[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
He's kind of stopped talking as well, so... slight concerns.

He was stable and doing okay, so I think he'll be fine, though. Maybe just busy.

Might be on a memorial day weekend trip or something. If he's gone a full week, maybe he'll leave the party at least temporarily.

Gotcha, Iron. Going to miss him and his antics, though. They might be disruptive, but they keep things interesting without a whole lot of drama (usually)!

I think Super Trainer Larry is the kind of guy who always wanders back.

I want that Scyther. I really want it. Anyone else mind that I go after it?

You go ahead and give it a go.  Maybe if you ask Nathan nicely, he'll even give you his Net Ball.  He's not really looking for any bug or water types right now, and he quite enjoyed that chat yesterday Wink  You can pay him back later if you really don't feel like taking it for free (you're probably going to need the Net Ball too since all the bugs have +1 Will).

Also, I had a feeling there'd be a Scyther in Fireweed Forest.  It fits under that category of rare and powerful bugs that's in the forest's description, after all.

I think I will just do that, mate! I want a Scizors one day, and a Bug type would compliment my team really well! Oh, and of course Ventus will pay you back! He's all about equivocal exchange!

@Iron

Okay, so I encountered something really odd while browsing through the core book...Double Team raises evasion by 2, apparently. Meanwhile, Minimize only raises it by 1. That's...exactly opposite what the moves do in the games. On one hand, it's great, because almost every pokemon can learn Double Team. On the other, it completely invalidates Minimize's existence and makes the rarity of having a +2 evasion booster of some kind rather meaningless.

It seems to be the intention of the writers though, because that quirk is present in both 1.10 and 1.2...
