[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
Yeah if anyone takes it upon themselves to make stuff up, I'm just going to trample right over them with my own stuff lol. That includes Ventus' overreaction to Deyo - they aren't going away.

Ah, the issues with being a little bit of a history buff in a world where you aren't the one who makes up the actual history...

For the most part though, I'm just adapting things I know from the anime and games, and throwing in stuff relevant to this specific universe as needed. A lot of make it up as we go going on here, I guess.

You can always PM me for help. Dragonstrike is a native son, if a very rural one, so there are some things he would probably know ahead of time.

Very true.  That's definitely something worth discussing, too.  Welp, time to clear some PM space again...

The deyos may not be going away, but Ventus is going to do everything in his power to destroy them when they come up. Even if he's wrong about them, you are not going to erase the paranioa and hatred he built up for them unless drastic measures are taken. As in 'GM says Ventus no longer hates the flowers' type of intervention.

Right. You can react to them however you want, just take it easy on bothering others about them, so they can choose their own characters' reactions. Paranoia is one thing but smothering is another. As with any plot element, you never know if it's good or bad - just that it's important!

Holy crap, pain penalizations do affect damage. That's silly as heck.

"Pain Penalties affect both Accuracy and Damage unless you have an Ability like Hyper Cutter or Keen Eye, that or spending a will point to ignore Pain that Round."

We won't be using that rule.

I didn't know that either! At least we don't have to worry that messing with our damage now...

I can understand why its harder to aim at something when your in pain, but should a pained individual try even harder to stop the source of pain, instead of doing less damage?

That rule just increases the snowball effect Dies Irae spoke of. I like it better my way.

But maybe it's not as big a deal if you don't use so many house rules.

Not liking that you suddenly cut off that potential conversation between Ventus and Nathan and put them on the road again. Ven would have still insisted to go out looking for Vince, since's he not the type of guy to just leave things be. Its not that he distrust Belle, but he wants to be absolutely sure for himself. He a worry wort, after all.

Also, he's still going to interrogate Nathan some more about the explosion. He knows he's leaving out something...
