If someone's searching for Shiva for reasons, she has made haste back to the GPC unless Heart stops her, avoiding all that that ruccus at Little Cup. I'm assuming because she's hurrying and goes there directly, she'll be the first one to arrive there, where she'll wait for the others at the Lobby after her Pokemon are safe within a Healing Machine.

Just make Shiva wait just a bit. Heart send a message to Jamison make a scout together to have extra protection. Better be careful then sorry. A group of three trainers is better then just two.
