Ohhhhh! Looks like I'll pay the Forest yet another visit. Must be the third time then, without countning the part before Wineberry.
Yes, I really like Fireweed Forest.

Funny thing, but my character has grown to loath it for the place causing so much darn trouble. Still, he'd be interest in the herb craft there, if Shiva told him about it.

Right, IF she told him about it. She'll probably run head first into the forest to gather more of the herbs - but first of all, I think a battle to try out Fennekin would be nice. If Ven or anyone else of the party would like to join me to gather herbs, they surely can approach her at some point! Right @ Iron, you can already prepare a Trainer for me C: If possible, make that person notice me for some reason and stop+challenge me before I can reach the forest.

Well, seems Pinsir itself isn't too bad compared to its trainer. Pretty relieving, actually. Now Nathan knows exactly where to point his ire.

Ventus doesn't care if the Pinsir is not as malevolent as its trainer. In his eyes, the fact that Pinsir harmed your Pokémon and would follow through on its master's orders to harm you as well damns it forever in Kuyrem's frozen domain. The excuse 'Just Following Orders' does not hold any ground with Ven, unfortunately.
@ Iron : I have some concerns about Leech Life that I want to address. It says in the rule book that its Power is STR + 1, but in the games it power has been boosted to be 80 BP. I was wondering if its possible for LL to get a buff based on that, to STR + 2.

Nathan doesn't entirely excuse it either, but is letting it slide this time because nothing worse happened.
And if showing even just a little kindness to a potential enemy can make a difference, what reason is there to not try? I doubt Pinsir will forget that little talk, for good or ill. Depending on how Pinsir reacts the next time Nathan meets that trainer, Nathan will respond in kind.

Fair enough point, but don't expect Ventus to be nice to Pinsir just because Nathan made up with it. That'll cause friction between then if your chara presses for that!

I can fully agree on this, unfortunately. While it was indeed just following its Master's orders and I doubt it would just forget the kind talk you had with the bug, I doubt as well that it will cease attacking you+your Pokemon the next time you - or we - encounter it.

Nathan's not going to push that. Wouldn't even think to. He apologized because he felt he owed Pinsir one. The topic of the rest of the group's encounter with it is touchy as it is, and Ventus has already expressed his lack of regret about most of his decisions there.

Nathan still doesn't expect any mercy from the bug, really. It is strongly bonded with its trainer, after all. Like I said already, Nathan will respond in kind to however Pinsir acts the next time they meet.
