Phantom, first tell the man to stop struggling, as that just cause them to sink faster in quicksand. Then, if you can list out the Pokémon you currently have on hand, we might be able to find a way to get him out quickly, alright?

Nope, but its a Miracle Seed, something I assumed would be hiding out here as well! I wanted one for Lilith, but its a nice find for Victor as well once he obtains some decent Grass STABs!
