However, you can breed for the Nature you want in a newborn Pokemon.

When obtaining a starter, you can also soft reset (f12) until you get the Nature you want.

No, Orchynx is a physical atker and a tank... It has no business with sp.atk!

My my, did you not look up its stat when you decide to raise it? Its important to know what a Pokemon is good at, before you start the process of breeding. I wish I knew about Hidden Power Breeding before I started with my Chimcals... would have made things easier then they were.

I actually do a lot of breeding on Y, but I started to play Uranium when I was traveling, so I couldn't look up the stats and I just saw that it had 7 in Atk Spe and 6 in Atk ^^
