Ventus will arive just after your battle with the jumbo Rattatta, and will immediately come over to give his Sitrus Juice to Kirlia. Other than that, If Nathan want that rodent dead, Gen will be more than happy to do the deed. He tolerates no threats to his friends lives at ALL, and since his friend won't be in a great mood to begin with, they probably won't stop him! AHahaha!

I'm not using 3+ Pokemon at the same time. Only Cottonee, Plusle and Minun are under my control in this encounter. @Iron, I thought I made it clear that Azurill is not participating in the battle anymore?

If anyone kills that Rattata, it'll be Nathan. He takes those kinds of threats to his pokemon very seriously, and won't hesitate to do the same in turn if nobody stops him. If someone DOES stop him, or if someone else tries to do it for him, he won't let anyone do anything to the offender. He's not thinking straight at all currently, and wants to finish the job himself. Stop him, and he'll be (mostly) back to his usual self.

In short, Nathan won't let Ventus kill Rattata, regardless of what happens.

The penalties apply as soon as you try using more than 2 at the same time (the 3+ is inclusive).  Remember when Larry tried it with Kakuna, Oshawott, and Ekans?  Didn't end well.

Still 3 Pokemon, but given one was ordered to keep spamming a move until the target , you would be able to order the other 2 ewell enough! Up to Iron , though!

Shiva is with him at the moment, so it'll likely be my job to stop Nathan from doing something that drastic... Hehe. Her aim is to drive the rat off, then deal with any lethal damage. Or let Nathan do so and protect him from more harm.

Standing orders from a prior round and ordering 2 pokemon to use the same move might help things a little, but yeah, that's up to Iron to decide.
