I said on purpose that Shiva has the potential to shine in Little Cup as she has by far the most small unevolved Pokemon of the group, and this is exactly the sort of friendly competition she might enjoy. ^^

Well I want to train Tynamo in Star City and help him evolve to his next evolution as Eelektrik. Then do some pokémon battles and when I ready have my rematch with Nathan.

Well, don't completely count Nathan out.  He does still have a Delta Houndour, Skiddo, two Combee, and a Joltik.  That's 5, and he's definitely more than up for unusual battle formats (it'd be interesting to see safe, League official Triple and Rotation formats, or maybe even an Inverse Battle!  Or Sky...though Sky battles are awkward to build teams for...).

And size actually isn't a factor in Little Cup, interestingly enough.  Only requirement is that the pokemon can evolve and hasn't evolved.  Scyther is an absolute beast (and will be forever perma-banned by Smogon in Little Cup).

I just realized another thing - depending on how you people want to help Grid and Tynamo on mastering the task of learning to produce their own electricity, aside from Rotom who I don't know will obey or not, Shiva owns an pair of Electric rodents who are almost bursting with self-produced electricity when they're together due to Plus-Minus-Ability-Combo... This could be interesting/helpful for Grid/Tynamo?

This is an idea Nathan's had for as long as he's had Grid, actually.  At some point, expect him to ask Shiva about it (and possibly Electroweb tutoring for Porygon-Z as well.  Iron did approve it, along with a couple other moves, and Grid would likely be more than happy to demonstrate Electroweb for Shiva if he needs to), because it's both a potential energy/food source for Grid while he's still a Joltik (nom nom nom) and he'd get along particularly well with them, I'd feel.  Rotom is...a bit too random.

Plus, befriending them now should assuage any fears of the spider eating the mice when it's finally bigger than them.

Agreeing to Electro Web Tutoring depends on how nice Nathan asks and why he wants her to do that, as he messed with her too often to have her auto-agree on it. Sorry, in-chara reasons, but just be friendly towards her and bring up more than 'it'd be useful for battle', then the chances for success will be high. It'd be her first teaching of a damaging move!~ I'm still going by my own rule that for every Tutoring Session Shiva does, she asks you to hold a Training Session meanwhile with 3 of her Pokemon (her choice) so it's not only me who spends an Encounter Slot. Especially for her Psychic Types it's been mentioned to be useful to be brought to a different owner/mind sometimes.

Considering Nathan has a lot more time to kill than Shiva does in the coming week, I think something concerning the tutoring could probably be arranged pretty easily during that potentially sped up section, actually.

Also, on the note of Electroweb...Plusle and Minun can theoretically learn it too.  And considering it's a spread move, it'd be rather fitting for them to know since the mice are rather doubles oriented, no? Just a thought.

That's...actually a good thought. Hmm, but I don't think it'll be allowed by GM as it's not on the rodents' list of learnable ?-moves and Shiva is yet to unexperienced to teach it nevertheless, plus they cannot learn this move in the official handheld games other than from a Move Tutor.
