Well...that was a tense conversation! For everyone shake, I just hope none of this Daycare business comes back to bite our group for a loooooong time. At least, not until everyone is better prepared for the consequences! I'm ready to move onwards to Fireweed Forest for a couple of days myself, and Shiva can always ask for a battle at that local. I know Ventus will, given that he wants to put Michael through a endurance trail!

In reality, I will give 1XP to Ventus and Shiva for a terse moment with good RP.

Believe me, I don't like this either. It was the only way to prevent Ventus from going Balistic Investigator about this and causing a huge rift from forming between the group, so I took the deal! This time, Ven's not going to let on ANY details about Shiva's work for the Daycare, but if asked about it, he'll at least outright tell him that its a secret, and revealing it to him could cause massive problems for Shiva and the entire region. He's at least that decent to just openly stonewall him, instead of just avoiding talking about it.

Nathan and Absol big meeting is coming up, huh? Hmmm... how exciting!

Just so long as he doesn't catch on, he'll probably be fine since there's been some really, really good moments amongst all the bad ones lately.

But if he does catch on (or if Iron decides Kirlia is finally going to spill a few of the beans instead of just confirming what Nathan's reasonably inferring is correct), then there's probably going to be issues.  Ventus was already on slightly thin ice as it was since Shiva had already told him that little bit about the daycare's involvement, but not Nathan.  If he learns Shiva told him the WHOLE story (particularly when he finally learns it involves Almanac of all things...)...well, it probably won't be pretty.

Trust issues are growing again...ooh boy, here comes the drama...
