[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole
Director North: "Come in, come in! I heard you have some sort of proposal for me. I'd love to hear it! We try to be as flexible as possible if it ensures a good home for our Pokemon."

Director North is wearing a nice hat, much like Nathan's fedora, and a neat necktie over a T-shirt. All the furniture in his office is clearly salvaged from yard sales or maybe even dumpsters! The door to his office was obviously adapted from one of the cells where patients are kept.

Receptionist: "Oh yes, we did have a Pinsir from Wineberry, but it turned out he was registered to a trainer after all. Quite a confusing mixup, actually. He was deposited back into the PC of a trainer from Cress City. I'm not surprised, because he did nothing but sulk while he was here."

"...*sigh*...he was sent here because his trainer never came to pick him up in Wineberry, so it wasn't a mixup at all.  Probably with good reason, considering that same trainer threatened me and my pokemon, but Pinsir itself was...well, just a bit zealous, it seems.  Do you happen to have that trainer's information?"

"Sorry, I wouldn't be able to give you that information even if I did have it. But I can tell you he lives in Cress City. What they told me was that Pinsir had been either unregistered (never caught in an official Pokeball) or deregistered, which can be done by the Trainer in question (releasing the Pokemon) or by a committee involving several Nurse Joys and other League officials."

The Deltamon dives down through the gazebo into the Library area. Heart manages to keep up this time. Down in the library's Media Center, he sees it dive straight toward a computer screen! Instead of crashing, it simply fades into the machine.

The researcher gave North a kind smile and a gracious nod of his head, before entering into his office to began his meeting with them, taking the opportunity to quickly scan over the place for to further insight of the man. 'Judging by how ramshackle and cheap the furniture is and the improvisation I can see, Director North main concern is the shelter, hardly sparing himself any revenue to decorate his office in favor of using it to care and provide for the Pokémon here. That, or the Shelter financial's situation is so dire or stretch so thin that their is no room for anything but budget and bare bones amenities for his office, and so he chooses to do without instead of diverting funds from others places. Hmm....either way, it shows me where his heart and main priorities are concerned, so I believe he'll be amenable to my offer....' Ventus though, carefully going over his series of plans yet again before walking toward the desk and giving the gentleman a polite bow and some perfunctory greetings.

"I thank you for the warm welcome, and I'm grateful for that you decided to accept meeting with my friend and I on such short notice. As you are aware, I am Dr. Ventus Zackarieh, Pokémon Researcher and Sociologist hailing from Unova, and I wish to arrange the release of Kingdra into my care for a minimized cost. May I take a seat before I begin, Director?"

Order: Greeting Director North, while Ventus is squarely focusing his empathy on the man to be able to tell how he feels/reacts to his words, offers, and deals. Easing into this slowly now!

"And did you ask them if they'd deregistered Pinsir before you returned him to his trainer?"

"The heck...?" Say Heart finally able to see the Deltamon "dive" in that computer. He decided to inspect the computer to see what happen. To make sure that Deltamon dont attack him, he bring again Viktor out of his Pokeball. "Okay Viktor. This time we make sure he dont escape. If the Deltamon escapes, use Confuse Ray in him okay?" Then Heart go a little close to the computer and take a inspection to see If the Deltamon its inside the machine or It is escaped, and he do a few taps in the computer to see If he go out.

"The trainer claimed he had not deregistered Pinsir, and the GPC's computer system confirmed that the Pokemon was still registered to this trainer. So it was either some kind of mixup in the system, or I guess there's a possibility Pinsir became deregistered by Wineberry's committee. You can't just re-register a released Pokemon, you know. You'd have to catch it again or run it through an approved Trading Machine."

The Pokemon doesn't come flying out, nor is there any evidence of it being somehow inside the computer. Except for one thing: you notice the CPU is running at 99% capacity.
