[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
Just to behold a legendary is an honor!

Pseudo-legendaries (Dragonite, Axew, possibly Metagross) are definitely an option, because they are not Plot Devices and can be caught with normal means. It's a challenge, of course, 'cause they'll have epic Will scores and high attributes and possibly some followers - but at least they have attributes, unlike the legendaries (and mythics).

Ash Ketchum exists, but we didn't use him when we derived the timeline.

Legendary and mythic are fan-terms anyway, but they have next to no mechanical meaning in Creshire.

What's so mythical about a Pokemon you can easily find just by using Strength on a truck?

You clearly said that Elanor is associated with Shaymin, but I honestly won't be dissapointed if Shiva would not get to see one. Cottonee's evolution and watching the sun go down with nothing impairing the view are enjoyable enough. <3

The truck was a lie! Bet we all nevertheless tried it out.

What a wonderful interaction with young Wobbuffet, Windos. Shiva is close, so she heard every word...

They started as fan terms, but they were adopted as official ones sometime during gen 5 or 6 iirc (official events started labeling Mew and co. as Mythicals).  Same with Shiny pokemon in gen 5 (an NPC in BW's Nimbasa City used the term)

You know, I feel Shiva might be able to deduce what's going on with Nathan, or at least make a really good guess, since he did tell her about Ralts being his first and practically only friend. Though that is up to Phantom to decide on in the end...

I think she might if she spends a little time with him, but I doubt she'd adress it towards Nathan. While she can easily guess that Nathan might be somewhat hurt because of the happenings before Gym Battle, she doesn't want to make him feel uncomfortable by bringing the issue up. That's just...not what she would do, given her coy and respectful attitude.

However, if he would approach her on his own at some point after me and Ventus reunite with Nathan (which won't happen that soon), she'd be willing to listen and comfort him the best way possible with her current mind recovering from depressesive episode. ^^ How can she be fully there for others if she'd dealing with the own aftermaths of constant issues and feelings of being overshadowed...

Nathan will probably be a little reluctant to approach her since she joined in on laughing at him. Kirlia, however, knows he would be willing to talk to her if she approached him, so there is a chance Shiva might be nudged in that direction by the dancer.

I come bearing a gift from the forums!  A list of the moves missing from the level up movepools listed in version 1.2 of the core book: (all moves the pokemon only learn in ORAS and/or SM.)

Not sure if it's a good decision by the writers to leave all the pre-ORAS movesets unaltered in their book just because it would take a lot of work to redo them or add new information to every entry.  There's some weird quirks in version 1.2 as a result, such as Heatmor not having Fire Lash in its movelist despite its gen 7 introduced signature move being listed in the book's move info pages... :/

I don't plan to mess with those. I think there's plenty of variety in the Pokemon as it is.
