Fresh Water restores 4 nonlethal HP and can't be used in battle, since it's not a topical solution. It does work on humans. Page 72 in the rulebook, though I've made the custom clarifications above.

My intent for an Enigma Berry is that you would consume it when out in the field, and it would vastly increase the chances of an asterisk Pokemon in the next encounter set. (If you're by yourself, you could guarantee that you wouldn't have to bid XP.) If I was already planning an asterisk Pokemon, it would become even rarer. For example it could go from having a rare move to having a rare move and being shiny. Or it could create two asterisk Pokemon instead of one.

It does have a chance to fail, or rather to be so slight as to be uninteresting mechanically. I won't tell you what that chance is, but it's not likely. This failure could take the form of an unusual pattern on a Pokemon, like the Furret with socks. But it's more likely to be something better.

It can be used anywhere there are Pokemon, but the Pokemon species will be based on what is normally in the area. You chew it at the beginning of the Encounter slot or at the end of the previous one, before I reveal the list. The scent attracts enigmatic Pokemon nearby.

The berries do not spoil by default. The vendor doesn't know what would happen if you purposely spoiled an Enigma Berry.

These are all stories you can piece together from what the vendor tells you. Common sense lets you know that it won't always be as drastic as a shiny, though! It just increases the overall mystery of the Pokemon in the area.

The costs for hiring this interesting guy rose higher and higher the more Shiva asked, and her funds would sink even more and more in the same process! More and more, she believed that she and the group couldn't afford a hiring of Mr. Finder for the sake of finding the Secret Library... True, if they would, the group would have to work for cash for pretty surely several days to share it in a fair manner between, that...well......didn't feel all that worth it, if she was very honest to herself.

A bit of a gloomy mood strikes her, making her heart feel heavier than it is, instantly her hand reached out to pet the fluff of her dearest Cottonee in order to comfort herself, while doing so she broke eyecontact with Mr. Finder. When she spoke up again, her voice was a tad bit lower, and a bit of sadness ringed in it. "I....I, well, do have to tell you that I have reasons to believe that there is 'someone' who has strong interest in finding the Secret Library before me the group I travel with can, so there's that to consider... Therefor I am sorry to say that it may be unlikely that I'll come back to you with the desire to hire your aid. Not blaming the high cost, they're reasonable, but I doubt we can afford your help without having to work days and nights for it... A-Also I wouldn't enjoy bringing you into possible danger. I'll keep your card though, and thank you deeply for your time! Spend a fruitful day then, this won't be the last time I'm lingering within this Violet Tent." A respectful bow, a handgesture to her Pokemon that they're leaving now, and Shiva was back in the middle of the fleemarket, surrounded arcane and occult.

These Enigma Berries caught her, indeed. She has issues to leave this booth, even more after the vendor has given her detailes information about their elusive crop... Eventually, all of Shiva's senses whispered 'Take one of the berries home' to her in alluring voices, and Shiva is lacking the strength to withstand them. So eventually, she reached into backpack, rummaged a bit in it, and eventually slid 2000$ over to the vedor, smiling in joy over the deal made. "I'll take one of these then, please. May I ask whether you grew them by yourself or whether you imported them?"

This was the last thing to do at this place for today, but before Shiva leaves the Violet Tent, she performs one last stunt: 

She withdraws all her Pokemon, sneaks out of the tent only to come in a few minutes later again, but now wearing her Ranger's Cloak with the hood over he head as well as that Guy Fawkes mask that Ventus bought for us at some point, as well as all her hair laid back and the biggest part of her head concealed by the hood. Due to having packed glasses into the cloak's pocket now, she has a hard time seeing distant objects clear, but she won't have to endure this long.

Finding a random NPC who looks like they're on the look out for rarities or simply makes a seeking appearance, Shiva would approach them, nudge them in a friendly manner to catch their attention, then tell them in an elusive and played male voice: "Hey, you.... You seem to be looking for something. Rare Pokemon maybe? Or a good deal that one may not stumble over everyday? You see, I heard something as I made my stroll over this place some minutes ago... Appearantly there's been someone here today that is in posession of a Druddigon, and that person is up to trade this dragon. Seems to be someone not from here, if the rumors are relyable it's a young female seen walking with a Gothitelle, and she's coming back here tomorrow. I don't know about you, but I'm already pondering what I could offer her in return for this dragon....."

Once that has been done, Shiva makes a quick step to the PC of the Pokemon Center to place Kyuu onto Bill's PC *meow*, and in return take Yena to her person. Then, it was about time to get to the...what did Professor Mallorn say agan, Relicafe? That must be it, was located in Cress Museum, so she made haste to get there now.

Heart did remember Dagny talk about something a Rapidash die in the attack of the vines...oh. He decided not to press Nathan with this question. It would be very much insesitive from his part to do that kind of thing. "You...look very similar with your father. I mean, from what I could see in that picture." Heart do feel umcofortable about what to say. He dont want to see Nathan have a worse mood. "Mind if I ask you something Nathan? Is there a reason about why you go in that pokemon journey? Its just...I dont know. Ventus its ecologist pokemon, Shiva is a breeder, and I a pokemon rare collector. Do you have some sort of job or work with something? Not that I judge you or anything, since you can go to a pokemon journey even if you dont have a job. I just curious Warren."

When following Nathan, Heart couldnt deny but make another question. "Also I have another question...its not like I hold grude or something but...why did you act so rude and badly with me when we first meet? Its something I think sometimes." And it is true. Heart just want to have peace therms with Nathan Warre. Heart is tired from the battles and stress both of them argue to each other. That bring suffer to both of them, and create a terrible situation. Even if they both cant be friends, Heart at least hope to find good terms for them to find peace.

Nathan pauses.  Looks at Heart and blinks a few times again.

The Relicafe is in the forward veranda of the Creshire Museum. It has a repeated fossil and fossil Pokemon motif. There are actual shards of fossil on display or built into the furniture. Relicanth, Omanyte, and Kabuto swim in the mural on one wall behind the bar. Each is labeled with its Pokedex entry.

They serve such delicacies as Omabytes, Carrafrosting muffins, and Lileats; mostly appetizers rather than traditional entrees.

Mallorn walks in shortly after you get there.

Shiva doesn't enjoy it much when people arrive late to an agree appointment, but because he is a Pokemon Professor and probably always busy, she takes it somewhat easy and gets lost in that beautiful mural of these waterly fossil Pokemon while reading the menu over and over.

When Professor Mallorn finally arrives, she would somewhat timidly wave him over, openly glad the he came in the end, but also somewhat unsure what to actually do and how to properly behave. I-It doesn't happen everyday that you're having lunch with a Pokemon Professor after all!

In the end, Shiva just decided to keep her respectful attitude to him. "Uh... Well, hi! Nevermind being late, I haven't been waiting that long... But, we can actually get some food right away and stuff, as the others...well, they didn't make it, I haven't seen them this Day yet, and me too was busy exploring Cress City a little. I also have the Pokemon I'd like to show you with me." Shiva purposely underlines this word, to express that its hers and she won't give it away. "Anything....new from your side, actually? What brings you to Cress City apart from bringing me that parcel?"

"I was paid by the Daycare to deliver that package, but I can always find some trade to do in either of the region's capitals! I check the Violet Tent to see if there's any cool technology there disguised as magic, I give Rapidash some training in the parks, and I needed a word with Tanuki. Next stop is talking to Dagny. Afraid I can't discuss it much. Well, would you like to show me this mysterious Pokemon in here, or should we wait until we've had our lunch?"

Oh, he too checked that Violet Tent? How amusing to hear. The mentioning of Tanuki caused Shiva to barely noticably perk up, she has indeed somewhat forgotten to take a look at her Gym while making her way to the various B&Bs and that Tent. ...Eh, nevermind, she can always do so later!~ "Now that you say it... Where in this town is Tanuki's Gym actually, which direction? Her I already saw during Little Cup held in Stair City a while ago. Is she as easygoing and sweet as I got to know her there according to you?"

Shiva won't ask what he had to discuss with Tanuki and soon Dagny, and in return she hoped that he won't ask her what was in the  parcel from the Daycare. Deal.

"Oh, eh, I'm fine with showing it to you right in there actually! It's neither big nor harmful, or in any other manner 'bad'. But...eh... let us make an order first, okay? I barely had breakfast, busy with other things." Anthing that goes well with a hot cup of coffee is very fine for Shiva, in the end it'll be these Carrafrosting muffins. Does the menu offer some snacks for Pokemon as well?

While waiting for the order, she does eventually retrive a Pokeball from her stuff, and in a swift movement Yena is summoned to the scene. I don't have any new drawings of him though. Shiva bowed down to be a bit closer to him and told the butterwolfly something that wasn't audible for Mallorn, before Yena eventuall wagged his grey tail in agreement and went over to Professor Mallorn to given him a bark as a greeting while looking up to him and while his tiny wings were shading sparkles around him. If Yena feels bold, he can also attempt to either sniff this man or bite the leg of the table , but the Training Kong Shiva would hand him then would certainly do better. "That's a Poochyena I picked up on Route 4, Professor. The creature just crosses my path, and evenually I made it to acquire it for me without battle... These...tiny butterfreewings are something I never ever saw on a different Pokemon than a Butterfree, and Yena is also slightly bioluminescent. But it's not one of these....Delta Pokemon, it's a regular Dark Type. I believe it could be an adaptation or such, maybe... Home in Unova, we don't encourage playing with Pokemon Genes to create hybrids, but this Poochyena doesn't show any hinderance one can expect from such. Do...well, you as a Pokemon Professor know more about such a phenomena liike adaptation in Chreshire, does it exist?"
