He's not entirely sure what to think about it...he puts the letter away with a quiet sigh. There's only a small hint of the anger that he and Kirlia had been feeling previously. Ralts dislike conflict, so Nathan's trying his utmost best to stay calm and reasonable...though he's most definitely far more confused than anything else...

"...well, this has certainly been an...interesting day...kinda looking forward to laying down after I've wrapped up some loose ends..."

After that strange thing Heart decide to finish his notes and going to the room. In the path to his room he see both Ventus and Nathan together. As much Heart dont get along very well with Nathan he decided to at least be polite and greet them. "Good night Ventus. Good night Nathan." Say Heart. "I was passing by and well, I would like to ask something." Them Heart show his own half of the mysterious red gem. "Any of you guys know if this somehow belong to Shiva? I have found this thing when I was finishing my Delta notes and found this. Any of you know something about that?"

Little Ralts is still sleeping peacefully...for now. Maybe just a tad bit more uncomfortably since Heart's approach, but nothing unmanageable.

Barely anything of that was visible though on the outside, the fact that it was dark here was certainly helping.

Something deep within her awoke again and told her that 'It's not her fault, that she has been told at the Shelter that this Gothitelle probably knows many important things and might sometimes act weird or unreasonable in the eyes of others, only to avoid an outcome only she was aware of. Give her some space, my dear, will you?'

F....Fine.... Doing her best to not let the confusion and even disapointment overtake her and eventually cast a foul mood on her and stain her being, she watched Gothitelle wander down Vapor Falls - "Oh! She...she visits that assumed cave down there again..." - and took the time to set up and adjust the burrowed telescope. A secure and flat place was found rather quickly, and Braixen was eager to provide some light to his Master with his enlighted basswood stick during the process. Given how she Shiva was aware of how to operate a telescope, she soon managed to get a clear and crisp image with this burrowed one.

When her Black Moon returned however and placed herself down while pointing to Shiva once again to express how she wanted her now-Master and maybe even Special-Trainer to fulfill her given promise, oh boy did the faelike young woman feel relieved and delighted... So relieved and delighted that she couldn't help but to walk up to Gothy and eventually faintly and somewhat timidly, but clearly well-intended and honest give a single stroke to the hand of hers with her own, all while keeping non-intimidating eye contact and a heldback smile. "Hehe... You came back... Thank you. So... I've told you that I'd take you out stargazing, and I'm keeping my words right here and now. If you enjoy it, we can repeat this at some point, or I could show you some of my own stellarcharts I made from watching the nightsky from my home, a distant region from here. I'd be happy to do so, so please let you know your sentiments one way or the other at some point, alright...? For now, let us enjoy the universe showing itself to us in all its glory, together..."

All the constallations seen, including Sirius and the distant galaxies and proto-galaxies - which Shiva was greatly and positively suprised to see, whoahw! - were skillfully and diligently noted down by her creating another improvided and selfdrawn stellarchart, and while she noted the date/time/place in the corner of this creation (Chreshire, top of Vapor Falls, facing South, 8th May 2017, 10:32pm), she began to hum and sing the same tune that she already sang to herself back then at the Tusk, when Chreshire's unique stars has unfolded to her the first time. It was like an innocent and melancholic lullaby to her, soothing her nerves and calming her mind to welcome the aid of the stars.

Pretending, believing that we're safe here...
This moment...is endless."

Shiva was a bit like the moon herself, one could say - mystical and elusive, creating a soothing aura when she's present, but a part of her was always hidden away from the bare eye. Once everthing was noted and journaly was safely packed away, she remained here for a little longer, simply laying around here facing upwards to the nightsky while keeping Cottone close herself with one arm while her grey psychic kitten was kept cuddled up to her with the other. Kyuu was purring to her again, and his emitted waves of psychic energy (if he was still unknowingly doing this, that is) felt...enjoyable. Weird, but good. All the psychic vibes that lingered during the battle with Potts, all the postive feelings from her own Pokemon, all the energy of the universe above here, theone every human and Pokemon was part of...

(...I'm giving Shiva a 4th point in Channel-Speciality here for 18xp. C: She's not learning 'how to fight better', that's ordinary and boring for my faelike character, means Fight Skill can happily remain at 2. No, she's learning to channel the energies floating in a battle better than before, unlocking a little more potential within her Pokemon.
I'll probably stick with using max. 3 Actions in a battle though, maybe excluding Gym Leader and Boss Battles, but they now will have higher chance to crit. That's it with direct battle-related level-ups for a loooong time then!~)

Sometime later, Shiva...awoke and blinked in suprise as she found Braixen having lowered his head directly beside her own, facing her with his resting expression. He must have wanted to keep his Master warm by sticking close to her as she herself has...oh well, appearantly fallen asleep right here on the spot due to all the silence and calm dwelling here. Blinking up to the nightky, she sat up, ran a somewhat embarrased hand through her untidy hair, and realized in relieve that the telescope was still there and that Lilith was carefully stroking this elusive thing. Checking the time on cell, she stared at the display showing 11:57pm to her for a little longer than usual, before eventually packing it away and standing up to gather all the materials, equiptment, as well recalling all her Pokemon bar Helios, Gothitelle and Braixen. Hell, she was hoping none of the other, mostly Ventus, was not sick of worry for her yet...

"O-Okay then... I guess it's about time we return to Stair City, shall we? We need to bring this telescope as well as the starchart we burrowed from him back to Potts at first though. Helios, you can easily teleport us there once we're at the base again, can you? But before that... Lilith, I'd like to see this spot behind the falls once again, now that we're already here. Just for short... Braixen, I sadly hadn't you with me when we were there earlier today, but now I do and I'd like you to provide some light to us, alright?"

Paying a short visit to the cave behind Vapor Falls again to have Shiva realize that the cave is now open after Mesprit has been fred, please!~ Just out of in-chara curiosity and to have her piece things together when finding out that Kirlia is a Ralts again.

Kyuu comes along too, eyes wide. He really seems to like Gothitelle. Every now and then on the journey, he tugs Shiva's skirt and demands that they stargaze a little more. He seems to like seeing it from different perspectives.

While they're climbing down the rocks toward the base of the falls, Espurr suddenly stops. Shiva doesn't even notice, as she's gazing at a new run of stars she's spotted. But she does notice when Espurr starts glowing - a glow that seems to start with his eyes and spread to his entire body. He glows and he grows. His eyes shrink to burning slits. His tail widens, and his ears perk up for the first time! As the glow fades, his color has changed to dark blue - he blends in extremely well with the night sky. He has some white stripes, but he also has an additional feature - a smattering of tiny white dots within his fur, like stars in the night sky.

Congratulations! Your Espurr has evolved into Meowstic!
He keeps that hidden ability, so he has Prankster!

Work with Gothitelle, and then a battle, was the final thing he needed to learn control.

Where Gothitelle had been so confused earlier, there is now a hole! An entrance to a cozy cave, about 10 meters wide, carved with wavelike patterns. It's otherwise entirely empty. Definitely wasn't here before.

Initial description here, but please note that all items, runes, and inhabitants have vanished.

How weird but also most enjoyable that her small grey psychic kitten was expressing such a liking for watching the precious stars above. Just when Shiva wanted to pick him up as he stopped her for the felt n-th time to enable him another new perspective to the celestial bodies, she spotted this new run of stars that MUST be noted as well! She has half-drawn her journal once again as she unwilling droped it and if fell back in the depths of her stuff again as the GLOWING of her psychic kitten caught her off-guard!

She...couldn't help but to halt and stare in wonder, a slight fear tracing her as Kyuu's ears perked up for the very first time, she subliminally prepared for a blast of fred psychic energy waving over the area just any moment... A wave that didn't came though. W...Where formerly a grey kitten stood, stood now a darkblue feline, barely visible if these white stripes and sweet white spots were almost glowing themselves while breaking the darkness around. He was wagging his fluffy two tails while staring up the sky again, and when he eventually gave a slightly deeper 'meooooow'! to Shiva, she couldn't help but to almost sweep him from the ground to enwrap him in a close hug so dear and fond that it almost hurt. There were no words needed, not a single one to express the JOY she felt over another psychic Pokemon having gained control of its powers thanks to the care she has brought up to it. (Her fragile self-esteem says thank-you!~) She keeps him out for the rest of the night, placing him on her right shoulder where he got comfortable and slightly tickled her neck with his tails.

Though she gently asked him to use Light Screen once again to prevent them all from getting soaked as they went behind the Falls once again, and to Shiva's VERY suprise the cave she strongly assumed here was now accessable. How weird, what has caused this change within a few hours? Well, she cannot know, but she can theorize and ponder about it... But not too much right now. What was certain, was that she was mystified and fascinated by this place, and couldn't help but to have Braixen bring his enlighted basswood stick a little closer to the wall to get a better look at these wavelike patterns - how beautiful they were! She carefully traced them with one hand.

Some minutes of wondering and fascinated looking around, she eventually turned to Gothitelle. "A weird, but fascinating place, wouldn't you agree, Lilith...? Was it this cave that you were so confused over before? There's nothing here though and it's late - how about we return the telescope and get back to Stair City then, shall we?"

The researcher gave them an apologetic smile and lowered the volume of his voice, motioning for Lucifer to do the same lest he accidently rouse Ralts from their healing slumber. "I wouldn't know myself of young Ralts sleeping habits, but I can tell their rest is indeed peaceful. They'll fully recover from this by the day's end, I'm certain."

Ventus gave them a tilt of his head and a curious frown at their answer, as he completely left out how/why Ralts has devolved into their species' base form once more. 'The only reason he'd avoid making a response or making allusion towards it is if the cause of his decision was of the private or sensitive sort. Otherwise, he'd speak freely about it, as the boy is far from being the untalkative sort. Hmm....what could it be, I wonder......' the sociologist thought for a bit, his frown creasing his face a bit as he did so, before with a minute shake of his head he dispelled it. Rather than rack his brain about this, he'll just ask for a private conversation with the boy for the full story later, and simply respond to what he deaned to say.

"So you challenged my mercenary, and he managed to brute force his way through your team, evolving his Froakie in the process, yes? That's...that's phenominal! I always knew Valder had great Strength and skill befitting his occupation, but hearing he overcame your team is stellar news indeed, and his aquatic partner's evolution is a boon on top of that too! He'll certainly receive a bonus for such a hard fought accomplishment, as he deserves to be well rewarded for this windfall of his!" the researcher said, his tone still hushed but still full of excitement and joy over his merc's victory over the young trainer! Its not everyday someone triumphs over the boy and his lightning fast team and evolves their Pokémon midbattle, after all, so some celebratory gifts are fully warranted in his opinion!

Once Viktor waddled with that letter and he observed Nathan's stunned/confused reaction over it, the scientist's natural curiosity kicked in once more with a fever, causing him to shake his shoulders a bit to catch their attention.

"Nathan, that letter seemed to generate a moderate stir within you, and I admit I find myself intrigued by the nature of the message itself. Is it something you mind sharing, or would you rather keep it to yourself?"

"You too have one? Hmm now thats simple strange. Or someone is problably making a prank between us, or there is more behind about this than we imagined...I make a quick inspection and this half dont have much anything in special like scription or anything, just a piece of gem." Then Heart heard Ventus reaction and make cautious face. "Well, I little concern about that Ventus. By my own experience two pieces of same gem appear from nowere its not always a good sight. I have a bad feeling about this, but I would like if I say I dont curious."

Then Heart thinks in some sort of better plan. "Just to precaution, I will release two pokemon, just in case something bad happen. Better be prepare then sorry." Then Heart bring both Rose and Gustav, this last one now a Clawitzer. "I okay with Nathan to decide that in his room."
