Oh right, another heads up: I think that unique Poochyena will be revealed to the group as soon as they unite at some point to discuss these vines and/or plans. Sorry that I changed my mind again... It'd simply be too much of a hassle to introduce it first to Nathan when he mentions Dark Types in relationship to Pancham, then introduce the dog-hyena to Ventus and repeat where she got it from again and then do so a third time towards Heart and Valder...

Yes, @Lord Windos, Ven will be warned before so that he won't automatically add that Pokemon to his 'It's magical, kill it with fire!'-list. Will probably do so in the Cafe. The first thing Shiva desires to see after talk with Nathan is the Fountain of Brotherhood with Azurill and Ven and after that stumble into a 4vs4 battle against someone before moving on to the next sight. Okay for you? ^^

I doubt he'll add it to his kill list immediantly, since said supernatural looking/feeling beast isn't trying to hunt/murdalate him and his friends (as in the case with Delta Houndour), he's primarly going to be completely baffeled by its mere existence before he has a chance to become too fearful/nervous about the darkest butterwolfly. Ven also knows how loyal and faithful its evo, so he's MUCH less likely that he'll despise it for being magical, since it'll rather benign and controllable in his eyes at that point.

Oh, and of course I/Ventus would be delighted to have a 4v4 battle with you/Shiva! What's the wager going to be for such a melee, though?

Oh hey, nope, I didn't actually mean that Shiva and Ven would battle together 'gainst an opponent, but against an NPC where Shiva would bring up four Pokemon and the foes does so as well for the sake of collecting some XP and enjoy a friendly training battle, while Ven would be free to find his own battle OR watch hers and dunno, analize or give her critique afterwards... However, if you REALLY want to battle alongside her...?

Opp, my mistake! I thought you wanted to have a DB with Ventus, so sorry about that! No, I would most likely hold my own battle with Apsis all by myself, as I really want to get a particular move for her before moving onto to train the rest of my team! He'll off compliments and praise for your battle while's in the middle of his, though, so don't worry about her not having a cheerleader for their fight!

Also, now that I remember, shouldn't we also Evolve Helios into Alakazam, sinc he has sufficiently high loyalty not to go bezerk/ignore the heck out of you in the middle of the battle?

Right, Helios has enough Loyalty to obey Shiva/see her as a valuable Master as an Alakazam, as he'll likely also memorize how she treated him as an Abra to strenghten this/develope some protectiveness over her. I desire to do that Round Trade with Valder to help evolve his Haunter, but at first: So, @Nylon, do you feel ready to conduct the Trade or rather wait to ensure Gengar will obey you? (Naturally they have 4 points in Disobedience, I don't know how much Loyalty your Haunter has currenty).
Second, @Iron, what about that Insight-Check with a penalty you once mentioned when the evolution of Kadabra was on the table before? I'd like to know whether this is still a thing even if I'd rp out explaining to Helios what we'll do AND when exactly the dice will be rolled = whether it'd be possible to postpone the trade if the roll fails. (I doubt so, but still asking)

Yes, that still exists, especially for Pokemon with high disobedience. Explanations and immediate tradeback help.

Hmm, so the High Disobedience (though I'd call three points mediocre instead of high) justifies that? ...Sounds agreeable, since that explains why in every trade within the party such a roll/check never occured before.

I feel inclined to wait until I've leveled up in Insight and/or Helios gained another point in Loyalty then before the trade Kadabra-Haunter can be done, but will await Nylon's thoughts here first.

Besides, sounds fine to me that the Pokemon that trained there 'only' got the Standad 1XP, that's why I added the phrase 'in theory' C: Good to know that every Pokemon can get s different roll within the same Training Session, this adds variability and gives more space to design the Training. (Like, I already have one Training Session thought out that involves the Iron Ball.)

Things that aren't training can also count as a training session. The book gives the example of putting a Gloom in a pot of potting soil with lots of fertilizer XD

Still takes an encounter slot and a limit of 3 Pokemon.
