The researcher almost startled when he was suddenly patted on the back by someone, as the majority of his attention was on his newborn child right then, before he detected the distinct emotional pattern that undeniably marked them as Shiva. He turned to give her a light smile as a clear 'Thank you,' and turned to let her interact with the blind drake as she wish without commenting on it. She was not only a talented and skilled breeder, but she was also his closest and most dear friend, so Ventus completely trusted her to treat his child nicely, which was not something the paranoid and family oriented sociologist did lightly. Shows how close he is to her, despite his traumatized/stoic behavior now, eh?

IF smol Deino and Ventus allow, Shiva would actually be happy to hold her (Azrael) for very short, feeling his cold skin close to her and letting him feel the warmth of her own body, while Azrael can rest her head on her shoulder, Shiva would keep her arms protectively wrapped around him to support him. (Kinda like this)

Should show the young dark dragon that she really poses no threat despite being a Fairy Enthusiast, and a Deino is a Pokemon that can safely be touched if one doesn't mind it chewing on hands or hair since it cannot see anything until it evolves. 'When making contact with a newly hatched Pokemon, show it you mean well and will keep it safe, and it should respond positively or at least fine if it's a species that doesn't have Rough Skin or such', that was one of the things she has learned from her father. Then, Shiva remembered him handing her a small Skitty to train it.

Was it something tasty, or a scary monster? If either, she was going to set it on fire with a Dragon Rage, and gobble it right up if it was food! If neither, it was still going to get a nibbling on!

"Alright, my friend, you can pet her , but like I said beware her bite. Her teeth hasn't grown in yet, so I doubt she'll inflict any lasting harm nibbling on you, but I would still ask you to be careful Heart..."

There are many people in the streets, but due to the geographic spread of the older capital, not even Main Street is crowded.

Celebi Park
A small forest in the middle of the city. It's mostly pines, with a few shade-tolerant hardwoods flushed with healthy green leaves. It's a maze of graveled paths, though you can always see a few distant buildings to guide you. The pine needles have piled up so high that they form a comfy cushion!
The Celebi Shrine is at the center, and the entrance is a small nature center.
The southwestern quadrant is a research plantation for Long Grass.

The Violet Tent
A bigtop-sized tent that does not contain a circus. Instead, it's a fleamarket for the occult, including fortune tellers, a Medium, and shops. They even sell Pokemon!
It backs up to the Cress Cemetery.
