Tanuki throws a Pokeball with all her might into one of the tubes. You can hear it clattering around inside, then hear it open. There is some bumping and falling noises, then a Spinda comes wobbling out! Spinda became confused! -2 Initiative.

Heart was very worry about that Spinda. He suspect that Spinda may have a certain ability so Heart decided to change a bit the strategy he have in mind. "Caesar! Lets prepare the field against her! Use Toxic Spikes! Then go ahead with Double Kick! We need cause her some damage at least!"

Nathan's not really sure why Heart flipped that coin.  From the sound and look of things, he also lost that coin flip.  So now he's at a slight disadvantage outright on top of facing Tanuki...hmmm...

Nathan puts his pokedex away.  Well, battle's about to begin, so it's time to watch and see what happens...and brainstorm ways he can attempt to use the battlefield to his advantage, as well...those tubes look like they have a lot of potential...

I sent you your XP in a PM - I think it was 4 for Malphena and 2 for Ven. I put Valder's XP in his doc already.
Ventus also gains 2 roleplaying XP.

Malphena wasn't raised brutally like Apsis was, so she is more interested in capturing it or even traveling together if that were possible. She really enjoyed the thrill of that subterranean chase, though.

Tossing a Pokeball at the fainted ghost, Ventus' new senses realize the air is fresher, his mind and his Pokemon's minds are clearer, and the Candelabra only burns very evenly and predictably now. That Memento was the living effect of the paranoid energy emanating from the FTS gas, in much the same way that Chandelure was. With Chandelure out of the picture, the gas comes out in slow, even amounts, and the fire cleanses it as intended.

Oh, and Haunter is definitely growing stronger from that gas!

It has Flame Body and 4 Disobedience.
It knows Confuse Ray, Ember, Astonish, Minimize, Will-O-Wisp, Nightshade, Flame Burst, Imprison, Hex, Memento, and Curse.

It's not worth as much as a Druddigon, and that 4 disobedience hurts its value a lot, but it's a stone evolution with a high Pokedex number, so it's worth quite a lot to the right person. Easily worth 2 TMs. Not as valuable as a non-Creshire Pokemon or Mega Stone, either. In cash, maybe 7k+.

"Well, thank you. Well its because I couldnt bring Nidorino to the Little because of his evolution stage. He is second evolution, he is after Nidoran. I still have plans to make him a Nidoking when got the chance. Well, if Caesar want of course." Heart look to Nidoran. He was thinking about switch Caesar, but he was thinking in one thing: Spind might have a move in her sleeve to make Spinda attack first against Caesar like a priority move. Heart need to make sure what move that pokemon have since he just see Psybeam. And because he need to at least make that Spinda receive any good damage. "Caesar! Poison Sting! Exceed that pain little buddy!"

Writting on the enchanted piece of wood after adding Solrock Spirit's name: 

- Go-Gi-Ti, the shrine to Giratina being sunken somewhere in Southern Chresire
- Sta-neh-soll, the true name of a minor Solrock Spirit that was bright and uncommonly stony+bulky during it's lifetime
- I've also noted that this enchanted piece of wood will especially ward off Ghost-Grass and Ghots+Water Types, it has been stated somewhere.

Shiva's actually a little disappointed by the process. While she was writing those names, she felt her hand being guided. That felt good, felt right. But then nothing happens - no glint of light, no reaction from her Pokemon, no different feeling of the piece of wood.

Shiva is sure she did everything right, though.

How weird. The expectations, the anticipitation, all the work she has put into this moment, that good and right feeling of having her hand guided by the spirits - now, nothing came at all. Was it all in vain...?

This can't be true. It simply cannot. Shiva kept that assumed Cleanse Tag in her hand, the brush pen still in the other, and simply looked down at it while...slowly, disappointment made itself a home within her. Did she miss out anything of the creation process?
No, she doesn't feel like she has.

Was the Solrock Spirit too weak?
If it is, she cannot do anything about it apart from starting all over, selecting a stronger spirit this time.

Was the combination of Giratina's Shrine and Solrock's Spirit a bad one?
That was something she couldn't estimate before.

Does the...Cleanse Tag have to be tested at first, or similar?
She desired to head to the graveyard tonigh anyway.

Was the location where she painted the Spirit's name onto the piece of wood a 'bad' one?
....She should have made sure the atmosphere was fitting, finishing her work at dusk at her dimmed room while burning incenses would maybe been a better choice?

Not averting her gaze from the piece of wood that was so close to being completed but was far away from the aim at the same time, Shiva made a slow hand gesture to catch her (In Gothy's case) Psychic Type's and (In Braixen's case) future-Psychic Type's, both being right beside her, attention and spoke to them in a low voice. "Braixen, dearest one... Chant for me. Chant for US, please. Fill the park we are at with your voice....... Lilith, what do you with your Future Sight? How will...tonight be, how will I feel tonight if I'll take this 'Cleanse Tag' to the graveyard? Any hints?"

Tonight is out of range for Lilith's Future Sight, but she does lay a hand on Shiva's shoulder (rare contact from her) as if to assure you that everything went well with its creation.

Shiva did not flinch away as her Unovian gothloli-Pokemon did something that felt like an attempt to comfort her. That hand of hers on her shoulder - it touched her deeply, she wondered whether it were the stars that have different plans in this matter... They haven't left her, they were providing their aid to her even during the day, it simply was an invisible guidance that strongly lives by believing in it. Believe... Trust... Hope? Very carefully and without looking up, Shiva does extend her hand with the brush pen to very softly onto give Lilith's hand on her shoulder a gentle stroke if she alllowed as a response to Lilith's action.

Still, it did little to ease her in-chara disappointment. She did things right, she was sure now - she didn't get what was wrong and that was giving her a headache.

Or.......Was her new Cleanse Tag a kind that simply disguises as an ordinary piece of wood with weird painting on it, while the power lays within?


Whatever it was, Shiva doesn't know, and maybe a minute or so later she let out a not-so-impercible sight and allowed herself to fall backwards onto the grass to take a look at the tree tops and the sky marking her ceiling. Mother Nature wouldn't leave her alone, she was always there to provide warmth and comfort - even now.

A small handgesture was enough to call her dearest fluffball to her, carrying Spritzee in her fluff around all the time. Seeing how...weirdly mixed her sweet Master was feeling, Cottonee blinked a few times as her prankful mind was processing what may have happened - eventually, she'd place herself very close to Shiva in her arms, allowing strokes and cuddles as much as necessray to ease her mind a little again. Silently, Shiva accepted and soft-wrapped her arms around Cottonee and Spritzee.

"Dear ones, we'll stay here for a little longer. (Note, that means until dusk) I like this place....and I need to sort myself, to some degree.... And most of all, it's confusing. Lilith, please don't wander off on your own. Or at least warn me before you go, alright?"


Shiva's current Pokemon on hand can enjoy what they enjoy doing for the rest of the daylight. Shiva herself will simply lounge around here, thinking over things, listening to Braixen chanting peacefully to her, doodling runes and flipcharts in her journal, maybe visit the shrine of Celebi by the end of the path she's residing at at some point for paying tribute to this precious Pokemon.
