Trying to evolve my Cometeor by Trade, so could someone help me?

Hey, I'm a new player to this game(Not the franchise, just the actual game. I am familiar with Pokemon itself). I had recently caught a Comite and evolved it into a Cometeor, but when I searched up it's evolution chain, I need to trade it to someone, then trade it back to me to evolve into Astronite. So if someone could be kind to trade with me 2 times to evolve my Pokemon, that would be much appreciated. (P.S, I don't know how to use the trade system because whenever I enter the room to meet other people, my games just shuts down, so do I have to friend code, or something else?)
