Kyubi stares at the ring, completely befuddled by its appearance and your words in the beginning, until you saw her eyes beginning to cloud over the longer see looked at it. Something about this band...it was...it was stirring up lost feelings, and she felt a dull ache in her head starting to build up, causing her to wince ever so slightly. 'This ring....it was from my former Master? We were...we were that close to each other, enough that he...had this made to signify how important I was to him? Or how important he was to me? To each other? Urrggh...its making me feeling funny, but...but I can't stop looking at it. Master...he said something was written inside the band. I must....I must see for myself. Maybe doing that will get rid of these strange sensations, and make me feel better....' she thought to herself, gulping a bit as these weird emotions started to play rough on her nerves. The headache she had was only growing worse as time went on, and soon it would become a full on migrane if either she or Reiner didn't deal with all of it in some manner…

With a slightly shaky, and a small amount of hesistation, the kistune gently took the ring out of your hand, and held it up to her eyes to see what lay inscribed. In the bright lights of the conference room, the words were clear : ‘Kyubi and Archie, Together forever, our love bright and burning’ . At first, Kyubi was confused, as nothing particularly special happened, and shield felt strange and terrible. Just as she was about to hand the ring back to you, though, the words fully sinked in to psyche, and it triggered a STRONG reaction. Her amber eyes widened drastically, until you couldn’t see the whites of their eyes, and they became dull and unknowing, as she slipped into a trace state as a stream of memories were brought forth from the abyss of her mind! So powerful and vivad was the recolations that you began to sliping into a tugor state as well, the bond between you and the kitsune allowing this possibility!

You felt yourself slipping….

Falling….

Into a life once forgotten….

A room, decorated with finery and luxury that would shame all the wealthiest. Everything was large, and intimidating, and felt like it was going to crush your small, yellowish orange form. You were afraid, timid, and uncertain of were you were. What was this place? Where was the nursey? The day care people? Her mother and litter mates? Where was she? Then she heard the shuffled of feet, saw the fine, shiny black shoes in front of her snout, and craned her head up to look at the person. The moment her eyes meet his own, she knew that this was her new Master.

“Hello,” said the young boy, no older than 14 years. “I’m Archie, Archie Sterling, and you are my first Pokemon. For such a lovely exemplar of your breed, I need to give a name befitting of your beauty. Hmm… Ah, I know! You will be know as Kyubi from this day forth. I hope that we both become the perfect partners for one another!”

The formerly nameless Shiny Vulpix was named Kyubi, and thus began a begun a relationship that would last a decade.

The memory whips away from you, and you see scattered, fragmented imagine, hear broken, ‘glitchy’ noises, feel fuzzy, distorted sensations. You were in the degredated, broken, irreparably tarnish LIFE of Kyubi the Vulpix/Ninetales of the Past, and you were in the midst of a flurry of memories swirling around. It was hard to get your barrings straight, in such a chaotic sea of unconsciousness. Yet you were not lost in it. This current state of being you were in…it felt akin to be an audience member to a grand play. Not unlike the brief, enlightening connection you shared with MEW and Creation, but different at the same time.

Unlike with MEW, you were (now) in control of what you see, felt, heard, experienced in Kyubi’s Mind SOUL, if only for however long this may be. You were trapped in a shared memory with her, and now you EXIST in this non-existentant place of lives past and present. The vast majority of recollections were broken, disrupted, or just plain absent, but in the sea of memories three moments stood out to your empathetic senses, whole and sound. What lay within them was tantalizing out of your reach, but you could get a faint sense of their significance and meaning.

First was full of excitement and energy, the beginning of great things, and feeling long dormant now blossoming.

Second was steeped in surprise and shock, but a tender warmth suffused throughout, followed by boldness and passion.

Last was holding unfettered love and devotion, forming a bond that still remains to the present day, no matter how changed.

You felt that you could delve into one last past memory with Kyubi, before the chaos quelled and her mind was righted and clear once more. What would the choice be?

A post who say about a scientist who challenge someone to a Pokemon or something and he will reward with a Pokemon fossil and 5000 pokedolars. "Well, since I dont have any money, lets see this guy. A Fossil Pokemon would be a interesting addition to the team. Depending of the Pokemon of course. Perhaps we can get a Turtouga or Tyrantrum? A Water or Dragon-type would interesting.....Or perhaps Archeops or Aerodactyil? Both are strong flying pokemons and one of they can Mega Evolve. Since I receive a extra Key Stone I could Mega Evolve more then one Pokemon along with Melchior. The possibilities is limitless. It will be a little dificult since I already have a Rock-type in my team butscrew that!" Excited find out Arial decide to meet this Archeoligist.

You eventually manage to track down the gentleman sitting behind medium sized stand beside a wide vacant lot. On his desk was a sign that said: 'Ecru's Archaeological Exepidition! Come Invest and Reap the Fortunes of the Ancient Past!' , and he was twiddling his thumbs around as night started to encroached upon Celadon City. He had a broad white hate and pair of tinted Safety Goggles on, a long, sand encrusted white and grey beard, and light brown cloathing reminesant of a frontiersman daily apparel. When you approached his stall, he immediantly perked up at the sight of a customer, and gladly regaled you in a deep, booming voice of what he had to offer.

"Welcome, good sir, to Ecru's Archaeological Exepidition Funding! You see, I came here to this city to seek funding for my latest foray into the unknown, and uncover all that I can find of ancient human and mythical Pokémon remains! This time, I seek to explore the deserts of the Orre region for signs of past Pokémon/Human settlements, but I am sadly lacking the funds to book board, fair, and supplies to journey to that far flung corner of the globe. Would you be willing to donate for my fund, and be one of the many backers credited with supporting the discovery of new and exciting ruins/artifacts? First five donors also get the privilege of first pick of treasures I find out there, for their whole hearted support of my life's work! However, if you are the sort that needs some....incentivation, I'm willing to make a wager with you over a Pokémon Battle. If you win, you get one of the Rare Treasures I found on my previous expedition that I have not managed to sell for a variety of reason, or one of the many Fossil Pokémon I have come across and revived for my own use in my travels. Arial thinking for a second about the wager. For a side, one fossil Pokemon its a interesting this treasures he is offering. Something tell him one the treasures might be something important might interesting. And depending of what fossil pokemon he have it would be even better. Arial dont have the 5000 Pokedolars. He just a little cautious about "Researcher aid and fiel assistant". He dont have much time to that since he need help Reiner in track down the vampire. He cant accept that deal without any information. He is crazy but not a idiot.

Reiner could almost tell what each of the three memories held even without delving into them.  How it all started for the two of them, the moment it finally happened, and what was likely to be one of the moments that reaffirmed that bond time and time again...if he could only explore one with Kyubi, there was only one choice...

The third one.  He didn't need to know how it started, nor how it finally kicked off...all that matters right now is that there is a bond between those two.  One that is almost unbreakable.  That's the main concern right now...the second will be dealing with the aftermath of this decision, but he'll get to that in a moment...

No, if you lose and don't have the cash up front, and are unable to aquire it from a friend or on loan, I'll wait until the end of the Flower Festival to get in contact with you, as I am loathed to interrupt anyone's current holiday of pending business during this event, then get started on your training and some simple tasks that you are capable of doing. Once I judge you fit not to destroy priceless relics with brutish and casual hands- no offense of course, good sir, but most amatuers wouldn't know how to handle an artifact if a Marowack clubed them in the head with a Thick Bone!- , we'll get packed up and head to Orre via plane flight, if Arceas is willing and kind. You would remain my field assistant/research aid until we complete our expedition, which could be as short as a couple of weeks or long as a year or two, depending on what we find and how long we have to search. Is that all the information you need, good sir?"

Arial thing for a second about the propose. Its a good deal, and with a little luck perhaps Arial could find a way to get the money to afford the deal IF he loose to this guy. But the same time he is quite suspicious about this Archeologist. Its not just because Arial is a misontropic, but is because that guy is strange. Looking for some guide Arial look to his criminal partner and ask:

"Gaspar, what you think mate? You think its a good idea to do that? You are my partner so I should battle?"

Arial is very tempt to do fight this guy and use Sekmet. She couldnt join in the last battle so this battle could be a good experience. But he decides to wait Gaspar answear.

Gasper thinks about it for a moment, transforming into a Pikachu and tapping its chin in thought, before giving you a thumbs up and a firm nod of their head. Best case scenario, they get to add another member to their team, one that is rare and powerful to boot and could go towards a long way of endering them to the Boss (If he's still around by the time everything settles, but neither of you know that). If they lose and can't get the money to pay the old? man off, they end up heading over to a brand new region and can start a life that DOESN'T involve petty crime or associating with people/beings that could crush you at any given moment. It was win-win scenario to the mimicking feline, so why not take the deal?

"Never disagree a smart Duplicat." Arial smile then look to the Archeologist. "Okay then mate. We accept the deal. If my partner agree, then I wont have any excuse anymore. Besides, be field assistant its not so bad. I dont have much plans after the end of the festival, so explore a new region it would be a good idea. I very confident in my team and strengh so lets begin."

Reiner could almost tell what each of the three memories held even without delving into them.  How it all started for the two of them, the moment it finally happened, and what was likely to be one of the moments that reaffirmed that bond time and time again...if he could only explore one with Kyubi, there was only one choice...

The third one.  He didn't need to know how it started, nor how it finally kicked off...all that matters right now is that there is a bond between those two.  One that is almost unbreakable.  That's the main concern right now...the second will be dealing with the aftermath of this decision, but he'll get to that in a moment...

Shifting and floating and twisting through the din of unkempt recollections, you make your way over to the memory of love, and you briefly hesitate as your senses probed it once more. This was a....deeply intimate and strong memory, one just as significant as the other ones you detected and experienced, and you would be reliving it from Kyubi's entire perspective. It was pure luck and your strong mental fortitude that you didn't get swept up and lose yourself in the first memory you experienced, but who knows if you'll get a second chance this time? In that brief moment of doubt, you felt a warm, familiar presence wrapped around your very being, and you knew that everything would turn out all right. After all, Kyubi is with you here, no matter what form or level of consciousness she's in.

Steeling yourself completely, you plunge straight into one of the most important moments of her life....

Where Love was re-affirmed....

And made even more everlasting than before....

The sound of bells. The singing of a choir. The scent of free incense and wood smoke, burning in the air, releasing thieir pungent and heady fragrances into the closed air of the chapel. Only a few people were present in the audience, but that was not such a bad thing given the occasion. Mina was sitting off on a pew to the side, dressed in her usual casual clothing and doing some warm up sketches as she prepare for the big event she was about to depict. She looked up and she you staring, and gave a sedate but sincere smile, happy to be here on this day. It was truly a blessing to meet such an capable and understanding artist as her, and both she and Archie are greatful for her presence in their lives.

Chuck, dressed in a blakc tuxedo that look in to be struggling to contain the muscular might of the man, was sitting in a pew right beside Whitney, dressed in cream colored straight forward dress, and both of them were jawing away in good cheer and friendly needling  as they awaited for the event to start. They were here her old personal trainers that ran her through their physical examination every once in awhile, and both were perfectly at ease with the cereomony. Whitney was a hopeless, ever cheerful romantic that believed 'Anything is possible, if you work hard enough at it!' , and was rather vocal about how you two were such a 'cuuuute couple!' Chuck, on the other hand, didn't share the same sentiments regarding what constitutes an acceptable relationship, but Kyubi was one of his best students, he was good friends with their trainer after all they did for each other, and he knew how much Archie meant to you (and vice versa!). If this what they believed was right and just, despite what society says otherwise then who was the martial artist to argue against such conviction?

Your parents were there as well, flanking the sides of Mr. Fuji as he smiled his genial old smile,and brushed her mom's coat down with a fine comb to make her look even more presentable (She already was, but mom was always sensitive about her beauty). He, with the assitence of his good friend Blaine, had specially breed her with the Egg Moves she possessed and their HA Drought. It was a freak coincidence that she turned out Shiny on top of those traits, but it was nice one none of the less, especially for the scientists eager to have an actual off color variant to run genomic analysis and research on. Fuji was perfectly alright with the cereomony, as it wasn't his business to intrude on the bond between trainer and Pokémon, but Blaine was rather...disgruntled as to how things turned out between her and Archie. If he had known they would become THIS close, he probably have had second thoughts on keeping his side of the deal, but their was nothing he could do now. Fuji managed to convince him to attend the ceromoney anyway, though, citing that it would only be proper for her 'grandfather' to attend. The old man was not entirely happy about things, but he could at least accept that she loved Archie, and that was all that mattered in the end.

Bells chime again, this time with greater intensity and volume. It was time. The doors to the chaple opened inward, and usher in her soulmate Archie Sterling, dressed in a relatively simple tuxedo for their wedding. Blaine was beside him, suited up in a stunning white dress suit that fit him well, standing right beside her love as his best men. Archie's father would never approve of such a union between them, so a fitting substitute was chosen in his place instead. Given that Blaine treated her lover better that his actual father did, it was all for the best really. Her own father perked up at their arrival, and with a nod to Fuji, padded his way over to my side, ready to give me away. Human, Pokémon, it didn't matter to her dad. If her daughter was happy, then he was. It was just as simple as that.

Kyubi locked eyes with Archie at that moment, and together they smiled in unision at the clear, pure love they shared between each other. Their was no doubt in their mind that this was the right thing to do: to get married, and live in holy matrimony. Together, they both walked down the aisie with their respective tag alongs, and together came before a orange haired man dressed in tweed, holding up the Holy Texts of the Tao Trio with a serene smile on his face. She and Archie were worried that they wouldn't be able to a pastor to preside over their marrage, but this man just appeared out of now where and kindly offered to preform the service. He wouldn't give his name, as he wanted to keep this 'private' between them all, but he was well studied in his religion to do his part in the ceromoney, and was had no qualms about the people who were being married by him.

The couple made their way before him, and with a smile that somehow became even more kind, he began. "In the name of Reshirim, Zekrom, and Kyurem, we are gathered today...."

The whole recitation was a blur to her, as he droned on about the detail of what their marriage entailed, until he asked the most important question of the day. "Archie, do you take this Kyubi as your wife, and promise to do good by her and be with her through all illness?" "I do," Archie said, smiling tenderly at me as I blushed and almost averted my gaze from him. "Kyubi, do you take Archie as your husband, and promise to do good by him as he does for you, and be with him through ill times as well?" She let out a happy bark with a nod of her head, signaling yes to the preacher. "Then by the power invested to me by the Tao Trio, I pronounced you two husband and wife, and wish great blessing on the both of you. You may kiss the bride," he concluded, shutting his bible with a *Snap!*

We didn't need his approval, as my soulmate crouched down to my height, and shared a loving kiss with me, his ruby set gold ring glistening in the light. We were together now, and no one would ever tear them apart....

as you slowly but surely awoken...

To the world where memories are made, and dreams come true...

You noticed that in both of your trace that, besides from making out again, Archie's Wedding band was around you finger, fitting their comfortably. The kitsune was the first one to break the kiss, and as she looked on to you with confused, uncertain, but still loving and caring eyes, as she asked some simple questions : "What...what was that? What happened?" Who...who was that man?"

Reiner backs off just a little, and removes the ring.  It's not his to wear, after all...

Then he sighs again.  "That man was Archie Sterling.  Your former master...and husband.  That is what I meant when I said he cared deeply enough for you to sacrifice himself for the sole purpose of bringing you back to life.  When you lost your life, he was crushed.  Broken.  A shell of the person he was.  He couldn't bear the thought of living without you.  Those genuine feelings for you are why I agreed to letting Mew ressurect you.  And they're also why I'll do my best to ensure you can get the most out of your second chance at life."

He looks down, looking just a little shameful.  "I'm sorry about intruding on your memories, by the way.  I'm still not entirely certain I'm in control of my recently acquired psychic abilities, and I still don't know the full extent of what I can do.  I only hoped to illustrate a point by showing you the ring, not, well...cause you to relive the point I was only trying to illustrate..."
