[Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel
...

"...don't say I didn't warn you, dragon."

...

"I'm taking my cousin back, one way or another.  You took a swipe at Mew and killed Cloyster, so it's only fair that I get to respond in whatever manner I see fit!"
Somewhere outside Celadon City, a cloaked figure shudders.  Their instincts were telling them something was going wrong.
Reiner takes another sip of that scotch!  (+1 more atk and def, -1 more insight and knowledge, can now ignore 2 Pain, lasts until the end of the next encounter.  Reiner now has a total of +3 Attack and Defense [not including the +2 defense from his flak jacket], +1 Dex, -1 Insight, -2 Knowledge.  Mew also now has 8 Strength and 10 Defense!)
The Scizor standing beside them gives them a worried glance, places a pincer on their shoulder in reassurance, then returns to keeping watch.
Confusion on Garchomp! (that's use number 1 for the day)
Accuracy: 4* Dex + 5 Fight + 3 Canalize - 4 Actions (second of 3 actions this turn) = 8 D6
Damage: 1 D6, no question, unless some tomfoolery happens.
Effect: Confusion (1)  However, Garchomp's more vulnerable to status effects now, so...
Their long journey would be over soon...best not screw up at the last minute because they made haste instead of taking their time...
'Mew, heal up with that Gourmet Sitrus Berry, tell Weavile to prepare to follow up with that Z-crystal so we don't give Clair any forewarning, then Dazzling Gleam!  Hit ALL of those dragons we're facing, including Clair!  If you need to tag out for any reason, use Baton Pass. Do try to stay in as long as you can afford to, though.'

Dazzling Gleam x4! (hitting ALL the enemy dragons that are still conscious!)
Accuracy: 6* Dex + 5 Fight + 3 Canalize - 4/5/6/7 actions = 10/9/8/7 D6
Damage: 3 Power + 8* Strength + SE + 1 Aura - 8/9 Defense = 4D6 + 1 Damage VS Clair, 3 D6 + 1 Damage VS Garchomp

Baton Pass (only if Mew feels she needs to tag out for some reason)
Accuracy: Going to spend a Will Point here to ensure success and pass all of the positive attribute buffs and the UB aura if this has to be done!
Effect: Mew switches out and passes her buffs to the next pokemon that comes in! Which will be Yang in this case.

The moment Weavile gets to act, Reiner will pull out a Key Stone and...

Draconic  Clair  Arendse

You down another glass of scotch to steel yourself for the honorable battle turned ugly, the alcohol pleasantly burning your throat! + 1 Defense and Strength, - 1 Insight and Knowledge! Altogether, + 5 Defense (Counting Jacket), + 3 Strength, - 2 Insight and Knowledge!

Now that you were fully fortified by the alcohol and Psychic power coursing through your viens – which had quite the heady feel to it, but not to the point of distraction for you – you train you nascient powers on Garchomp in an effort to unbalance them for Mew’s own attack!

Confusion
(4)(2)(2)(2)(1)(1)(1)(2) ……Maybe all that alcohol WAS affecting your mind, because you had a sudden headache when you tried to pull off the move!
Fortunately it wasn’t that awful to interfere with the next phase of your plan: subtly motioning to Weavile to get ready to enter the fray via Mew !

Weavile’s Initiative: DEX (*4) + Survival (3) + (3) = 10 ; Weavile goes after Reiner, but before Mew

Speaking of the pink panther, she eagerly tore into her Gorment Sitrus Berry, restoring 6 HP and letting out an extremely pleased sigh to accompany that action!

Ah…….no time to enjoy my favorite food like in the middle of a life or death battle to save family from going mad with power, hmm~? Alright, I briefed Weavile to get ready to let loose on your cousin at the soonest opportunity, so prepare to pull of some fine dancing moves partner, ‘cause I don’t want any turned into hamburger by her and her Dragons! I’ll try my best on my end to dazzle them all, and I’ll be sure to get out of dodge if it looks like they are about to eat me alive!!!’

Clair let’s out a hellish, mindless sounding growl-scream of her own in response to your challenge, and then rips off a Pokball from her belt, throwing it with great force to summon her Kingdra onto her side of the field! With her mind all but consumed by the power and D R A G O N E S S of M.R. , she no longer exactly cared about having a ‘fair fight’ with you. No, she only wanted YOU at this point, and to CRUSH AND EVICERATE ANYTHING THAT STOOD IN HER WAY!!! *ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAR!!!*

As for the Sealord, he lets out a battle cry that sounded like a angry trumpet being played while it was submerged underwater when he fully materialized, before giving you and your Pokemon a deranged death glare. Yeap, looks like her Pokemon have lost their minds too, just like their master!

Kingdra’s Initiative: DEX (*8 [Swift Swim Triggered?!]) + Survival (*5) + (4) = 17

Latest Initiative Order: Garchomp (1st) , Kingdra (2nd) , Clair (3rd ) , Mew (4th) , Weavile (5th) , and You (Last)

The tension between you and the exceedingly draconic Gym Leader, already heavy and suffocating by this point, rackets up even more as she and the rest of her Dragons eye you and your team up like the are cattle ready to be slaughtered……

A period of stillness occurs at this very moment; it reminds you of the saying 'The calm before the storm.....'

(Going to give you a chance to change any orders since Clair summoned Kingdra, as that adds a few more winkles to the task of subduing her……)

“Two……”

One more, then.  Weavile's not in the line of fire until he makes his move from a safe distance.

'Alright, slight change in plans it.  Looks like you need someone to help ya soak a few hits and distract Clair so Weavile can do his thing.  If you have to Baton Pass out of there, I'll have to find an alternative to what I was planning.  Either revive Arbok or Kingdra, send in Raijin or Felicia, risk using Tauros, Beedrill, or Metagross...I pray that everything somehow ends okay, though...if they don't stop when Clair's KOed nor lose M.R.'s buffs, we're going to be in for a bad time.  Even one Dazzling Gleam should buy us enough time, I hope...'

Yang gets to join the fray now, regrettably.  But unlike Weavile, he's on the battlefield immediately (dang Stealth Rock!).  Weavile definitely shouldn't look like a potential target at all now, with a mythical and a VERY sparkly and powerful dragon standing between Clair, her pokemon, and Reiner.

"Yang, my friend, it looks like this is it.  We tame the beast before us now, or we're all finished.  And so, I need you to hit them as hard as you possibly can.  I'd recommend hitting any of our opposition other than that Garchomp if at all possible.  If we can't overcome this, I might not be worthy of your strength after all...but I honestly hope that we might succeed with your strength backing ours.  Let's end this as quickly as we can."

OUTRAGE!  (Preferably on Clair if that's manageable, Kingdra if otherwise.  Hopefully not Garchomp.  Every point of HP counts, so risking a Rough Skin would not be fun..)
Accuracy: 4* Dex + 5 Fight + 2 Brawl - 3/4/5 Actions = 8/7/6 D6 (9/8 D6 if it's 2 actions instead)
Damage: 5 Power + 6* Strength + STAB - 8* Defense + SE = 4 D6 + 1 Damage (3D6 + 1 against Garchomp if it were to hit it for some reason)
Effect: Rampage!  Can't evade until the rampage is over, user becomes confused once it is. (which activates Marvel Scale, lol)

Reiner looks at Ridia...

"...I'm sorry you had to see all this, Ridia.  This isn't how true dragons should fight.  Back in your pokeball please.  If something goes wrong, Poe's going to need you."

It all hinges on this Z-move, or Mew and Yang KOing Clair if that doesn't work...

Yang’s Initiative: DEX (*4) + Survival (3) + (4) = 11 Yang goes after Weavile, but before Mew.

When Yang is summoned and the new orders are given, the regal serpent looked at you with a deep, soul searing gaze…..before he tilted his head to lightly touch his horn against yours.

From that contact, you knew his Decree.

He knows the challenges, responsibility, adversity, and perilous danger you have endured this past week alone would have crushed a lesser man and destroyed them utterly. Yet despite it all, you have not only withstood the biblical ordeal that is the Flower Festival, but you have persevered against it, growing continually strong and more determined to see your will be DONE, no matter what.   Not even now, when you are engaged in a deadly struggle against you beloved cousin, as you were not fearful of your own odds of success, but whether or not you could save her.

Reiner Arendse, you have proven yourself completely worthy of my Strength, and of my Loyalty. Go forth, and demonstrate Almighty Providence over the World, making Known to all my Power…..and your own. Manifest and Enforce your Will, my Master.’

Yang has gain + 1 Loyalty, and will now obey you completely until he Evolves!

The sparkling dragon gently lifted his horn away from your person, and slithered forward to take his own position to the side of Mew, acting as the vanguard for you and Weavile. Everything rested on the black feline to end this epic and brutal war against the Draconic Berserker Clair, and Yang would do everything in his ability to give him that chance!

Everyone else wordlessly understood and accepted your orders ,they felt BOTH AWFUL anxious for the exact same reasons In Game and Out of Game……. If they fuck things up or Clair and Co. gain the upper hand……they REALLY didn’t want to think about it. So they didn’t, and focused all their energy and attention to the upcoming Round of conflict!

Minutes passed as each side warily/wildly stare each other down, adrenaline and unkempt emotion coursing through their veins…….

……….Until the storm had finally arrived.
Music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1Bda-_atAk (Climax [Start at 3:03 in the Video])

…..and with it all hell broke loose.

Initially, it seemed that Garchomp would make the first move, given his already exemplar DEX and ferocity being boosted by the M.R. to literally insane level and how he was foaming at the mouth to get some action…..

……but all of the sudden he paused just as he was about to launch after SOMEBODY, sweeping his head around, before he hunkered down instead, letting others take Action before him for now! Call it initiation or a sense of foreboding, but the land bound hammerhead shark just felt that something bad was going to happen, and that he should wait for the right moment to strike instead of rushing in blindly……

Neither Kingdra nor Clair shared his premonition, however, as both surged forward with incredible speed, your excessively draconic cousin choosing to target Mew while the Sealord went to incept Yang! The Gym Leader snarled and put all her Strength and Malice into aiming her slash against the Mythical being, and the Azure Dragon fired off a blast of pure draconic energy at their unflappable opponent!

Dragon Pulse
Accuracy: DEX (*8) + Fight (*6) + Channel (5) – 5 Actions (Can’t be made Lethal due to the move already being pure concentration Dragon Energy!) = 14D6 Dice
(4)(4)(1)(4)(3)(2)(4)(2)(5)(2)(1)(3)(2)(4) D R A C O N I C  M I G H T . Critical Hit!
Damage: STR (*8) + 3 + STAB (*3) + Crit + SE – Vitality (*8) = 8D6 + 1 Damage
(4)(1)(3)(1)(1)(1)(4)(4) Yang takes 2 Damage; 14/18 HP, - 1 Pain
Kingdra takes 1 Damage from Backlash! 10/11 HP

Extra Lethal Draconic Strike
Accuracy: 19D6 Base Accuracy – 5 Actions = 14D6 Dice
(6)(6)(1)(4)(2)(4)(2)(3)(5)(1)(2)(3)(5)(6) D R A C O N I C  W R A T H . Extra Lethal Critical Hit!
Damage: STR (*8) + *2 + STAB (*3) + Extra Lethal + Crit – Vitality (10) – UBA Aura = 7D6 – 1 Damage
(4)(1)(5)(1)(6)(6)(6) Mew takes 3 Lethal Damage; 10/14 HP, 3 Lethal Damage
Clair takes 1 Damage from backlash; 8/10 HP , - 1 Pain!

Your divine partner screams out “Meeeeeeeew!!!” as Clair’s attack manage to pierce through her defenses made several bloody holes in her body! She quickly cut herself off as she grit her teeth and willed away the Pain , and gave her most vitriolic glare she could muster for the dragon that was now your cousin, until she glowed a bright pink and blast her AND her Pokemon clear away!

Dazzling Gleam
(6)(6)(2)(4)(4)(5)(5)(5)(3)(3) EAT A CRITCAL HIT, YOU MINDLESS SAVAGES!!!’
Clair: (2)(1)(1)(4)(2)(3) Clair takes 1 Damage; 7/10 HP
Kingdra: (6)(3)(3)(6)(1)(1) Kingdra takes 1 Damage; 8/11 HP, - 1 Pain!
Garchomp: (6)(3)(3)(4)(6) Garchomp takes 4 Damage; 7/11 HP

Yang also didn’t appreciate nearly being scoured clean by the Sealord move, and seeing how the were directly in front of them in such a way that conveniently kept Clair covered, decided to show this insolent welp what real power is with its explosive:

OUTRAGE
How many times will he use it?: (4) He’ll use it 3 Times!
(6)(1)(5)(3)(1)(2)(3)(6) Hit!
(6)(5)(3)(2) Kingdra takes 3 Damage; 5/11 HP, - 2 Pain!

The battle raged on in earnest from this point onwards, both sides doing their level best to tranquilize/destroy their adversaries . Yang and Kingdra were lock together, losing themselves to their RAGE as they war for supremacy. The Dragon Queen herself hacked up a large gob of salvia and blood as she slowly stood up from the ground, before she let out another hair raising *ROOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAR* of fury and defiance against her Mew the Creator, looking ready to dive right back in to tear another chuck of flesh from them!

Weavile, however, was not a part of this chaotic conflict. No, he was lying in wait behind his partners, his left paw glowing with a black aura as he readied for the opportune time. The time that he would channel his move’s Dark energy into his Darkium Z in order to unleash the devastatingly powerful Black Hole Eclipse……

….and that opportunity presented itself when Clair posed and wildly roared to the heavens.

The cat thief grasped his Z-Crystal with his Assuring hand and raised it towards the sky, signaling to you to preform your half of the move, which you did so as you drew forth your Key Stone, preformed the Z Dance, and shouted to your deranged cousin:

"I am Reiner Arendse, the Impossible Dragon!  Clair does not belong to you, Arkus!"

A powerful aura flared to life around you as the battle cry resounded throughout the clearing, drawing EVERYONE’s attention, before it transferred itself to Weavile as he readied to unleash the power of the Z-Move!!!

*Booooooom*

Garchomp, who had been uneasily and impatiently waiting all this time for his premonition to come to pass, heard you defiant decree and saw the black feline readying to preform Black Hole Eclipse, and knew that now was the time to act. Crouching down and hunching his legs, the hammerhead bursts forward and fly into the fray at Mach speed, the action sounding like a mortar being fired as the earth was sundered from such swift and devastating action. In a blink of an eye, he was in front of his master, twisting around to push them down into the ground from the action and, before he mustered up his own power and screamed his WRATH at their ploy!

*RRRRRRRRWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!*

The startled Gym Leader jerked as she was unceremoniously shoved onto the ground and her back by her Pokemon, the action briefly causing her to see and realize what about happened.

For one moment, a stunned, hurt look replaced her Draconic expression as she stared at you……

…Before the power and influence of the M.R. reasserted itself, causing her eyes to go wild with indignation and rebellion ! Then, to you great surprise and dismay, Clair preformed the signature Z Dance for the Dragonium Z on the ground somehow! The aura generated by her Cursed Arm became even more intense as she did this, until the all to tangible power ruptured out of it and straight towards……Garchomp, enveloping him in its power!

What?! How?! He’s holding an Item, so……

Right then, you barely notice through your own alcoholic haze that their was something set within the breastplate of the armor: A Dragonium Z Crystal. Garchomp wasn’t just wearing an Assault Vest, he was wearing a Dragonium Z Assault Vest! Custom Item revealed!!!

Oh fuck.

Oh fuck!

Fortunately , he could not unleash Devastating Drake directly upon you/Weavile, for if he did then his own master would end up being suck in by the soon to be summoned Black Hole Eclispe.

Unfortunately, that didn’t stop the earthen shark from intercepting and targeting the Z-Move with his own Devastating Drake.

Time slowed to a crawl as both Pokémon got ready to unleash their most powerful attacks.
A SUPER MASSIVE Blackhole formed above Weavile, hovering ominously over everyone as it darkened the sky and threatened to devour its given target.
A GARGANTUAN dragon made of pure, unfetter power materialized above Garchomp, rising into the air as it was trained on you.

…and so time marched on.

The blackhole fully coalesced into reality, and the Z Dragon was launched towards it.

Both move collided .
Everything goes white.

Z MOVE CLASH

Weavile’s Blackhole Eclipse Accuracy:
(4)(2)(5)(3)(3)(2)(3)(6)(6)(5)(1)(3)(1) 4 Successes

Garchomp’s Devestating Drake’s Accuracy: DEX (*8) + Fight (*6) + Brawl (5) – 2 Actions = 17D6 Dice
(6)(1)(1)(3)(5)(5)(4)(2)(3)(4)(2)(3)(5)(1)(4)(1)(2) 5 Successes

Result: Since Garchomp’s (The Defender) move surpassed the Successes of Weavile’s move, the Clash is successful, and neither move adds their Base Damage to their Damage Calculations.

Both Weavile and Garchomp takes damage from each other’s  Z Move due to them being Z-Moves AND the way Garchomp used his move forced Weavile to ALSO Clash in order to defend YOU.

Both Z-Moves will be calculated using the 2nd Method in this instance.

Damage of Blackhole Eclipse: STR (*6) + STAB + ½ Final Damage As Auto Damage Rounded Up: 7D6 + 4 Damage (First 4 Dice will be [6]s)

Damage of Devastating Drake: STR (*8) + STAB (*3) + ½ Final Damage As Auto Damage Rounded Down: 12D6 + 6 Damage (First 6 Dice will be [6]s)

Final Result: Both Weavile and Garchomp are KOed by their Z-Moves. They cannot be Revived until the Encounter is over, or until I state otherwise.

You could see once more.

The battlefield……it was mostly intact, despite the sheer odds suggesting the whole place should have become a blasted, smoldering crater. Sure, all the tall grass had been flattened or burned up by the energies of the Z-Move, and everyone was sprawled out on the ground due to the epic Clash of power, but all was more or less intact.

Except for Weavile and Garchomp, who were out cold from the terrible, terrible power of their combined moves.

……You could begin to see Mew reluctance to use Z-Moves.

However, you/your Pokemon couldn’t contemplate this thought for too long, for Clair and her Pokemon were starting to regain their own senses, rising up from the partially baked earth to shake the cobwebs out of their heads!

The Plan failed. Since this is a fairly big thing, I’ll consider this Round interrupted (But not over) and let you change/make a new Plan. Hopefully it’s a good one, or you are fucked.

Question
(To be fair, the Dragon Z-Dance is really easy.  Not a lot of movement aside from the arms after leaning forward.)

Silence.

The eye of the storm.

In a way, it's both calming and completely disturbing.  Even amidst the calm, the storm rages on around it...and then the chaos resumes when the storm continues on its way...

...

...the moment before it happened, Reiner felt a sense of...accomplishment.  Assurance.

Yang had accepted him as a true Dragon Master...

It's this calm that helps Reiner to continue having hope in this scenario.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

...he slowly gets up...urrrggghh...that headache was getting worse...
The cloaked figure shudders again.  That echoing BOOOMMM!!! could be heard from miles away...Another worried glance from their Scizor.
...
"...something's happened.  I don't know what, but something has."
'...damn you, Dragonstrike.  I didn't ask for a title...no, I don't care how fitting you think...'
The armored bug gazes in the direction they're traveling in.  Their companion's instincts were almost always spot on...even without audio-visual clues...
...
...if they think something's happened that needs their attention, then something usually has.
...wait...I never 'said' anything to him here...
"...we need to get to Celadon.  Now.  He's there...he has to be."
...
The Scizor nods in assent.  It was eager to finally meet this person its companion was searching for...
...best worry about that later...

...

...Reiner surveys the battlefield...Weavile and Garchomp, down...Clair and Kingdra, groggy, but obviously still berserk...Mew, hurt, but not super badly for now...Yang, doing fine, impressively, though still looking like he'll go back on the war path once he gets his bearings again...

...

...time to take advantage of this.  He could still win, still save Clair...

He hadn't lost her yet, if Garchomp's reaction, Weavile's breathing, and that expression he'd seen on Clair's face were anything to go by.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reiner quickly pulls open the medicine pocket of his bag and discreetly keeps it in reach.

'Mew.  Don't worry about Baton Passing right now.  Between, you, me, and Yang, we can end this NOW.  I've got both your back and Yang's for Clair's next two lethal attacks.  Try and remove Kingdra from this battle now with Me First.  He's almost certainly using a dragon move since he has to keep Yang from reaching Clair.  KOing Kingdra should clear the path for you and Yang to tag team Clair.  Then I can make sure the both of you are healed up after Clair's next two attacks.  If you still haven't downed her after all that...use Me First on her for one last hit that will hopefully KO her.  Make absolutely sure those Me Firsts land.  Kingdra needs to go down NOW, and we need to end this before Clair does damage we can't heal off easily if at all possible...'

Me First on Kingdra!
Accuracy: 6* Dex + 5 Fight + 0 Perform - 5 actions = 6 D6  (conditional will point for this attack)
Damage: whatever Kingdra's using, +1!  (Dragon Pulse would be great, so hopefully Yang is keeping the seahorse tied up enough for that 9 D6 +1 non lethal damage to go off!  Does the UB Aura still apply to this 'attack', though?  Every damage die counts...in theory.)
Effect: +1 Priority move copying!  Fun!

Dazzling Gleam on ALL the conscious dragons
Accuracy: 14 base - 6 Actions = 8 D6
Damage: 4 D6 + 1 Damage

Me First on Clair!
Accuracy: 6* Dex + 5 Fight + 0 Perform - 7 Actions = 4 D6 (conditional Will Point for this as well, but hopefully it's not needed...)
Damage: Same as whatever the copied move's is +1! (which will probably be 6 D6 + 1 of lethal damage... definitely won't kill Clair by itself, but that's probably going to HURT.)
Effect: Priority +1, copies the foe's next move and uses it immediately!
Note: This move doesn't reroll the copied move's accuracy based on what the book says.  Just rolls its own. And if Clair's KOed before this Me First goes off, it fails to activate since Clair won't be able to take any kind of action (which is important because Mew might be following these orders to the letter...)

OUTRAGE!
Accuracy: 11 base - 4/5 actions = 7/6 D6
Damage: 4 D6 + 1 Damage
Effect: Yang becomes Confused and gains +2 Defense from Marvel Scale when this move finishes.

Reiner has healing items of varying strengths discreetly in reach.  When his turn comes around, he's ready to heal any lethal damage his pokemon have sustained with whatever item will heal all of/the most Lethal damage with his 4th action (No Full Restores for this action).  The 'mon with more Lethal damage is prioritized, but Mew gets the Herbal Concoction (to heal 6 Lethal damage) or a Hyper Potion (which would heal 5 lethal damage) for 8+ lethal damage no matter what Yang's HP is at.

5th action, he'll fully heal Mew's lethal damage if she has 5+ or Yang has none.  Heal Yang's lethal damage fully otherwise. If neither has lethal damage, then heal Yang's HP fully.

It could all end this round, one way or another...

As you were the first one that had managed to regain their sense after the epic Z-Clash, you were able to quickly darted over to Mew and apply an Hyper Potion to her wounds, completely restoring her HP in the process! (Since Hyper Potions heal 10 HP and/or 5 Lethal Damage, 6 HP = 3 Lethal Damage (Which Mew only had) + 4 HP = 14/14 HP!).

The now relatively untarnished pink feline let out a breathless, pleased moan as her vigor and vim was fully replenished, and when you convey to her the slight change in plans she pinged you with a message that brimming with grim determination! The Mythical being was more than eager to get some well deserved PAYBACK against the draconic berserk that is now your cousin!!!

'Roger Roger, Reiner! Time beat Clair to the punch, in MUCH more ways than one! I'm going to so enjoying creaming her and that overgrown seahorse, and show them both that you do not TRY TO MURDER ME!!!' Alright, three, two, one: ME FIRST!!!'

Me First!
(5)(4)(4)(5)(5)(6) Perfect Play Predication! Critical Hit!
Question now is: What move did she copy?

Just as Kingdra, who was well and truly INFURIATED that his attempted to dominate and slay this impunent Dragonair, was about to let loose his FULL DEADLY DRACONIC WRATH against them, Mew let out truly pissed of screech that drew EVERYONE's attention to her and made their teeth vibrate painfully!

What you say made your heart skip a beat.

Your partner's eyes were glazed over, and a fierce, wild, and unchecked draconic aura had sprung around her, intermingling with the UBA to create an effect that made your eyes ache to see. It took you only a second to realize what was wrong, for her demeanor and appearance reminded you all to much of a Dragon about to:

LETHAL OUTRAGE

Normally, Me First targets the Pokémon that was gong to use the move, but since Kingdra was going to use Outrage, Mew has ended up using it as well, and is now subjected to its rules instead. This means I will flip a coin to see who the moves targets, and roll a 1D6 to determine if she uses the move 2 or 3 times. She will be Confused after the move has finished. This interpretation is based on both the Rule Book and Base Game
Bulbapedia description of the move's mechanics.

Head Kingdra, Tails Clairs : (Tails) .....Clair
How Many Times?: (6) She'll use the move 3 times.
Damage: STR (*8) + 5 + STAB (*3) + Crit (2) + UBA + SE - Vitality (*8) = 11D6 + 1 + Me First! = 12D6 + 1 Lethal Damage
(6)(6)(5)(6)(4)(6)(6)(6)(4)(5)(5)(6) .............

The moment Mew's blank, furious , gaze fell on Clair, she was upon her in an instant, bolting towards the still snarling but.....now intimidated Berserker Gym Leader, who couldn't react in time as she got within range and began tear her to pieces.

Arms and legs were broken, shattered. Limbs were torn asunder from your cousin's body. Her chest area was pulverized and imploded by the sheer bloodly viscous power of the raging Mythical being.

Throughtout this horrific assault, Clair was  howling.....no, screaming in anger, terror, Pain, and.....and you felt, for HELP.

That was, until Mew silenced them by caving in the head with one well aimed punch.

Clair Arendse.....died.

As your cousin's wailing was cut out, the Sealord violently started to spasm as if it was being electrocuted by a particularly powerful Electric attack, his mouth frothing, his head and body twitching and jerking.....until his eyes rolled back into his head as he slumped to the ground Fainted, like a puppet whose strings were cut.

With his opponents now neutralized, Yang's own Outrage came to a screeching halt, the lordly dragon Confused and mystified as to why this happened......until he turned to look at Mew hovering over and furious continuing to mulched.......Clair. The sight of her mangled up body and the enraged Progenitor.....that caused his to snap straight out of Confusion as they backslithered to your side, giving her a uncertain and way look. It was no exaggeration that Yang considered himself an equal to the pink panther in terms of power and majesty, and held himself in extremely high regards/standards, but he wasn't blinded by this belief to know that Mew right now was CERTAINLY not to be trifled with right now....

You couldn't move to interfere either, for you knew if you got between an Outraging Mew and her target or ire, you could end up sharing the same fate as.....as.....

…..

Finally, after the formerly alive Gym Leader's body was destroyed, Mew had fully vented and burned her Outrage out. She floated over the.....mess that remained, with a vacant, dazed and befuddled expression that was at stark odds to what she just did. She wasn't fully cognizant of what she did.......but in due to she would be.

….

The glowing aura of the M.R. , which had been so dutifully fueling Clair's battle of dominance against you, finally diminished and faded away, the Cursed Arm itself completely intact and untarnished.

".......And the clock stops, before the time of Apotheosis comes. While it was by complete accident, it was quite the fortunate one to happen! Oh, I know you will vehemently disagree with me, little dragon, but I'm not lying when I say that had Clair not be taken care of right then.......well, you most likely would have ended up dead in her place. I guess my wretched little step sister IS good for something after all, even when she COMPLETE fucks things up per usual.....”

…..You felt a something give you what felt like a…..comforting grasp on your shoulder, and heard me let out a sigh.

"........I'm sorry that had to turn out like this, Reiner Arendse. I know all to well what's its like to lose a sibling. In your case, a half sibling. Your father never told you, or likely never would have, but about 5-6 years ago, he got roaring drunk one night in celebration for evolving his own Seadra into a Kingdra, and so happened to run into Clair's mother, who was equally plastered after drinking her stresses away for the day. "

"One thing lead to another, and......well, I don't need to go into details. Clair was born, and both your father and her mother decided to keep this a secret to preserve both their reputations and familial connections, but he would do his best to support and be their for his daughter. When you were born years, this naturally lead to both of you being introduce as 'playmates' , and from their a familial bond that would last a lifetime was created. Eventually, your sister stumbled upon a conversation between her parents that revealed the true nature of her blood ties, and from then and there she decided she was going to be the best big sister she could be for her little brother. Her little dragon....."

"This lead to her developing her characteristic temperamental, bossy, and demanding personality you grew to chaff under, but at the same time to her strong supporting, caring, protective, and nurturing attitude she took with you. While perhaps she may have taken it to its logical extreme, there was no doubt that she loved you dearly, and wanted the best for you. She had to be the best big sister for her little dragon, even if that means she has to be a little tough with him! That's why when you ended up getting exiled from Blackthorn City, she was devastated , as she considered what happen a controversy on multiple levels. Your failings, the Elders failings, her own failings.......it all came together into a toxic blend of self-loathing and regret that soon turned her positive feeling towards you bitter and angry.....but never quite hateful. Her personality become even more abrasive and draconic, and she was spurred by these negative feelings to become far greater than what she considered herself to be then: a complete and total failure of a sister."

"She first became a First Class Enforcer for the Dragon Clan, then became a honorary member of the Council of Elders after she earned power and respect, before finally being appointed the prestigious title as Gym Leader for all her achievements until that point. All that work and dedication to improve herself, in order to correct what she consider wanting and one day redeem both herself, you, and her entire family..... It’s both inspirational and heartbreaking, really. Eventually, she got her opportunity when she was elected to be the first one to be sent out to retrieve you for Trail, and was gifted the M.R. to ensure her success in that endeavor if it proved necessary to rely on its power. She made haste for Celadon City.......and you know the rest."

Another heavy sigh came from me, before I let go of your shoulder, and started to make my departure to give you the time and privacy to grieve.

"..................A shame it had to happen this way, but I knew by the paths you were going down that it would only end in bloodshed and death for either one of you. Take comfort knowing that she will be in a better place now, if you can...."

"I'll come back with the details of Megido's Revelation later, when you have time to.......cope with what's happened."
"…………..Stay strong, little drake."

Then, I was gone.

...he'd been hoping that Clair's Kingdra didn't know the one dragon move that could actually be made super lethal...or that if he did, it wouldn't have...

...

It was a gamble that needed to be taken, unfortunately...

...

Reiner...

...

REINER!

...

...Reiner...

...this just keeps getting more and more complex by the minute...

...

Reiner walks over to where his cous...half-sister lays...or, what's left of her...

...

...

...

...he picks up Megido's Revelation...his grip is incredibly tight on the 'sacred' artifact...

...

...

...silence.

...

"...what kind of grandfather lets stuff like this happen to his kin?"

...

She's not gone yet, Reiner.  Not entirely.

...

We aren't the only ones who were watching.

!!!

...you mean...

Yes, Giratina was watching.  And I've enlisted her aid.

Clair will not die here.  However...

...there's a price...

Yes, she will not be the exact same person she once was...and Giratina does not know exactly how different she will be...

...but she will not be dead.

...

...there's no other way, unfortunately.  She was brutalized by an Outrage of ridiculous, unprecedented strength, her mind already fragile from Megido's Revelation, torn to pieces just as much as her body was...Mew cannot revive her even if she wants to.

...

...

...are you okay, Reiner?

...I'll be fine.

...

...bring her back...please...this...should never have happened...

"So be it."   "......I'm sorry it had to end like this."

The stillness of death that had befallen the battlefield........was broken.

"If it is your desire to have your sister back....." "Even you accept she can not be the same....."

The wind started to pick up from all direction. Blowing all towards you from all directions.

".....Then it shall be done, My Reiner." ".....Regardless of the toll it will have upon your sister."

The sky, already turning growing dim as the sun descended into the horizon, slowly began to darken to the point that all but you and what remained of Clair was in pitch black darkness.

"For I love you like no other." "Willing to do anything to receive your love in return."

A spicy, pungent, and cloying scent began to fills the clearing, leaving you feeling dizzy and a little nautious. It reminded you of the incense they burned at funerals. . .

"And I can not stand to see you to suffer so...." "Nor see repeat my fate, and FALL..."

Then, you feel it. An intense , otherworldly Pressure like no other, which caused you to buckle and fall to your knees in a pose of supplication.

"I am here." "Look at me."

Your gaze is draw away from Clair, and towards the shadowy abyss above.

Giratina, the Queen of the Underworld, stood before you.

She gaze upon you with tenderness, worrying, nervousness and......sorrow. Anxiety. Regret.

Love.

"I will take her with me, and when she remade and whole, I shall return her to you. However........I must ask of you what I did for Dragonstrike."

"Is this what you truly want?"

"She will not be who she was."

"She will not be as you knew her."

"She will be tied to me, forever. Intrisically so."

"She will be different."

"She will be strange."

"She will be mine."

"So I ask you......"

"Is that what you truly desire, My Reiner...?"

Giratina looks upon with saddened eyes, before she closes them and bows her head.

"So be it."

The Maiden of Mirrors' massive, spiked ebony wings lowered themselves to the ground to scoop up what remained of Clair.

"Good bye, My Reiner. I hope our second meeting will be joyful....and that you will not be disappointed."

The Goddess leaned down, and touched the bottom of her head with yours....

*Blink*

Giratina was gone. The otherworldly presences were gone. All that remained of her passing were Clair's Pokémon and their Pokeballs.

That, and Megido's Revelation that lay within your hands. You felt its acceptance of you as its new wielder. Small comforts.
