They just produce and sell their stuff, what you're doing with it after buying isn't their call. (Or does their 'Pokedex' come with one year guarantee on it? The vendor didn't say a word about that!) Now I feel like outta-chara screwing everything and become an Almanac Researcher. Oh wait, I'm already under contract with the Aether Foundation...

As far as Serene Grace users go, Togekiss are probably the best Serene Grace pokemon (that has it naturally, anyways). Blissey and Dunsparce/Dunseraph aren't far behind. And then aside from Eshouten, Jirachi, Sky form Shaymin, and Meloetta, the only other Serene Grace user is Sawsbuck (HA only), which doesn't usually use very many moves that benefit from the ability because it learns very, very few that would...
(fun fact: Sawsbuck can also use tri-attack using Nature Power in the games. Needs to be in a building to do so (or a link battle in gen 6 and 7), but still pretty scary.)
(Fun fact 2: A Serene Grace user using Secret Power while in an overworld area with Snow/Ice in the games has a 60% chance of freezing the target, the highest possible chance of inflicting Freeze currently possible. Unfortuantely, you're usually facing Ice types when on that terrain...)
Well, Togekiss would be interesting to add, since he have some good stats (even If game stats dont mean much in Pokerole) but Ventus already have a Togekiss so I might avoid capture one. Blissey would interesting since its one of the mostly resistent sp. Defence Pokémon. Dunseraph would interesting too, but I already have a dragon-type Pokémon in my team and I dont like repeat types. This leaves Eshoulten and Togekiss as two possibilities.

I can still see that Almanacs still being villains in the future even after that Skull Ruins situation.

The big problem with getting a Togepi is that they're an incredibly rare species. The only places they can be found in the wild are Route 230 (with a pokeradar), White Forest, and the Friend Safari, and those are VERY special exceptions. Every other instance is hatching an egg you received as a gift from someone (minus the Shadow Togepi in Colosseum and XD).
Owten could be interesting, but Serene Grace wouldn't do ya much good until you got Confusion, Air Slash, Zen Headbutt, or Ominous Wind. Or picked up a Steel Wing, Thunderbolt, Secret Power, or Shadow Ball TM. Sky Fall could be another interesting addition since that's an egg move for it...(Tandorian pokemon are incredibly rare outside of Tandor, though...). Or tutored it Sky Attack.
And that's every move Eshouten can learn that would benefit from Serene Grace.
Blissey would definitely be another good option...except the catch is that all the moves she learns that would benefit from Serene Grace are TM, Egg, and Tutor moves (unless you have Copycat from Happiny)

So in this case my best option is Owten since have access to many moves who can get better chances to use their effects. Now I really interest.

Yeah, Eshouten naturally learns a couple interesting moves that can benefit from Serene Grace. And you're probably more likely to find an Owten somewhere than a Togepi.
Eshouten's pool of moves affected by Serene Grace is by no means huge, of course. I believe Blissey has the honor of having the biggest pool since she's a generic normal type, and thus has an impossibly large amount of coverage moves compared to most other pokemon. But again, with these Serene Grace pokemon, it seems most of their moves affected by Serene Grace come from TM, Egg, and Tutor moves.
What I will give Eshouten is it has a large variety of potential effects that Serene Grace affects the odds of without having to use TMs. You have boosted odds of stat boosts, flinching, and confusion all in one pokemon. Variety without having to resort to more exotic methods is always a plus in my books.

I agree. In my opinion the best type of Pokémon its a versality one. One with access with many useful moves both offencive then defencive. And Owten have excelent to use and abuse a lot about Serene Grace.
