[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
Well, the old man more than killed those damned vines! Stair City is saved, horray!!! .....Only we still will have to eventually go into the Ruins to deal with Mr. Stones (Operating Name for them, until other info provided) and Sam's Claydols if their threat is to be truly and utterly quashed. That will be....challenging, to say the least, but hopefully we'll have plenty of time to prepare until then!

On another note, due to Ven being a stubborn paranoid phobic, he totally avoided swearing any binding oaths that may or may not have lasting effect on him. Not sure if that's a good thing or not, but its something at least!

Might want a different moniker for that golem.  Mr. Stone is the president of the Devon Corporation in Hoenn.

And that's why we'll probably need Mesprit.  Its job seems to be quashing the source of these problems, while the Earthpower quashes the immediate issue since we've not met the requirements for waking Mesprit yet (i.e. getting Kirlia to truly care about those other than Nathan)

Don't really see what's so bad about being an environmentalist in the pokemon world, tbh.  Probably even a bit easier than being one in our world since pokemon companions are such a big, big part of this fictional universe.

Welp, forget about that! Hmm.......how about Avicebron? Its a refrence to Fate/Aprocypha's Caster, who makes powerful golums for a living, so its fitting name at least!

Yeap, we need legendary firepower if we want to tackle whatever is lurking deep within those ruins. Otherwise, we'll be put 6 feet under in 6 seconds flat!

Ven just doesn't like being bound with oaths and promises period, and he would interpret the oath as basically being respectful/helpful to Earthpower as well, which would be a big no no in his eyes. If he had to in order to save Cheshire, their's a good chance he'd just book it to Corsage and get a boat ride ASAP, as there is no way in heck he would serve magical/magic like ANYTHING ever.

Before Ven would swear an oath to something he considers magic, Shiva would probably own a full team of shiny Nucleon.

Phew, I'm also home and free for a while now (EDIT: Getting dinner now). Been busy with stuff, sorry for being a little late. I spontaneously bought some red Incense Sticks because the stall was such a nice one! ☆ Just need to find that old holder to burn and enjoy them.

Finally got up, since the weather and my sleeping habits conspired to keep me sleeping until 5:00PM . Bah!

Ventus doesn't consider Earth Power (The Move) magical/arcane, but he considers using Earthpower and/or the way the old man use the move is a big no no for my character! That, and he has no grudge/bones to pick with the Gliscor since they were merciful/kind, so he'd appreciate their help regardless of why they did so. Hate the master, not the servent!

Dangerous Rock Types that aren't present during the night have been mentioned. Earth Power (move) sounds like a good thing to have as an ace up in sleeve shall we happen to encounter one on the way back...

Oh, 'weather'? Does that mean you have snow at your place?

No snow here, just bunches of regular old storm clouds, Phantom; no snow, sadly. Its probably going to be a wet Christmas before its a white one.....

Also, while its made explicit that Ven's heard everything the eremit said, is it ok that Ventus didn't hear what his friends/group mates said in response Iron? I ask this because otherwise my character would be rather cross at Nathan for asking his dear friend to manipulate and restrain him, and casting judgement on his own beliefs yet again without paying much mind to WHY he feels like that. Our characters have had enough drama tonight and this in game week, thank you very much!

Ohhhhh. :C It's moist here, but doesn't rain. Enjoy the snow, Iron!

Eh, would Ven actually be fine to sleep within the cave, @Lord Windos? I don't think so, and to be honest Shiva would prefer cozy tent as well, so how does it sounds if Nathan and Heart sleep over at the cave (if the eremit allows) and Shiva, Ventus and probably Valder because he follows Ven get to seek a suitable place to build up tent?

Yeah that is fine. The eremite has a booming voice that's a little harder to ignore.
