Thats remind me. I think Heart will need some help he caugh the Venipede since along with the dragons, its dificult to raise. Any tip Windos?

Hmmm...that's a weird item that Ventus has found...sets your Vitality to 3 regardless of your trainer's stat, but make you immune to the effects of defense drops...
Sounds like an interesting item for trainers that have 3 or less vitality, but situational for anyone with 4 or more.

I do have to wonder if it nullifies defense drops from your own moves, though, or if it acts more like Clear Body and similar and only nullifies stat drops caused by the opponent...
If it nullifies self inflicted stat drops as well, that could be interesting for, say, Close Combat or similar.
