I think Phantom's already offered to cover that one along with Fafninter for ya. Though, as she said yeah, this isn't really the place to be discussing this topic, so...
No need to worry anymore Dragon, Phantom help me with the trade. Anyway, putting that topic aside what you guys it would cool to make dinner in game? Some pasta with spaghetti? Or something simple as sandwitch?
Ven would be fine with anything, really, as he isn't picky like me IRL. He would enjoy a dish with actual meat in it, though, since its been literal ages since he's had any, and he quite enjoys the taste! Of course, given Cheshire's extremely high respect for Pokémon and most of the group's sensibilities, my character's not going to eat any meat unless he does some hunting/cooking in private/finds a specialty shop in Stair that serves it (its a big city, so it should get lots of traffic from tourist that want a taste of home....) .
May reasoning for liking meat is linked to his origins as an Opelucidian, who's close ties and veneration of Dragons could have lead them/some of the city's population to emulate their beloved types dietary traits as well as providing for them....
Okay then! And do not worry, this time we are on the city with less chance to something happens but I will have extra cautious. Since I now have 3 in survival this time, I confidence to avoid problems. I will talk in private with Iron to make the surprise :3

I plan on getting a F.I. myself to make hatching Eggs faster for Ven, and may get a Pokémon with those abilities to further accelerate the hatch times!.
I have actually no real issues to wait for an Egg to hatch while it's in a normal Incubator- well, naturally in my and Shiva's case. Flame Body-Litwick of mine is resting on PC for now, but given I'm interested in collecting 20XP for Flame Burst on him AND he will be used in Little Cup AND possibly in Gym Battle 'gainst Dagny, he'll receive some attention and feeded life force from Shiva soon while subliminally speeding up hatch time for the Eggs. Meanwhile, Braixen does his small part due to his Fire Type. *strokes over his forehead, smiling*

Call me a curious bugger, but how would you guys react to seeing Ventus eat actual meat from a Pokémon ? He knows how to butcher them to get the prime cuts and store them properly in Hyperspace/Inventory, so if they saw him munching on some Pidgy beast meat with Apsis....?

Lololololololol, the imagination of Ven doing this is priceless. I don't think Shiva will really mind as she's not a 'real' vegetarian but adapts to the region's diet without objecting, but she does not want to join in that meal. But she'd be interested in joining the hunt with Litwick to feed the life force of the prey before killing it in an preferably unbloody way. She also still has that kitchen knife that you originally snatched from Poffin-Making-Session that she might lend if being asked very kindly.

At this point, Nathan would just silently stew his own thoughts, try his best to ignore it. Probably just outright leave the area just to get away from it.
Creshirean meals don't have a lot of meat in them for a reason. They DO eat meat on occasion (hence why Nathan's able to carry around those bags of meaty things that only the pokemon would ever really consider eating), but it's kinda rare.
Funnily enough, though, you won't hear too many complaints from them about eating Magikarp.

Not that surprising of a reaction coming from him, but would he accept that Ventus eating habits if they offered an explaination?
Also not surprising, given what has been said and implied by their high respect of Pokémon. Glad to know their are fellow meat eaters in this region, though, since that means Ven might find a place that serves decent meaty meal!
Oh, so if Ventus fished up a Magikarp, and gutted/cleaned it to cook on the campfire, Nathan wouldn't mind that at all? Its not his favorite fish to eat, but its plentiful and easy to get, and it lends itself well to many dishes, so its not too bad!

Maybe grudgingly as long as it was kept to the common stuff. He still wouldn't want to be anywhere near it.
Yeah, not EVERYONE in Creshire likes the lack of meaty treats, obviously. And even those that do participate in those practices have to have some meat in their diets. Places like that are going to be few and far between, though. Stair City and Corsage Port are probably the most likely places to find venues like that.
Nope. Who really cares about Magikarp if they aren't trying to raise a Gyarados? The fish are so numerous that nobody's really going to care about a single one at all. It's when you do something like, say, broadcast a radio signal that forces all the red fish in a particular body of water to evolve or blow up and drain a lake that everyone's going to suddenly start caring. Besides, Aspis likes seafood, right?

Ven's not going to butcher clearly Rare/Sought after Pokémon , as that is just a waste in all sense of the word! Well, except if they are Fairy types and/or if that particular 'mon did something to warrant him wanting to murdalate it. He'd respect them keeping their distance, if they don't give him hell about it.
Looks like Ventus will be searching the city for a place that serves/sells meat soon, then!
Well, that's nice to know. I guess I'll have Ven ask Nathan about that to see if its alright in character, and then proceed to make some delicious baked fishy fish!

Well, not ALL mega evolutions have negative dex entries in Alola. Just take a look at one of Pinsir's: it talks about it never touching the ground because it's just so dang happy it can fly!
Of course, there's also examples like Mega Metagross: it's battles are so fierce and merciless, you won't even bear being able to look at them.
Or how about Glalie's?: Its jaw breaks, freezes in place, and being unable to eat anything just makes it irritated.
Or how about Scizor's?: Its basically in danger of melting itself constantly if it spends too long Mega Evolved.
