How sweet and peaceful it was to just stay there and bond with her Pokemon - of course she took care of his wings, as tiny as they where! - it certainly restored some of Shiva's spirits back to a point where she feels more in tone with herself. She also let Yena chew on that towel as much ash he wanted and eventually turned this into a playing session where he pulls on that towel and Shiva pulls in the opposite direction. Sometimes she 'won', sometimes Yena, but was obvious that Yena had a way more firm grip on the towel than his Master did.

He earned more strokes and pats before being told "We'll find you some Ghost Types to chew on soon enough then. For now, rest a little inside your Pokeball, alright?"

Next and probably laste step before continuing the path to the village was resturning the fishing rod to Ventus. As soon as she found him, he got it offered back in a faint yet honest smile. "Here. Thank you for lending it to me... I had decent luck with it I guess, but nothing worth catching. You, em, doing well? You look a bit pale..." No, Shiva won't ask why or what has happened. All she wanted to know how he was doing.


(I feel like Psyshock could also work. Besides, while I'm editing anyway, is/was that run-in with Seaking still worth some XP?)

No XP, but noted as a bonding experience.

Who WOULDN'T want a Ditto?

Shiva wouldn't want, at least not for breeding Pokemon! Her father doesn't use them and doesn't dabbe in genderless Pokemon. That means, she has adopted this.

Nahan doesn't really want Ditto for breeding either, tbh.  He just has a lack of other options as far as Orthros is concerned (at least at first).  And Porygon.  And Staryu.  And Rotom.  (if he ever has a reason to breed those three, that is.)

*shrugs* If Shiva or rather at her home the options for a requested Pokemon are lacking (which doesn't happen often, really), for example because it's the case like a special Pokemon like Orthros, the request is simply friendly denied. Shiva is not really interested in breeding with Yena either (so I made him a male exemplar), Spectral is female for the sake of more Eevees.

GM made it female by adressing it with 'she', I adopted this.

Okay, wow. That means Zippy is the first pokemon in the campaign with both 5 Happiness and 5 Loyalty. Hmmm...was expecting that to be Kirlia, tbh, but eh.

My congrats!~ And wrong on the second, I already mentioned Cottonee is only missing one point to be perfect. I can suspect where she pretty much may get that point, unless she deserves that before the group is getting there.

The whole reason I was expecting Kirlia to be the first one to hit double 5 first though was because Iron hinted that 5th loyalty point would probably come after this business with the scarred absol was over...*sigh*...though I guess that's probably been extended to this business with Mesprit now...

Also, Ditto being used in battle is perfectly alright in Ven's books! Its breeding he's concerned with (particularly Orthros), so using it in conflicts is a-ok so long as he doesn't discover what Nathan planning for it a looooooooooooong time in the future...

Do you think you could still quick-respond to Shiva's question about how he (Ven) feels, please? As I'd like to have that answered by him before the next Encounters/Events come.
