'Metagross, ironically enough, is actually rather sane. But to a fault. Its entire rationale is logical from what I picked up. Should follow orders just fine regardless of who's giving them, and I think I might be able to mega evolve it, but it's certainly going to be interesting to raise...
I don't intend to seek the vampire out. Not when I've got the perfect bait that I also happen to be obligated to protect. And since we're guaranteed to be out and about tonight, I expect trouble to come calling whether we're looking or not, so I might as well be prepared for it.
I'm not an average criminal, Mew. And this week has given me a lot to think about. I have an idea or two for how I might negotiate things with Mitchell and Clair. And I'd very much appreciate your assistance with handling both of them. What better way to prove their assumptions wrong than to completely defy their expectations?
Well, enough of that. Time to get on with things...and get my blasted ankle fixed up...urgh...'

Having some padding on the inside of his boot to support his healing ankle helped a TON. Luckily, it wasn't that bad of an injury. Just had to avoid spraining it again.
Having no idea where he needed to go next, there's really only one logical thing for Reiner to do here: get the man's attention.
"Well, you certainly look bored. Nothing exciting happening lately?"

The orderly continued his typing for a few more seconds, filling out what looks to be some dry data entry documents, before they turned away from the computer monitor to address, giving you a kind and patient smile as he clasped his hands together and warmly greated you. "It may look that way, but I rather enjoy the peace and silence. The Festival is has always been a bit too energetic for my constitution, so staying here and doing record keeping is a welcome respite from the fevor of the celebration. Its especially so right now, given how hectic the annual event has been for just about everyone this year.... Ah, I'm chattering you ear off, so best we get back on topic. Welcome to the 1st Celadon City Rehab Clinic, sir. How may I assist the Thursday Evening? Visiting a patient here, or do you need some medicail assitence and/or intervention for you or someone else?"

"Can't say I blame ya. This year has been far too exciting for my taste. You hear about what happened this afternoon? Right mess, that was, and I was the one who had to clean it up before it got any worse. Blegh. Anyways, I'm here to talk with two of the patients: one Gregory Wasson and one survivor of the recent 'vampire' attacks."

"*Tsk* Unfortunately, yes. The whole festival almost went into total anarchy because the actions of that psychopathic family, though thanks to the dilgent efforts on a young officer on the scene things did not escalate to such a ruinous point. As for the deaths themselves...*Clearing of throat* 'Heads caved in like rotten pumpkins, but twice as chunky' is one report I received from a friend of mine working as one of the Police Department's morticians. Nasty, nasty work that Family did to them, and no amount of reconstructive surgery will make the bodies suitable for anything but a closed casket funeral or cremation."
"Oh, you must the Police Consultant Detective that Major Samael sent me notice about! He said that the Clinic would expect you in a relatively short amount of time, and that you are to be given permission to see and interview the only known Survivor of that horrendous Vampire killer. She refuses to give her name, ID or any information pertaining to her run in with the serial to the Police for some odd reason, but perhaps you may be able to get them to open up? She's on the left wing of the building, first floor, at the very back of the Clinic at her request; room number is L1-129."
"As for the other person mention....hmm *Turns to the computer and starts fiddling around with it, bringing up a registry of patient names/details as to why they are their/treatment plans etc. , and types in Gregory's name into the search engine* Ah, yes, he's currently in his room recovering from a round of detox therapy. It says here that he doesn't have any relative or family members currently in Celadon, and he has no one listed as a emergency contact or close friend, so what brings you to visit him at this time? I'm not suscipous or trying to be obtrusive, I'm doing what is request of my as medicial operator here, so I'm sorry for the inconvenience..."

"Yup, that's me. Good to hear Samael notified ya in advance. Saves me a lot of trouble. As for Mr. Wasson, I've got a few questions for him, that's all. Unfortunate to hear what happened to him, but maybe I can turn up some things the police weren't able to, knock out two birds with one stone."

"Well that's generous and a nice thing to do for the Police Department! Goodness knows they are already running themselves ragid keeping the Flower Festival as peaceful and crime free as possible, so any help sent their way make the city much more calm and safe. Alrighty then, Mr. Wasson is on the right wing, second floor, 3rd door down from the right of the stairwell; room number R2-206. Will that be all, sir, or do you have anyone else that needs to be looked up?"

"Not for the time being, though I heard Agemi Strans is in a similar situation to Mr. Wasson, so maybe I'll talk to him too afterwards."

"That's nice for you to do too, sir, but Mr. Strans is not exactly in the best condition to seeing visitors right now. His mugging and subsequent substained Confusion caused by some Pokémon has left him a nervous wreck and highly distrusting of strangers right now, and needs monitoring so that not endangering himself or others in his state of duress. If you wish to still see him, though, I can arrange an appointment for you and his psychiatrist to see him tomorrow night. Is that alright, sir?"
(Which person do you want to meet with first: The Druggie or Mystery Woman?)

"Fair enough. I might have to skip that then. Wouldn't want to give him a fright, and I suspect I'll be rather busy tomorrow. Well, thank you for your time. I'll head on in and get sleuthing now."
(Let's do the Mystery Woman first)

"I wish you well and the best in your investigations then, detective! We need more people like you, patrolling the streets and doing the hard work in bringing in those awful menaces to society and locking them away! Ah, I'm keeping you from doing your job, so I'll just get back to work now. Have a wonderful rest of the day, sir," he said, before turn in their seat and resumed their previous task, humming a light, airy tune as his finger keyed in line after line of text and numbers.
Leaving the gentle soul to his work, you enter the left wing of the clinic, traveling at the way down the long hallway, being stopped only a couple of times by the inquisitive orderlies bustiling around the area, before you reach the victim's room. Knocking a few time to be polite and as to not startle whoever is on the other side, you quietly open the door and entering the room. You were about to close the door, but froze at the sight of just who the mystery woman was. Covered up and laid up, looking pale, guant, irritated, and somewhat surprised herself was none other than Ariana, the Team Rocket Executive second only to Archer and Giovanni himself (And perhaps you too!) !
"Reiner? Boy, what on earth are you doing HERE of all places? No one but the Boss knows my current status and location, so you have absolutely no reason what so ever to be here, other than him sending you to check up on me personally. *Hrrrrrgggh* Well, you're here regardless, so what are your orders and mission? Close the door behind boy while your still standing there; I don't want any of those pests out their easedropping on us, so do it!"
