Spinda Horde Round 1 - Valder

Night Slash - May I suggest leveling up Brawl?
(4)(1)(2)(5)(5)(4) - critical hit
(5)(2)(1)(5)(6)(4)(6)(2)(6) The first Spinda C faints (they have 6HP), leaving 2 Spinda with the Own Tempo ability and 3 with Tangled Feet.

Tackle 1
(5)(5)(4), (4)(2)(6)
2 Str +2 power +1 stab -3 vit
(4)(2), (5)(1)
The crowd of Spinda is unable to harm Theo with the press of their bodies alone.

The other group, seeing this, uses Teeter Dance (twice) and Uproar (once).

Uproar 1
(4)(2)(1)
2 Str + 3 power +1 stab -3 vit = 3d6-1
(2)(3)(3) Theo just stands there stoically in the middle of the press of bodies, calmly seeking his next target.

Teeter Dance 1
(3)(5)(2), (4)(5)(6)
Valder, Theo, and Spinda group D became confused. Tangled Feet is now active, making them 3 dice harder to hit.

The cave starts filling with the "WHAYOWHAYOWHAYOWHAYO" cry of Spinda.

Uproar 2C
(3)(4)(1), (2)(3)(6)
(2)(5)(5), (3)(6)(1) Theo takes 1 dmg 5/6hp

Uproar 2D
(3)(1)(2), (5)(6)(2), (1)(1)(3)
(6)(5)(4) Theo takes 2 dmg 3/6hp -2 pain.

That means all told, Theo will have -5 accuracy vs Spinda Group D.

(@Nylon, it's allowed to send out up to two Pokemon, if you wish!)

Chewing through the tunnel wall comes an enormous Durant the size of a Heatmor. This one would not go down to its natural enemy so easily!

Spinda Horde Round 1

What a chaos, but what a truely fun encounter too.
So Group A is confused and suffers -1 Strenght, Tangled Feet Ability. Contains the Spinda I want to catch.
Group B has Own Tempo and solely suffers -1 Strength.
Furret's at 6/11hp, Gothy at 4/9hp. Yikes.

Her Encounter with a horde of Pokemon known for their confusing 'dancing' went so fast and somewhat chaotic that Shiva could call herself lucky that she hasn't ended up confused by herself by now. It.....seems like these Spinda were indeed up for a fight. How rude, now after Shiva has somewhat saved them from nightslashin' Theo! But...maybe inspired by that, they wanted to attempt battling someone or something as well, they had home advantage, and Shiva was the unlucky person who was the closest when they all came dropping down from the ceiling.

.........Fine. FINE! She doesn't want to fight, but she by all means has to, cute spot-panda Pokemon as her foes or not, there's no other way, eeeek! She stil desires for that semi-legendary one to not dislike her after catching it - if it has the Ability Shiva's after, well aware that this particular one is a super-useful one for her battle style. She kept watch over where in the mass the heart Spinda was, and it delighted her to no end that it indeed showed the trait she wanted to have on her own exemplar.

Seeing how things have gone dire, in a swift movement Furret is recalled into his Ball, in return...a massive grassy sauropode got summoned, commonly known as a Tropius. Has his species ever seen stalagmites and stalakites? If sucessfully activated, Tangle Feet was tricky to play against, but it's not like Shiva hasn't learned a thing from all the broadcasts of League Battles and own battling in this journey! "Lilith, you're doing okay, you want to continue defeating these pandas with me? Please have faith in me, just a little more...these are just CUTE CHILDLIKE POKEMON, no big threath! Though, you see how one of the group is clearly walking more disorientated? Leave this one to your new battle partner - instead, turn to the other batch, and show them your psychic powers strong enough to create a visible wave!" ... "You, dear Tropius - please target the Spinda that walk more unsteady than the other with some Razor Leaves!" "Dizzy - thank you for you help! I'd like to catch one particular Spinda however - please don't attack before I haven't tried so NOW!" First catch attempt of that Spinda with Tangled Feet Ability and a heartshaped spot on its shoulder with a Steel Ball goes off now. Seal Strength 2! It has no pain but is confused. (Thanks for clearing this!)

Shiva would not have expected her voice to be that loud actually and neither for her being so eager here, but she had to raise it accordingly as that UPROAR from Valder's batch of Spinda came up.

--------------------------
Accuracy Roll Psyshock 1 for Group B (Own Tempo): 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 4 Channel - 2 Pain - 2 Actions = 5d6, still Crit Chance
Accuracy Roll Psyshock 1 for Group B (Own Tempo): 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 4 Channel - 2 Pain - 3 Actions = 4d6
Damage Roll: 3 Strength + 3 power of the move + 1 STAB = 7d6
Additional notes: No CD. Am I right in the assumption that the wave of a Psyshock will hit the whole Spinda Group?

Group A feat. Tangled Feet receives 2x Razor Leaves, as it a move that hits multiple targets it has a higher chance to hit them! We'll play safe however, I'd rather hit keep my Accuracy Rolls high, therefor no 3 Actions.

Accuracy Roll 1: 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 4 Channel - 1 reduced Accuracy - 2 Actions = 6d6
Accuracy Roll 2: 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 4 Channel - 1 reduced Accuracy - 3 Actions = 5d6
Damage Roll: 3 Strength + 2 power of the move + 1 STAB = 6d6
Additional notes: High Crit chance, hits all foes.

Nathan is diggin'. As soon as he starts excavating, he realizes the wall is not 100% stable...but he sees a very well preserved fossil, right there!!

It looks like fossil-rich silt is washed in by underground rivers and then turned to stone by immense subterranean pressure and many many thousands of years.

5 Dexterity + 3 Survival +0 Science
(6)(1)(1)(5)(2)(6)(5)(4) - 5 successes. He uncovers a fossil.
(3)(2) = 5, pretty average. Nathan finds an intact Claw fossil! He also gets a few shards of sandstone with incomplete imprints from Shellder. These are too common to sell, and don't contain any DNA, but they are neat.

There definitely look to be more fossils inside this wall, but he's made it slightly less stable, so it'll be a little harder next time if he wants to continue.

Spinda Horde Round 2 - Shiva

Dizzy trots over to Valder, then.

Tropius has (3) Initiative, so he's next! But first, a Pokeball:

The Steel Ball has Seal Strength 2, it's like a red Pokeball.
Seals: (4)(6)
Special Spinda's Will: 5, -1 confused = 4 = (3)(2)(3)(6) Nice, first try!

Spinda was caught! There are now 3 Spinda in Group B.
Tangled Feet
1 Happiness, 2 Loyalty, 0 Disobedience
0XP moves, Copycat, Feint Attack, Uproar, Teeter Dance.
It also looks a lot calmer in its Pokeball now that it's out of the pressing horde.

Razor Leaf 1 on Group A
(2)(6)(5) - the Spinda of this group are often ducking behind each other or stalagmites.
(2)(6)(6)(3) Group A takes 2 dmg 4/6hp -1 pain 3 Confused Tangled Feet Spindas.

Group B mobs Tropius, so he's surrounded on all sides. At one point, he's even picked up off the ground and carried a short ways!

Tackle 1B
(6)(1)(2), (2)(1)(2), (3)(3)(1)
(2) The big sauropod isn't even hurt, but when they set him down, he is placed on his side!
Those two failures are confused, and hurt themselves! They go bumping all into each other and the press of bodies, the mob, is not a safe place to be

Knockdown 1B
(6)(5)(3)
(3) -1 accuracy for the sauropod

Psyshock 1 on Group B
(4)(6)(6)(3)(1)
(5)(5)(4)(5)(5) A Spinda from Group B is out of the battle with that excellent damage roll. Now 3 Spinda in each group.
It doesn't affect multiple foes, so I think they are picturing it as a vertical wave, like a sine wave, not an ocean-type wave.

Group A is a danger to themselves!

Tackle 1A on Tropius
(6)(2), (2)(2), (3)(1)
(6) Tropius takes 1 dmg

(6)(5), (4)(3) One member of Group A has 4hp, one has 3hp, and one has 2hp.

Razor Leaf 2
(6)
(4)(1)(2)(6) Group A takes 2 dmg. One faints. One runs away. The remaining Tangled Foot Spinda has 2hp.

Tackle 2B
(6)(2), (6)(2), (6)(4) - did this slightly wrong last round, but it made no difference.
(6), (2), (6) Tropius takes 2 dmg 7/10hp -1 pain

Psyshock 2
(3)(6)(1)(5)
(2)(4)(6)(4)(6) A Spinda B takes 4 dmg. So they are 6/6/4.

Tackle 2A
(4)
(1) No damage to Tropius.

The two groups merge together spatially - a Razor Leaf will now hit all 4 remaining Spinda.

6/6/4 in the Own Tempo group, a 2hp in the Tangled Feet group.

Heart could feel the end of the battle coming. That Gligar who poison Koa is trying to hide in the shadows to let the poison finish off his green dragon. What he didnt know its Heart having a pretty useful Antidote! He use one to heal the poison stats of Koa. Its too dangerous to let such thing there!. "Koa! Patrat! Time to combine your attacks and focus them! Patrat! That Gligar (A) is trying to flee and hide in the shadows waiting to the poison take effect! Since he have low health now, use you Seed Bomb!" Heart throw a Blood Fruit to Patrat use gun of seeds he have! "Lets see that Gligar flee from a ranged bomb of seeds! Koa! "Koa look to his trainer waiting for orders. "Time to show them your signature move! Use Dual Chop against that last Gligar (B)! Time to finish this!"

Seed Bom Accuracy: Dex (3) + Fight (3) + Canalize (3) = 9d6

Damage: Power (3) + STR (3) + Work Up (1) = 7d6
Effect: Ranged attack in your face! No flee on my watch!

Dual Chop Accuracy: Dex (4*) + Fight (3) + Brawl (3) - Accuracy (1) - Actions (2/3) = 7d6/6d6
Damage: Power (2) + STR (4*) + STAB (1) +/-Rivalry (1) = 8d6/7d6
Effect: Double Action. The little dragon is on fire! Imagine when he become a Fraxure!
Kogeki currently ability to active in battles: Anticipation.

Nathan hammers the net into place. Now if the wall collapses, he should be safe. Makes it a little harder to mine, though, in addition to that instability.

(4)(2)(5)(6)(3)(6) Luckily, the wall is almost as stable as the first time.
(4)(6) = 10. A rarer fossil. Nathan finds a biiiig mineralized toenail. Elephant sized.
Insight + Knowledge + Science: (3)(3)(1)(1)(2)(6) Luckily, Nathan visited the Creshire Museum, and is 100% positive this isn't any of the fossils or species listed there! (or in his journal). His knowledge roll wasn't good enough to determine anything else about it though. He's just confident it's a toenail.

Again? He's not positive if there are any more good fossils with DNA, or not, but he can see more depressions and things.

Gligar Round 2

Heart sprays the Antidote, careful not to step onto the battlefield.

Dual Chop 1&2
(2)(5)(4)(5)(4)(4)(3) Critical hit.
(5)(3)(1)(4)(4)(6)(1) Gligar B faints. He's holding an Aspear berry.

Seed Bomb 1
(5)(4)(4)(4)(2)(3)(4)(1)(1) Thanks to a little bit of shadow, Gligar A isn't critically wounded, but he's still knocked down by a perfect stream of seeds.
(2)(4)(6)(4) Gligar A faints. He's holding a Razor-sharp Claw which looks like it would make Pokemon flinch on occasion.
