Trading breeding stock between savegames?

I was very lucky to get 6-7 5IV/6IV starters through Wonder Trade in my current game.  Is there a way of passing those starters (or at least the eggs) on to my next game as breeding stock?  (Given their ultra-high levels by now, all these guys can do for a new trainer is sit in the Day Care.)  If you'd like to help me set up the transfers, I'd appreciate it immensely.  Thank you!

You can just use the GTS and trade with yourself.

1. Put in a trashmon in the new save
2. Ask for the good mon in exchange
3. Go to first save and make the trade
4. The pokemon you wanted is now in the correct save.
