Shiva marches on toward the growling sound after Furret hides, filled with determination.
She hears a slamming noise behind her, and turns to see a Nuzleaf clinging to a wooden grate that has shut off her retreat along Route 05. To the west, the sound of a harsh scraping prefaces a Druddigon lumbering into view, snarling at the fae intruder! On its shoulder rides another Nuzleaf. Both Nuzleaf have a single pink petal affixed in the white fluffy hair beginning to grow on their heads.
Dragons ahead and a gate behind!

Nathan is walking with Ralts when he notices Ralts' face suddenly go slack, then a hazy smile comes over it. A feeling of motherly care wafts from his mind, and Nathan understands there must be some kind of motherly Pokemon around. Glancing down a decent sized side tunnel, he sees that Furret curled around an Egg. The Egg is a dark blue with yellow stripes and a red crown; clearly it is not a Furret egg.

Then Heart search his bag again and put a Blood Orange in the ground close to Watchog. "I came in peace." Then Heart sit in the ground. "This is great place to find many types of Pokemon here. This is a awesome place."
Heart then see again the Watchog. "Say would you permit me to let one of my Pokemon battle with you? He is a Tynamo and he is training in his ability to produce energy to reach his next form. I will not use any lethal moves of course might Watchog."

That's a weird looking egg...
...definitely not that Furret's egg, but who knows where it found it...
Nathan recalls Starmie to extinguish the light it's giving off. Last thing he needs to do is wake up this Furret unnecessarily...
...how is he going to get the egg away from that Furret, though? It certainly wasn't going to give it up...hmmm...
Alright, Plan A: attempt to sneak up to Furret without waking it. Need to try and get as close as possible to start with...
