Yep, that's a thumb harp. My aunt has one made from a coconut. They make a nice plinking sound.

I'd be happy to receive such a harp for Shiva to have her own instrument and I feel it'll have a calming effect on her. It can even be used for the latter beyond the ritual. The issue is, the shop is secret. ._.

I hope you don't blame Shiva for having a moment with an intact Deyo Flower there, @Lord Windos. In fact, Ventus cannot even know about this! Still she choose him instead of the flowers, which says a lot about them. Depending on when we'll reach Elanor (before autumn or not), we'll see the Deyo Flower again though...

Well, since he has Apsis now with him and may be picking up other Fire type and Poison types, he'll be a whole lot more comfortable being around such fae, bewitching plant if he has the option to immolate/corrode them all! Of course, since that would be a waste of good Poke that could be earned by processing them, I'll let Nathan collect as many as possible for that purpose, since its always nice to have a bit of spare pocket change lying around!

Unless Nathan teaches you how to process Deyo Flowers into powder and Ventus gives you gloves to collect them (He won't without great reluctance on his part, then he'll be quite disapproving of such activity. He wants to keep you safe, even if the danger is mostly in his head...

If Heart gives the newer Shamisen to Ventus as a gift, then that would free him up to sell his Neat Shamisen and profit off it if he wishes! If they want recompensanse for it, though, Ven will just stick to using the one he fixed up in the swamp. Thought now that makes me question if one instrument is clearly superior over the other in terms of music/ritual summoning/other things..... Iron, want to weigh in on a comparison between Relic and Moderns Instruments?

However, the reverend implied that it's more about heart than ritual.
