There's a real and new Soothe Bell in the crate.

Looks like Azuril has a new item to play around with now! Yay! That Revive is also a handy thing to have, so keep a hold of it now! The lotion, though...maybe one of our Pokémon would appreciate it?

I don't think so. But we'll keep it for now. Same with the Revive of course! Oh, according to Corebook, those work on humans as well.

Wait, wouldn't Apsis like the lotion, since she has rough scalely skin? She might appreciate being pampered in such a way! I didn't think Revives worked on humans as well, but that great too!

Medicines work on humans, but the rulebook mentions Pokemon don't know how to use them.

Let me add that Revives are pretty rare in Creshire!

So, basically, that's an Insurance Policy item, like my Sitrus Juice? Well, we have a way of getting out of a sticky spot quickly on two fronts now!

So, out of curiosity, how are we going to have Conversion 2 work? We've already established how we're going to use Conversion, and there's two ways we can use Conversion 2:

1. Do what the book says, and state a type that resists the last type the pokemon was struck with. (Ventus used this in Zamboni's gym battle, but any type that resisted ice would have sufficed for the most part)

2. Treat it more like the games, where Conversion 2 randomly picks (ergo, @Iron picks or rolls dice) a type that resists or is immune to the last type the pokemon was struck with. This is what I have in the notes on my CS currently.

Both methods have their pros and cons.

1. Pro: No guessing which type the pokemon becomes, allowing for better overall situations. Con: Can't pick a type immune to the attack you were hit with

2. Pro: Every type with an advantage is fair game, including the immunities! Con: Less control over the situation.

Another alternative is another combination of the two, I guess. Completely random at first, but Porygon can freely pick the more practiced it gets with the move, maybe even eventually including the immunities...

Let's go ahead and state the type. I think for balance purposes I will enforce that it has to resist, not be immune to.

Awesome! Let's hope I never have to use that Revive on one of you people.
Applying lotion to Arbok... hmm. Maybe.
