IIRC, Ventus did say that it could be done this evening, actually. Or at least implied that.

And I'd like to get this done sooner rather than later anyways.

'Could' - this does not mean it 'will' be done. Can't you people hold that conversation in the morning of the next in-game Day, actually? This way all of us would be served I think, and afterwards is free to do what they like. I personally wanted to head over to Ginger Town's Daycare via Teleport and ask Ventus whether he'd like to tag along.

I just went back and checked exactly what Ventus said.  He left the decision up to Nathan and specifically said 'tonight' in the process, so he at least has to check in with Nathan. No guarantees it gets postponed.

Concerning that conversation, I actually wanted to adress something concering it, so please don't post anything about it just yet, @Lord Windos. Do forgive me for not understanding why you'd want to start with it now of all costs, least of all when you said here in Meta Thread that Ven wil be sticking rather close to Shiva after the battle and afterwards and I said it'be be rude if he'd leave her, I've been opting that he'll stay with her for the rest of the night. @Dragonstrike, depending on things you may need to edit or delete your latest post to match.

Righto, delaying posting until I sort out this tangled mess of obligations Ven has found himself in. I would like to point out that Ven could have spend a few hours with Shiva during post celebration implicitly, and then went over to poke the sleeping dragon that is Nathan, but if Shiva wants to start to monopolize Ven's time, problems are going to happen with that.

Would like to point out that Nathan wasn't completely seperate from everyone during the post gym battle sweets snacking.  I did say Charmeleon and Starmie could both take the chance to participate if they wish (and if Ventus allows it, of course)

Nathan's not being anti-social. Just quietly thoughful.

All Pokémon except Orthros (If he's not already sneaked a bite, that is) are allow to eat the Cotton Candy. If Orthros was sent out and tries to snack on it, Ven would have a poor reaction to that, to say the least.

However, Ventus already promised Nathan some answers in character if Nathan wants them, so...

This second round should hopefully go much more smoothly with how I plan to approach it, so it shouldn't be too depressing.

Yes, Ventus did, and he always keeps his promises and prior obligations, even if he doesn't want to. So Ventus will have to talk to Nathan before going to be, but whether or not they get to THAT conversation is up in the air.

*Sighs* Look, I like the fact that my character has become quite intergral to the others at times, but simultaneously I'd also like it if I were allowed to make decisions with him without having to constantly having to toe the line between Nathan's and Shiva's desire IC and OOC. You know, still do stuff for others, but ultimately doing stuff for his own reasons? If Ventus keeps getting strangled by either the red string or the connections of his friends in situation where I would rather do something else more productive/fun/non provakotory, then I'm back were I was when he had a full on hate boner for Orthros and all that was connect to him: not having that great of a time and wishing I was playing a less burdened, more 'Fun' character. Keep that in mind, guys, please.

That being said, I didn't really want to do the second conversation with Nathan, but Dragonstrike convinced me that not doing so sooner rather than later would lead to more problems than not. Shiva, on the other hand, seems to be perfectly fine besides a wee bit (understandly) overemotional after her Gym Battle Victory, and a few happy scenes with her should logically and emotionally all she needs to stay that way, especially since he's practically sleep with her without the giggity part every darn night and gets her breakfast every darn morning now.

In terms of keeping the in game party from self destructing and to stop squabbling about it OOC, I'm just going to get the conversation out of the way ASAP, and then have him head straight for beddy by. He'll probably also not want to also Teleport to Ginger Town daycare right now, since he'd rather work one last day at the Shelter and hang out with Lucifer to preform that bonding ritual and further solidify his...well, bond with the small drake. That's my decisions regarding the matter.

Now, I can't post that much right now due to needing to do a few hours of studying for both Physics and Evolution, so if you would excuse me....
