Oh boooh, I narrow missed GM! Well, uhm, I have to go for a few errands now and will be back in a little more than one hour (hopefully), there is one additional thing I please wish to do before you bring up the new day, @Iron. The day of my Gym Battle, hype!

Swiftfire gains 1 point of Loyalty. Note about Orthros' ability: he technically needs to be in the party when a point is gained to benefit, but if you just stashed him recently or are about to go get him, you can still count it. Loyalty doesn't truly increase in discrete increments; that's just a gaming abstraction.

And that training roll is...? Well, guess I should have specified what the training was...some practice with his electricty.  Currently looking at learning Electro Ball next.

Orthros hasn't left the party since Nathan obtained him, so that hasn't been a concern yet.  However, I will make note of it for future reference.

And yay, he's at 2 loyalty now!  Just need to get one more point, and then Nathan can safely introduce him properly...

Ventus might not freak out about Orthros anymore, but Shiva certainly will have a mighty big panic attack and crisis of faith over the beast. She already has plenty of reason to be wary around Nathan right now, especially given what happened at the Scimitar base and the apology he gave her (if any), so introducing the borderline real dream demon to her might be a bit...too much. It has to happen eventually, though, since you plan on switching him in and out of the party, so when would be the ideal time for that to happen?

Definitely not that soon, Windos, for the reasons you gave there. Still can't really suggest an actual time/point in game when it's safe to introduce the dream demon to her, for now it's more important to rebuild enough confidence towards Nathan which will happen over time. With Ven, things are defintely a little better after the conversation. ^^

The main problem with introducing Orthros to Shiva is that Nathan has no idea she and Espurr have seen them and are liable to freak out over it.  He only knows Shiva doesn't remember much of anything about what happened in the communal nightmare, and that's why he doesn't think there will be too many issues with introducing the hound.

Plus, he's trying to keep the amount of secrets to a minimum since he dislikes them rather heavily if he views them as unnecessary.  If anything, he views this particular secret as violating that trust between him and Shiva anyways since Ventus knows about it already, which is why he really dislikes this particular one.

Once the trust issues are repaired, if it hasn't been revealed yet, Nathan will probably also tell Ventus and Shiva about Mesprit for similar reasons.

I'll say right now that Ventus would be perfectly happy not knowing about Merspirt, and will try to actively ignore or avoid what you were up to with the Absol for so long. He doesn't feel he has a say or right to know what exactly happened between the two of you, given everything he's done thus far, so don't feel pressure to reveal it because of him! Shiva, on the other hand, I can't speak for. @PhantomUnderYourDesk : Thought, my sweet lovely turtle dove?
