If you're talking about how Combee has one more action available to it in Round 3, yeah he's not going to be using that! He'd rather use that time to get a little farther away from death. He knows he can't take out Wobbuffet entirely.

Oh yes. Base XP for a wild encounter - 2XP for the Pokemon, 1XP for Ventus.

What the hell, that Cherubi is only 2XP away from learning Sunny Day... It'll be a good battle partner for Braixen, combined with Charcoal and Blaze for increased fire power. My, Iron, you're secretly on the mission to make a strong battler out of Shiva?

Cherubi knows Morning Sun, Tackle, Growth, Leech Seed, and has 20XP stored up in the nutritious ball. Ability is Chlorophyll.

Just out of curiosity's shake, if one of our characters or our Pokémon where to EAT Cherubi, would we gain that 20XP it has stored up, or would it be lost forever? *Gets freaked out stares from everyone* Hey, its a valid question, if deranged!

But I love sweet cherries...why would you deny Ventus such a delicious treat? He could really use it... I wonder how everyone would react if Ventus just killed a Pidgy, gutted and defeathered it, before roasting it over an open fire. He has the Survival and Knowledge know how to make a decent meal out of it, but just how would Shiva and Nathan react....oh, and Valder. Can't forget about him!

To make it rather abundtly clear, Ventus does not mind his predator Pokémon eating other Pokémon, and he has no qualms about eating some himself if the right (wrong) circumstances occur. He would just rather not, given how many people already dislike natural predation of Trainer owned Pokémon, and the fact that the party has plenty of rations on hand that killing Pokémon just for him to eat it seems like a waste, compared to the option of giving it to Apsis or leaving it there for another trainer/wild Pokémon. To him, its killed or be killed in the wild, and if he was starving and had no other food source, meat is meat, regardless of the source.

When you are orphaned child with limited income, resources, or people to turn to, you quickly drop any reservations about what does and does not constitute a valid source of food. Hmm....I wonder if its possible for Ventus to actually hunt Pokémon with his predator Pokémon by himself and eat with them. Might strengthen the bond of cameradance between them...
