Vincent and Nathan never left the area.  They've been hanging around that survivalist since Nathan brought the horse back.

Don't worry, Windos. Shiva was actually quite interested in those flowers as well... But seeing how your chara holds such a dislike, if not hate for these flowers, she will let go of them and stick with you instead. For the greater good. He doesn't deserve to be stressed even more...
