[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
Well guys, how surprised were you that Ventus decided to NOT be a vengeful monster? Thoughts on this decision/path in character development?

This doesn't prevent him from hunting Pokémon, btw. Only needlessly slaying them without a good reason!

Okay, so time to get nitpicky with wording here.

Specifically, Tangled Feet says it reduces the accuracy of moves that target the user of the ability. (which is also kinda illustrated by the single substitute doll symbol next to the ability's description)

Toxic Spikes hits the battlefield instead of a pokemon, so it shouldn't have its accuracy reduced, correct?

In addition, spread/AOE moves don't really 'target' a single pokemon (the symbol for what they affect is multiple substitute dolls/a circular area around a substitute doll instead of the one next to Tangled Feet's description), so would the accuracy of something like Electroweb, Icy Wind, or Bulldoze be affected? My initial thought would be no. Kinda hard to totter out of the way of something if it hits both where you were and where you could end up. That's just my opinion, though.

I'm so proud of you, Ventus. ❤ (ɔˆз(ˆ⌣ˆc)

Really, it's great to see how you're able to make an unexpected turn, and suprise at least me outta the blue with this, and it's sweet to to see how he is able to regret something he was absolutely determined until now in order to not desirering to be that 'monster', as well as the fact that his newly-found love seems to play a bit of a role in this. Hummm~ I'm looking forward to see where the path will lead.

I would agree with this on common sense grounds, and the wording supports that.

Keep that in mind, Spiritmon! Your moves that affect multiple enemies will be more effective.

Hmmm...well, if Dagny was like fighting Ventus as far as the stats go, then fighting Tanuki is gonna be a lot like facing Nathan.

Yup, Bubble wouldn't have that -3 Accuracy penalty!

You could also use Aura Sphere, which won't miss even with the accuracy penalty.  However, plan carefully, since you need at least 1 accuracy die left after Pain (and other accuracy reductions) for the move to not fail, despite it never being able to miss.

Considering Clawitzer is your ace in the hole damage wise, though, think carefully about when to use Gustav.

Hey, Iron, just so you know: I'm silently waiting for your part concerning the finishing of the Cleanse Tag. That's quite a thing for me in- and outta chara, how is it to fill that former enchanted piece of wood with life by having Shiva paint the name of the Solrock Spirit onto it?

Whether I'll respond today or not depends however, I'm playing Uranium in the background.
