Unlikely that Iron would let something THAT drastic happen to an offscreen NPC, but who know what is possibly up with the clerk? Ventus doesn't care much, but its a strange thing for him to notice/Iron to point out. Normally, he might ask around about them, but the town's atmosphere combined with his recent joy/anger of squaring off his debt more or less makes him apathetic to the issue. Sorry if that ruined any of your plans about them, Iron!

One day, I will obtain 5 or more Insight! Then I will know what much more about a person's true feeling and emotional state! Perhaps enough to verge into Telepathic territory, or for my character to become aware that he's a pawn in a roleplaying game!Mwhahaha!

For now, though, I will stick to increasing my Vitality, Medical, and Accuracy Pools for my moves! Have to cover all my bases first, after all!

Hey @Iron, is it possible for Ventus to run into Shiva and the witch woman while he's making his way back to the aquarium? I don't have much to do until Dragonstrike comes back, and I would like it if Phantom's chara could fix up my Dark Glasses! Oh, and don't worry about him getting mad at the witch: he know the difference between vile witchcraft, horrible magics, and being a practicing Wiccan. He won't exactly be comfortable around them (Like he was with the fortune teller), but he won't make any aggressive move unless they try something.

Also, what does duskglass do exactly?

Who says she's a witch? She's a Fortune Hunter, not teller. We'll see how long Shiva stays there - this is happening during your battle, but if Shiva stays for a long dark teatime of the soul then it's possible Ventus will run into her on his way back to the aquarium. The aquarium and Fortune Hunter are on the coast, and the courthouse is centrally located.

Shiva, gold prices are quite predictable because it's gold. It's nearly a currency in itself. Any buyer for more than $300 would have to be a bit unusual. On the flip side, any joe off the street will give you $300 for it, because they know they can sell it for exactly that.
