Somewhat hilarious that Shiva is all safe and well there in the Daycare a little outside of town following it all on screen - it was a good decision to rather stay there than inside the Center - while chaos reigns in the town itself. Reminds her on watching the Unova League Finals.
Iron, unless you decide to do Training Rolls, I assume Nightshade, Kyuu and Helios are holding some sort of Master-independant Training Session together with the Daycare Pokemon meanwhile, and will add 1 XP to each of them. Okay?

Yes, sorry for not addressing that. None of them are up for training rolls at the moment.

He's still wearing it, so probs not. I could give you a roll at a penalty if you wanted, but most likely scenario is that you'd still not recognize him.

I'm fine with assuming that Shiva does not recognize him until he really drops the disguise or does something that makes it unmistakeably clear that it's him.
