Shinydex ¿it's possible?

I WANT SHARE SOMETHING WITH EVERYONE

I see a member sharing his shiny pokémon and i want share it too and 1 goal to do

A SHINY DEX!!!

I want do a shiny dex and yes,it's hard,but i believe i can do it
this little guys are all the shinys what i have until now and i gonna catch tehe rest soon :3
but my question is:
it's possible get all the shinys? (without starters and special pokémons)

EDIT: It's possible make the masuda method?
The question arises because I do not think the game have a nationality and i read has to do with the region of the pc
Is that true?

Yeah, I think you can get every pokemon shiny.

It's even possible to get shiny starters through breeding. And you can always soft-reset for shiny legendaries. So it's possible, though it's not an easy task...

If I'm informed corectly, and yes I DID gather information because me too wants to make good use of the MasudaMethod, it depends on the language of the computer you play Uranium on. Say, your language is English, so to make Masuda work, you need a Pokemon from someone who's computer language is NOT English. Like mine ^^

Maybe its possible to start a new save file and trade it to your main save file after you get the shiny? Not sure if this is considered illegal though.

@senwood Why would it be illegal? I'd consider it as a rather smart way to get those two, if you're willing to invest some time and effort ^-^ And it's not like you harm anyone else or the game itself via doing this.
Only thing I heard is that trading stuff to yourself from another save file can be a bit risky/it MAY cause the game to crash.
