice Specs. I've signed, I've handed over the item - anything else we need to square away? I'm gonna go try to bond with this critter ASAP."

Once Vernon has the stats for Cruferrophant, he'll probably head to a fairly deserted part of a nearby waterway and send out Cruferrophant.

Flash-forward assuming no nasty surprises about Cruferrophant's ability to partake in basic training:
Vernon himself is on Pwee right now. Deep, deep in the sub-littoral zone of the water, right on the edge of sight, a huge shadowy shape lurks protectively, in case Cruferrophant proves too dangerous for young Pwee.
"Hello, Cruz, if that name is okay with you. I'm Vernon. I hear you love to give boat rides. Well, I love to ride 'em, so I think we'll get along swimmingly. This is Pwee - he knows Surf! First thing I want to know is if you prefer to give solo rides, or if it's the-more-the-merrier! Solo? Multiple? Just nod!"

This can frow into a basic bonding session if Cruferrophant allows. If he's more reticent, Vernon will have to react appropriately!

Interesting, and very weird. It seems like a interesting Pokemon. And a ride? Sure! It could be a interesting experience. As for what I doing? Walking to get some training too with my sisters. I mean, my Pokemon, but they are like sisters to me. They are family. You already meet Fortuna, my Honckrow. There also Persephone my Mismagius, and Hecate my Hatterene. Hecatte is a sweet thing although extremely powerful, and Persephone is...cool but you better watch out for her ghost antics. She is a gremlin and a headpatche a lot of times. Although I was used to help my grandparents to take care of such ghosts, darks and fairy types. Still stressful not gonna lie.

Also get two new members in my group! Dite the Phoxy, basically a little pink fox Pokemon, extremely shy but very cute! And Bethany, a Hisuan Zorua! Its a variant of Zorua that instead of a Dark-type it is a Ghost/Normal type! But still have some nice illusion abilities. And have the ability of actually talk! And uses its illusions abilities to appear as a person or Pokemon. Gonna show you them when we got time to meet in person. Gonna need to work on my battle with Seddi that gonna happen soon! Just because I a medic, doesn't I not a brawler! I must show my worth for the group too and not be a burden!

Hello! Haven't seen those chumps around much, me getting caught up in all kinds of weirdness lately hasn't helped matters, going places they could never follow me in. The way I see it it's good preperation for the eventual trip through the wilds, with a weird sense of humor I have to say. How about you? I havent heard that much from most of the chosen since that first meeting aside from the occasional message, though they are bound to be busy with their own kind of Sutalörian weirdness.

Yeah, things has been wild these days. Helped a group of medics when they needed. Helped saved a Liligant when she was poison by John, the leader of the gang who attacked you, and been working to bond a little more with Seddi and Mr Bernard. I was scary of Mr Samsara but...he is actually a gentleman. He is really cool. Also been working with the bond of my new sister, Dite the Phoxy and Bethany the Hisuan Zorua. Dite is a shy cute bean, while Bethany is a chaotic gremlin due to its ghost-type. But I will eventually work on it. And I working to adopt Meza, a Faffnur from the caffee who lost her trainer and I working to adopt her. Gonna do it eventually. And soon get my battle with Seddi. I really excited ngl. I may be a healer, but I not afraid to have some might. I must prove my worth as a chosen too. I might not be strong as you guys, but I really want to prove that I not a burden. You can watch the battle if you want.

Oz make some preparations of her own. She brough each of her sisters, and then begin to formulate a plan of her own. "Alright girls. Lets formulate the plan and strategy against that captain. She looks fierce and strong so we better think in some good strategy. I feel confident of today fight. Its a 4x4 so we better work in who gonna fight."

Oz look at Bethany. "Bethy, you gonna join in the fight today." Oz get close to Dite and gave a gentle stroke on Dite head. "It could be dangerous today, but we gonna have work for next fight. Fortuna, you gonna join at the start of the battle with Bethy. Bethy, I gonna need you to copy Hecate appearance. Due to her psychic typing, the enemy problably gonna use some dangerous move against her, maybe ghost-type? Due to your normal type, it will make the enemy confused enough and give you time to the move you will copy from Hecate: Life Dew. This is extremely important since it will set the field with healing aura to heal the group, and leave Hecate a slot of move to use. Like Calm Mind, Aromatherapy, Aromatic Mist or other any other move. With Hecate Mega evolution, all she need is 1 Calm Mind to become extremely powerfull and then launch hell in the battlefield. Your function will be important Bethy. I trusting on you Bethy. Fortuna will also be there to offer support and more importantly power too. I also believe in your strengh and trickery powers Bethy. I counting on you."

Oz then look at Hecate and Persephone. "There where you two come. You two will be my power houses in this match. I trusting the full power of you."

For the reference let me put the level ups: Fortuna will increase Survival from 1 to 2, and Alert from 0 to 2.

Persephone: Will learn Skill Swap, Nastly Plot and Ominous Wind. Survival will increase from 1 to 2. And Alert from 0 to 2. And Perform from 0 to 1.

Hecate: Only Nature from 0 to 1.

Bethy: Nature from 0 to 1.

Oz also find that Spell Tag she found today. "I found this today. Could be useful to you Bethy. I trusting you with this." I put the Spell Tag on her.

Your plan received nods from your sisters and a satisfied smirk from Bethy. She could always get behind some good ol' trickery, though using her Copy powers on Life Dew felt like a bit of a waste. Wasn't the best strategy to knock out your opponents fast and dirty as you could to give them no chances? Bah, whatever. If her Master made the wrong call she could rub it in their face later for a laugh, heh.
