Nathan will wait for Heart to be present if he's not there atm.  So yeah, the whole group should be there eventually.

Should we wait for Heart to finish things with Gargryph before we begin Nathan's meeting?  Or shall we just continue on and run them simultaneously?

It will depend about how much time Heart can calm Gargryph and convince him to join.

I'm fine with waiting, since I want to do a little bit of studying without having to worry about being left behind or missing a post on accident. However, I'm not rejecting the other option if it comes to that; just that I rather wait first!

Also, what was so humerous about Ven giving Nathan the Sandstorm TM? I have an inkling, but I'm not entirely sure to make a guess...

You know, I've been thinking about how Weather is limited indoor in most circumstance (Save perhaps Sandstorm), but I just thought about a curious idea I thought I might share: abilities like Damp or Illuminate, seeing as they are mostly useless outside of specific circumstances, could be used to help channel Rainy and Sunny Weather respectively indoors, or maybe with the added function of acting like an Damp/Dry Rock (or both). That, or using a copious amount of Water/Fire moves produces enough moisture/artificial light to allow for Weather in doors? What are your thoughts, guys and Iron? It make those abilities more useful, even if such things were still niche, so it isn't overpowering them or anything.

I've been already thinking a little about how I could creatively set up something like a weather change indoors, but I feel it greatly depends on what surrounding one resides at currently and what Pokemon are on hand that could help. I'm not sharing my ideas, will do so when there's an opportunity maybe. Suprise!

I quite like how Damp and Illuminate could be more useful to help on this, but to my feels these Abilities alone are a bit too weak to enable something like a rainfall or strong sunshine within an enclosed area.
