Help Shinylock ?

I'm here to ask a question from a friend:

Are the legendaries and the event's unique pokémons (here; garlikid) are shinylock (They can't appear in their shiny form) ? 


I suppose you two can answer the question @Androziel @ReeNormies (sorry for disturbing you, btw)

They were not shinylocked in the 1.0.1 version.

This is still correct. No shinylock .. but they have hidden ability locked for the moment
