yeah iron told me too so I instead see the red glow of it running through the forest but didn't bother with it and walk to vetus and shiva

Cold or not, Nathan's not wanting this ponyta to cause unnecessary and unintended destruction.  And as I said in the post, that decision is going to tear Nathan apart later, even though he'll be able to find Ralts more easily than Ponyta later. He didn't want to do it, but it didn't look like he was going to be able to pry Ralts away from that flower before Ponyta got away.

Iron, since none of us picked the special Caterpie-Encounter and assuming that it won't be there anymore as we move on, neither the next day (you said it will take two game-days to reach Ginger Town), am I allowed to know what would be so special about that partculary one?

Oh, I'm feeling for Ralts.... But at the same time, I adore this strange plot about those flowers.

Welp, I'm glad Nathan managed to catch Ponyta that time. Third time's the charm, right? He'll probably be talking with a sulking Ralts later too, even if Ralts does know he's feeling very genuinely apologetic about that situation.

Well, I just dropped a wall of text on poor Shiva that pretty much outlines his knowledge on fairy types, and left subtle and strong hints as to why he's not exactly trusting or receptive of most of them. He know more about them, of course, and can go into greater debt in how to raise and care for them, but was mainly concerned telling her the potential dangers a Faires. After all, the real Fairy tales are not exactly all cuddles. I also hope that Shiva doesn't react to unfavorably to Ventus suddenly shouting at her, but he really does not trust those flowers. At all.
