[Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel
'Bah...this is just not my day, is it? First Archie, and then Emily, and now THIS...yeesh...'

In response to the shrooms' aggressive actions, Rhyxemplar forces his way into the battle, looking VERY angry! (and if he gets a 4, 5, or 6 on his initiative roll, he moves before Breloom does!  And a 5 or 6 means he moves first, period.)

"Ah, good timing, Rhyxemplar.  Care to show these mushrooms what happens to those who harm our friends?  Arbok, get to work on whittling them down.  I think a few Acid Sprays should do the trick, though you'll have to pick up the slack a little if Rhyxemplar misses somehow.  And do try to avoid falling asleep as well, please."

Horn Drill on Breloom
Accuracy: 4* Dex + 4 Fight + 2 Brawl + 2 Single Action + 1 Wide Lens - 7 Accuracy = 6 D6
Damage: Instant KO

Acid Spray on Shiinotic x3
Accuracy: 3 Dex + 4 Fight + 1 Canalize -3/4/5 Actions = 5/4/3 D6
Damage: 3 Strength + 2 Power + 1 STAB + 2 SE = 6 D6 Base + 2 Damage (+1 Damage instead if Breloom is hit)
Effect: Reduces Target's Strength by 2

Acid x2/3 on Both Mushrooms (It's a spread attack!  Only learned for 20 EXP and used instead of Acid Spray if Rhyxemplar misses Horn Drill)
Accuracy: 3 Dex + 4 Fight + 1 Canalize - 3/4/5 Actions = 5/4/3 D6
Damage: Same as Acid Spray.
Effect: 1 D6 chance to lower all foes' Defense by 1

Conditional Evasion (Only if something tries to put Arbok to sleep.  Replaces one of his three attacks)
Evasion: 3 Dex + 4 Fight + 1 Evasion - 4/5 Actions = 4/3 D6

Rhyxemplar's Initiative: (1) + 7 = 8 Rhyxemplar goes after Shiintonic, but before Breloom

Shroom Doom Round 2

Arbok, displeased that Felicia and Weavile were so soundly trounced by a couple of overgrown truffles, let out a debilitating poisonous arisol at the maniacal mystic mushroom!

Acid Spray
(5)(1)(1)(3)(1) Miss

Shiintonic, however , threw up a cloud cover of spores that completely block the treacherous toxin from reaching them. It was beginning to get nervous about the attention it was receiving...

Breloom, on the other hand, notices the metal Kaiju yank the biggest horn of its head and began to rev it up, causing them to react in the most pragmatic and prudient way possible:

More Spores!
Accuracy: DEX (2) + Fight (*2) + Channel (3) - 3 Actions = 4D6 Dice
(4)(6)(6)(6)
Rhyxemplar falls asleep, unable to preform its action.

The mystic mushroom, knowing that a world of pain was incoming for them and their fellow fungus, began erecting a barrier of light between them and their enemies!

Light Screen
Accuracy: DEX (2) + Fight (1) + Channel (3) - 3 Actions = 3D6 Dice
(6)(5)(5)
All damage inflicted upon Breloom and Shiintonic will be reduced by 1.

Acid Spray 2 (Since Rhyxemplar didn't 'miss' its attack)
(4)(3)(6)(1) Hit!
Damage: 6D6 - Vitality (3) - 1 Damage = 3D6 + 1 Damage
(4)(2)(1) Shiintonic takes 2 Damage; 5/7 HP , - 1 Pain , - 2 STR

Breloom, alarmed that his old cap got that scorched that badly by the snake's acid and scared of the terrifying monster on the field, starts tossing odd seeds in their direction!

Worry Seed
Accuracy: DEX (2) + Fight (*2) + Perform (1) - 4 Actions = 1 Dice
(4)
Rhyxemplar's ability is now Insomnia, and they instantly awaken from their slumber with a jolt, rubbing their eyes groggly!

Shiintonic, realizing that his shield wasn't going to do much against that snake's corrosive venom, decides that more punitive measures are needed, and extends its mycorrhiza at Arbok to drain its vim and vigor!

Strength Sap
Accuracy: DEX (2) + Fight (1) + Nature (3) - 4 Actions - 1 Pain = 1D6 Dice
(6)
Shiintonic HP is restored to max, while Arbok's STR is lowered by 1!

Unharmed by the shroom's life tapping, but quite unhappy having his fighting power diminish, rained acid on their parade one last time!

Acid Spray 3
(4)(3)(2) Hit!
(1)(3) Shiintonic takes 1 Damage; 6/7 HP

The fighting power of the shroom could not be contained any longer, as they cocked back a fist and landed a nasty blow on Rhyxemplar!

Drain Punch
Accuracy: 7D6 - 5 Actions = 2D6
(6)(3) It hits, and its going to hurt!
Damage: STR (4) + 3 + STAB + SE - Vitality (3) = 5D6 Damage
(2)(2)(1)(1)(5) Unfortunately, Breloom misjudged just how tough the monster was even without its signature ability, and ended up with some smarting knuckles for its trouble!

The other mushroom noticed how tough of a threat Rhyxemplar was, and decide they needed a little fungal treatment as well!

Strength Sap
Accuracy: 6D6 - 5 Actions = 1 Dice
(4)
Rhyxemplar loses 1 STR, while Shiintonic is yet again back at full HP.

The hippie, noticing that the battle wasn't going too poorly for his Pokémon, took out a blunt and lit it, before he started to puff away. In an suprisinging move, he offers you one as well, saying : "Maaaan, thiiiis baaaatleee iiiis a toootaaal buuumeeer fooor yoooouuu, soooo yooouuu waaant soooome weeeed? Iiiiits good foooor soooothiiiing youuur streeees aawaay...."

Weavile's Awakening Check:
(2)(3)(6) Weavile needs 1 more success before they wake up! So close!

Current Status
Breloom: Fresh and unchanged, 2nd Ini
Shiintonic: 7/7 HP , - 2 STR , 4th Ini
Weavile: 3/7HP, - 2 Pain , 5th Ini
Arbok: 14/14 HP, - 1 STR , 1st Ini
Rhyxemplar: 10/10 HP, - 1 STR , Ability is now Insomnia, 3rd Ini

"I'll pass.  And I think you'll find that neither of us really lost out on much in those last few seconds."

Hmmm...this battle was...really strange...'Okay, Reiner, keep your cool...you're still in a good position...Rhyxemplar being awake and immune to further Spores means he can try Horn Drill again with relative safety...Shiinotic is really vulnerable to Poison, and I still have both Arbok and Rhyxemplar's Poison Jab...'

And while he's thinking that...his eyes begin to subtly glow with a blue light for a brief moment?  Huh? (The surge of power levels Canalize and Evasion to 2 for 12 exp total!)

Calm Mind
Accuracy: 3 Dex + 4 Fight + 2 Canalize + 2 Single Action = 11 D6
Effect: Raises Strength and Defense by 1...for the entire party apparently, because Reiner is the one using it...wow, that's potent...

'Wait...what was that?'

He shakes his head to clear that strange feeling.  'Best not to worry about it.  Got a battle to win, after all.'

"Rhyxemplar, try that Horn Drill again.  Arbok, if that Breloom tries to attack him, you make sure it doesn't connect with him.  Keep firing Acid Sprays at that Shiinotic.  And again, try to avoid falling asleep."

Horn Drill on Breloom
Same as before.

Acid Spray x3 on Shiinotic with a conditional evasion
Accuracy gets one more die for both maneuvers, damage remains the same as the previous calculation if Calm Mind works (it should...)

Arbok will also intentionally get in the way of any damaging moves from Breloom aimed at Rhyxemplar.

Calm Mind
(3)(6)(1)(6)(6)(6)(6)(6)(6)(6)(6) What the fuck.
EVERYONE gets + 1 STR and + Defense

Noticing the aura of power now surrounding your entire party, the Hippie takes one good look at his blunt, before pitching it away. It was supposed to relax him, not make him start seeing things, maaaan...

Shroom Doom Battle Round 3!

Acid Spray
(1)(1)(4)(3)(2)(3)
Shiintonic throws up another cloud of spores, which along with the Light Screen in place, completely Neutralize the first venomous volley once more. Ain't that a stinker?

Breloom notices that he's not going to get any leeway at that metal kaiju while that snake guarding him, so he instead focuses on evasive manuvers as Rhyxemplar comes charging at him with that devastating move!

Horn Drill
(3)(2)(2)(5)(3)(6) 2 Successes
Breloom's Evasion: DEX (2) + Fight (*2) + Evasion (*3) - 2 Actions = 5D6 Dice
(6)(5)(1)(6)(3) 3 Successes

In a remarkable display of acrobatics, the fighting mushroom vaults of Rhyxemplar, touching down smoothly on the ground, earning him some clapping from Shiintonic. Truelly impressive!

Displeased that the Arbok is being such a killjoy for his fellow fun guy, spew another volley of the move that everyone loves to hate:

Spore!!
Accuracy: 6D6 - 3 Actions
(5)(3)(3)
Arbok's Evasion
(6)(6)(2)(3)(4)

Arbok slithers out of the way of the dreaded sleep move, no wanting to succumb to its effects like so many of its other team mates! Its still ready to guard Rhyxemplar no matter what, though!

The druggie tosses what you recognize as a X Accuracy to Breloom, with them snatching it out of air and crushing it, absorbing it through his skin! Breloom's Accuracy raised by 2!

"Shooow theeeeem yoooouuuur speeeeciall moooove, Breeeeloooom! Knoooock theeeeeem siiiiilly, maaaan!" Nodding his head at their fellow shroom lover, they rush forward, intent on aiming one devastating punch!

Dynamic Punch
Accuracy: 7D6 + 2 Accuracy - 3 Actions - 5 Accu = 1D6 Dice
(5) It hits...
Damage: STR (4) + 4 + STAB - IE - Vitality (*4) = 5D6 - 1 Damage
(2)(4)(2)(5)(5) Arbok takes 2 Damage; 12/14 HP, - 1 Pain , Confused.

Arbok, even resistant to such a blow  was still disoriented by it as the shroom's punch struck a bad nerve ending. Uggggh....he didn't feel so good...

Shiintonic is one to exploit an opportunity to their own gain, launches yet another volley of this blasted attack:

Spores!!!
Accuracy: 6D6 - 4 Actions = 2D6 Dice
(6)(5)
Arbok's Evasion : 3D6 - 1 Pain - 2 Accu (From Confusion, as stated in my version of the rulebook) = 1D6 Uh Oh
(2)

Instead of dodging the attack as orders, the confused snake ends up tieing themselves into a knot and then being put to Sleep and taking 1 Damage.

Since the snake was now more or less out of action for the unforeseeable future, Shiintonic takes the opportunity to spread more misery to EVERYONE!!! , and fires off a ray of measmerizing light at Rhyxemplar!

Confuse Ray
Accuracy: 6D6 - 5 Actions = 1 Dice
(3) Rhyxemplar is far too wired to become confused right now!

Weavile's Awakening Check:
(4)(5)(3) Weavile's springs to awake, rubbing its eyes and scowling at the truffle that put it to sleep. Revenge will be his!

Shed Skin:
(6)(2)(1)

Arbok instantly awakens from its forced slumber, but is still quite confused until further notice. Another $2500 for the bank!

Current Status:
Breloom: Fresh, + 2 Accu
Shiintonic: Same as last round
Weavile: 3/7 HP, +1 STR and Def, - 2 Pain
Arbok: 11/14 HP,  + and Def, - 1 Pain, Confused,
Rhyxemplar: Fresh, + 1 Def, Insomnia

Shroom Doom Battle Round 4

A battle that is really going nowhere fast. Not as bad as Archie, but far more....troublesome, for both you and me. Someone get a decisive advantage, already!

'What the...why's everyone glowing all of a sudden?  What the heck is going on here?'

Reiner himself is rather confused now too.  Another head shake.  He'd have to think about this later...

"Okay, enough is enough.  It's time to stop fooling around.  Arbok, Wrap that Breloom nice and tight for Rhyxemplar.  I don't want it moving while Rhyxemplar lines up the hit.  No punching him, no evading the attack, nothing.  Keep it in one spot and continue to obstruct its attacks so we can just end this already.  Weavile, you just hang back for a moment."

Wrap on Breloom
Accuracy: 3 Dex + 4 Fight + 2 Brawl - 1 Acc - 1 Pain - 2 Confusion + 2 Single Action = 7 D6
Damage: 1 Power + 4* Strength - 3 Defense - 1 Light Screen = 2 D6 - 1 Damage
Effect: Target is Blocked and takes 2 D6 typeless damage at the end of the round.

Horn Drill on Breloom
Still the same.

"Bah...Rhy..."

It doesn't take long for Reiner to notice Rhyxemplar staring HIM down...horn back in its usual spot...ummm....guess he was fed up with Horn Drill missing all the time...drat...Reiner didn't think Rhyxemplar was going to be following THAT order from him again any time soon...

'Welp, time for a change in plans then...'

Reiner tosses a Persim Berry in Arbok's direction (which wakes him up when it hits his head, surprisingly...guess those berries are tougher than they look...or Reiner has a REALLY good throwing arm...).  And then proceeds to stare down Breloom, just like his pokemon!

"Alright, then...Arbok, Acid (learned for 20 EXP).  Three times.  Continue to get in the way of any attacks aimed at Rhyxemplar.  Rhyxemplar, Poison Jab.  Two times.  Take that Shiinotic down.  Light Screen can't defend it from that."

'Grrr...this Breloom is being a nuisance...wish I could get in there and punch it myself...'

It's not a punch, but his eyes glow for another brief moment as he experiences another surge in power!

Confusion on Breloom!
Accuracy: 3 Fight + 4 Dex + 2 Canalize - 3 Actions (first was the persim berry) = 6 D6
Damage: 4* Strength + 2 Power + 1 SE - 3 Def - 1 Light Screen = 3 D6
Effect: 1 D6 Confusion chance

Reiner stumbles back from this one, suddenly experiencing a headache!  'Ow...what the...'

Weavile's quick to catch on that something's wrong, and decides the best course of action is to sneak around the battle while everyone is distracted, use an Icicle Crash from behind, and then get the heck out of dodge!  They needed to end this quickly, or they might actually lose this!

Poison Jab on Shiinotic x2
Accuracy: 4* Dex + 4 Fight + 2 Brawl - 1 Pain - 2/3 Actions - 2 Confusion = 5/4 D6
Damage: 3* Strength + 2 Power + 2 SE - 3 Defense = 2 D6 + 2 Damage
Effect: 3 D6 Poison chance

Acid on all foes x2, Acid Spray instead if Breloom's the only target
Accuracy: 3 Dex + 4 Fight + 2 Canalize - 1 Pain - 2/3 Actions = 6/5 D6
Damage: 3* Strength + 2 Power + 1 STAB + 1/2 SE - 3 Defense - 1 Light Screen = 3 D6 (+ 1 Damage against Shiinotic)
Effect: 1 D6 chance to lower Def by 1, or -2 Strength for the target, depending on which move is used

Icicle Crash on Breloom
Accuracy: 3 Dexterity + 4 Fight + 2 Brawl - 2 Pain + 2 Single action - 1 Acc = 8 D6
Damage: 4* Strength + 3 Power + 1 STAB + 1 SE - 3 Defense = 5 D6 + 1 Damage (plus the Ice Gem's effects)
Effect: Lowers all foes' Dex by 1

This is also Light Screen's last turn since the turn the move is used is the first turn counted and it lasts 4 rounds.

Shroom Doom Battle Round 5?

Breloom's fighting senses detected two dangerous sources of potential damage inbound, one from Weavile and the other from....the human?! Being a honorable (an League law abiding) Pokémon, he couldn't do anything about that thug, but he could very well deal with that black cat! In a blitz of speed, the mushroom fist lashes out at the cat thief before anyone could react!

Mach Punch
Accuracy: 7D6  + 2 Accu - 3 Actions = 6D6 Dice
(6)(5)(1)(3)(2)(3) Hit!
Damage: STR (4) + 3* + STAB + QE - Vitality (3) = 5D6 + 2 Damage
(1)(4)(4)(3)(4) Weavile is instantly knocked out before anything else can happen!

The artic feline is sent to dream land for good as Breloom blows on his fist, tsking at the cat's descision to rejoin the fight. If it only stayed out, he wouldn't had to hurt them! Unfortunately, the shroom dude couldn't do anything about the burst of psychic power coming from you!

Confusion
(3)(2)(3)(4)(5)(4) Hit!
(5)(6) Breloom takes 2 Damage; 6/8 HP, - 1 Pain
Confus: (1)

The Druggie gasps as he see your eye glows, waves a hand over his eyes to make sure he's not seeing another drug induced vision, before confirming that, yes you are: "Yooouuur aaaa pyschiiiic, maaaan! Duuuuudeee, thaaaaat iiiiis sooooo naaaarly! My shroooom heeeiiiighteeen my miiiiind aaaand toootaaaly chiiiil ooouut, buuuuut I caaaan neeeeveeer reeeaach thaaaat leeveel oof zeeen! Thooouuugh Breeelooom gooot hurt by yooouu, sooo that iiiss a buumeer...."

Arbok, sick and tired of the druggie's and his mushroom's antics, happily complied with your orders, spitting out a giant glob of poison to cover them all. Melt, you damn funguses!

Acid 1
(1)(3)(6)(5)(6)(1) Hit!
Damage: 2D6 (Breloom has + 1 Vit as a surprise) and 3D6 + 1 (Shiintonic)
(1)(1) The acidic mist is blow away by a stray gust of wind, protecting the fighting shroom!
(4)(3)(4) Shiintonic, however, takes 3 Damage; 3/7 HP , - 2 Pain
Effects: (3) and (1) Nope

Shiintonic was crigging in wonderful (horrible) agony, prompting the Druggie-Hippie to throw a strange looking concotion to them, which they promptly caught and prompty down, their normally scrawny body bulking up considerably! Shiintonic HP is maxed out, and they gain + 2 Defense!

It was not a moment too soon, as the metal kaiju was upon him, trying to pummel them into a pulp with their poisonous fist!

Poison Jab
(3)(3)(1)(4)(1)

In a stunningly bold move from the normally timid cap, he parried the blow with their arm, leaving Rhyxemplar momentarily stunned from the action! Shiintonic, knowing that snake was going to continue to pose problem for them all, suddenly lashes out at them in yet another startling move!

Astonish
Accuracy: DEX (2) + Fight (1) + Fight (3) - 3 Actions = 3D6
(6)(6)(1) Hit!
Damage: STR (*3) + 1 - Vitality (*4) = 1D6 Damage
(4) Arbok takes 1 Damage; 10/14 HP
Flitch: (5)(5)(5) Nope

Breloom take the opportunity provided to spit a few more seeds out at his the Rhyxemplar, but unfortunately Arbok intercepts the attacks, as its not too startled to take the hit while also raining down pain from above!

Acid 2
(4)(4)(4)(5)(6) The deadly venom is especially potent this time! Critical Hit!
Damage: 4D6 (For Breloom) and 3D6 + 1 to Shiintonic
(5)(6)(6)(3) Breloom takes 3 Damage; 3/8 HP, - 2 Pain
(5)(4)(6) Shiintonic takes 4 Damage! 3/7 HP, - 2 Pain
Effect: (4) and (6)
Shiitonic loses 1 Defense, causing his body to debulk a little.

Bullet Seed 1
Accuracy: 7D6 + 2 Accu - 2 Pain - 4/5 Actions = 4/3D6 Dice
(6)(2)(4)(3) Hit
Damage: STR (4) + 2* + STAB + Miracle Seed (1) - RE - Vitality (4) = 4D6 - 1 Damage per hit
(5)(5)(6)(2) Arbok takes 2 Damage; 8/14 HP

Bullet Seed 2
(6)(1)(2) Hit
(5)(2)(3)(2) The seed bounces off a tougher part of the snake's hide, inflicting no damage!

Rhyxemplar, fully recovered from his the annoying shroom's parry and still plenty angry, launches another venomous blow into them!

Poison Jab 2
(4)(5)(1)(1) The blow barely lands!
(6) Shiintonic clock is cleaned by the blow, knocking it completely out!

The metal monster grins as their most vexsome foe falls before him, pumping his still fuming fist to the side in victory. Mission accomplished.

Breloom violently startles at seeing his best friend take such a viscous blow and finally succumb to slow grind that has been wearing against them all this time. The Light Screen that was also protecting them choose at that exact moment to fizzle out, leaving him completely defenseless against two terrifying monsters that were, to put it politely, not too pleased with his earlier Spore spreading spree. Then their was that human that had freaky mind powers that gave him a killer headache on top of powering up those beast even more. Adding up everything, he came to a simple conclusion: that he and his bro were totally boned if he doesn't think of something quickly that could spare their lives.

So with that grim reality in mind, the fighting shroom did the only logical thing that came to his mind: he pivoted on his feet and slugged his fellow shroom lover (the Druggie) straight in the face. Totally taken off guard by the sudden betrayal, he didn't have a chance to react or say a slurred word when the blow hit, sending him sprawling to the ground, knocked completely and utterly out cold. Rushing over and hunching down over them, then rumuged through their former master person and pulled out his and Shiintonic's Pokémon, along with $1000 Poke, a extra Herbal Concoction, and a small blue object you recognize as a Rare Candy(!) , before he turned around and timidly kneeled, presenting the all the items to you. You get the distinct feeling that he's offering himself, his buddy, and all this loot in exchange for their lives and to leave the old hippie alone. They both were not particularly loyal ( 0 Loyalty ), but they had a groovy time with him for who knows how long, so he didn't want them to be harmed (3 Happiness).

Well, that was unexpected. Now what?

(Well, guess I at least get to keep the Ice Gem?  Yeesh...those poor cats...still need the exp gains from that fight as well, btw)

'Huh?  Psychic?  What?  Urgh, this headache...ow...I'm not seeing things am I?'

He has to pinch himself a few times just to check...

Yup, that Breloom had just knocked his trainer clean out in a single blow and looted him, saving Reiner the trouble...did it count as theft if the pokemon had turned against their master?  Reiner had no idea...but it'd certainly add to the effect of just how bizarre this encounter was...the drug addict hippe was attacked by a rather inept Psychic and lost everything in the end because his own pokemon turned against him?  Yeah, good luck explaining that one away, if he remembered it at all...well, the lack of pokemon and items might still serve as semi proof...but the important secrets would at least stay safe...Psychic, huh?  Yeesh...must be another side effect from his encounter with Mew...urgh...he was pretty sure he wasn't used to it yet, but it certainly explained the sudden empathy...

Well, better collect the items and pokemon and head back to the alleys quickly before heading back to the Center...he didn't want to be late to pick up that order at ALL.  Hopefully he wouldn't run into anybody on the way...with a splitting headache, one KOed and looted druggie left behind, two KOed cats, one KOed mushroom, and three beat up pokemon in tow, Kingdra was about the only nearby living thing in a decent state right now, and Reiner would rather not be spotted by anyone if at all possible...his goose was probably cooked if the Malcolms saw him before he reached the Center...

(Cue Phantom's character, maybe?  I remember there being some sort of discussion about that earlier...)

Tuesday Night

Arbok and Rhyxemplar gain 12 XP for conquering those annoying mushroom, while Weavile and Felicia gain zlitch, since they did not contribute anything meaningful what so ever to the battle. Reiner gain 15 XP, 12 XPfor the battle, 1 XP for unlocking his psychic powers, and 2 XP for putting up with that bullshit and not running away (I am very so about that battle, it should not have turned out like that!)

When the druggie wakes up in the morning, he is initially confused about what just happened, and was about to pass it off as a bad trip when he checked his person, and found all his Pokémon and valuable items had been stolen! He immediantly runs off to find a Police Officer to talk about his woes, as well as the battle he had with you. Like you predicted, he doesn't recall who or what Pokémon assaulted him, due to heavy drug use and head trauma, which he bluntly told the officer. Surprisingly, they just sighed and noted it all down, before guiding them to a local clinic to get treated for their injuries. He and the rest of the department could not arrest drug users in this city, due to a law passed by the City Council that made it legal to use herbal substance as medical treaments or a relaxation aid. Erika and her gym had proposed the new law to the council as a method of reducing the amount of unnecessary criminals in jail (Since the users of such herbs rarely commited any crimes beside possessing and using the drug(s), and perhaps manslaughter, neglilance, or loss of productivity on the rare occasion) , and it quickly got passed as a result of strong public support for the leader. The department doesn't know what the Gym was thinking, but they were paid and trained to uphold the law, not question it....

Warning Level has increased by 2, so it is now Level 3. Crime might pay lots, but you don't always get away with it!

Breloom, very happy that he and his friend were not going to die a grisly death, handed over the items as promised, before recalling Shiintonic and himself to their Pokeballs. You pick them up and add them to your growing collection, before you head out to the back ally network to pick up your body armor and Emily's newest friend. After around 15 Minutes of wandering around, the Merchant finds you , noticing your slightly pained expression, before shrugging their shoulders and handing you them items, as you requested. They were gone as quickly as they arrived, looking and feeling rushed and busy as they melted into the black shadows once more. You could try and call out to them and sell that snake skin of yours, but you doubt they will listen. Eventually, you make your way out to the entrance of an ally way, relatively close to the Pokémon Center.

Before you can began making headway their, something happens to halt your progress! (That is your cue, @PhantomUnderYourDesk ! Time for your character to enter the RP!)
