Is it okay to reveal what we got for Christmas now, since the holiday has come to pass? Or is it more polite to wait some more before breaking the silence?

It does look beautiful... and also looks like it will be a pain to clean up, if it cause trouble for car/truck. Snow: Wonderful to look at, heck to clean up and deal with!

A Deere tractor with a big plow attachment ate it up in about 20 minutes, not a big deal. The problem is the roads are like hockey rinks right now, but we've gotten used to that.
