Trying to ignore the embarassed, Heart decide to change topic. "Anyway, Shiva do you any injured pokemon? Gustav can still use Heal Pulse. I can only use one more time today though, so lets be careful now guys."

At that, Shiva visibly perked up in surprise, needing a moment to gather proper words to reply. "Me, injured Pokemon? I, well.... Tropius would possibly appreciate some healing waves, thank you. But please not now, Heart! I've ordered him rest after we've taken care of a horde of cute Spinda, later when we've set camp you can use a Heal Pulse then."

"Okay then, shall we move on? Or.......Ven, Valder do you think your Ghost Types could SOMEHOW manage to retrive a small sample of that goo for me to investigate it later, please, without catching these Grimers' attention?"

When Heart meet the others in the camp, he waved his hand, still walking back with the pair of Gligars in his bag. "Hey everyone! Gladly to see your encounters end well! You will not believe what hap....OH MY GOD VENTUS! THATS A DURANT FOLLOWING YOU?!" Heart was startled with the giant metalic bug following Ventus, and almost summon Rose right away. "Stend back Ventus, I take of this."

Ralts is more scared of the bug once it starts clacking its mandibles in self defense!  Eep!  No no no no no!

Nathan and Ralts stay close to Swiftfire, careful not to make any aggressive implications and avoid getting involved in a potential fight themselves.  The bug's attention is on Heart, not them, and they're gonna keep it that way if at all possible!

However, Shiva DOES blame Heart not for his reaction, but for his potential to cause a ruckus or at worst start a battle against this Durant when there was no need or reason to! He gains a friendly, yet dunning glance from the female fae-enthusiast. "Heart, please stop. There is no need to 'take care of it', it didn't look hostile to me at all until you raised your voice. Stay calm... Moreso, I guess this Durant has been following your for a reason, Ven, it doesn't look like....", rather boldly, she makes carefuly eye contact with that huge Durant in a non-intimidating way, "...you shared a battle with it.  What did you do?"

Tropius grows his berries pretty much no matter what. As long as he's out of the PC for a time between harvests.

Ventus quickly explains that this Durant is a Pokemon he'd like to try to catch, and it is following him hoping for another picnic lunch.

"Ah. In that case, how about we move on to see what lies ahead of us, and eventually finding a place to set up camp and enjoy SOME MORE OF THE FOOD WE'VE PACKED? We've been walking for hours by now, and I'm getting....tired."

If he wants to catch that Durant, hopefully it'll follow them now further as Shiva mentioned more food.

Heart apologize for his overeaction. "Sorry about that Shiva. But you must admit: A Durant following you is at least something worryfing to say at least. Even more if is a overgrowing one. Anyway, gladly to know you are okay Ventus. Lets eat something. I need to take care of these two too." Heart points to his fainted Gligars. "I meet them with holding items I fainted both. And since this place have predators capable of make them food, I decided to take of these and wait for them to regain conscious. I make oath to help nature you remember? And a promise made from a ArcHeart, is something to make sure to happen." Heart say. "Also, I think it is time to rest indeed. Who is prepared to listen ghost-stories in the fire? I am!"

Gracing his beloved girlfriend with one of his most heartfelt and radiant smiles for her timely intervention in preventing a rather.......unfortunately confrontation between his Durant ward and Heart's overeager defensiveness (Irony!), before turning towards the rare collector and fixing him with a neutral frown.

"I would have figured mine and Raphael's unscathed state of being and the sense of calmness between us three would have been ample indication that Durant was not a threat, but it appears you required further clarification before that was apparent. Forgive me for not making such clear in the first place, Heart," the researcher said wryly with a quirked eyebrow, his response perfectly polite yet drier than desert sand as he lightly chided them, before letting out a small sigh and giving them an equally small smile.

"Since nothing came amiss from this, though, all can be forgiven, but please don't jump the gun next time my friend. The reason Durant is following me is that I offered some substenance in the hopes of acquiring it for myself, but for now its seems content to follow us around in the hopes of further snacks before it makes an decision. If you could, would you mind sharing some of your delicious food with me, so that I can further persuade them with it to join with me willingly? Nathan, would you mind sharing some Honey too towards that end? Having its aid in burrowing through obsticales and navigate the depth of the mountain would be a boon, and its durability means that it will not be so easily worn down on the journey, so convincing it to help us of its free will is only a positive thing. What do you say, gentlemen?"

*Flashforward to the Grimer Goo Scene*

Ventus was inclined to agree with Heart/Nathan to avoid the green goo alotogether and avoid the risk of EVERYONE getting Poisoned by those Grimer, but Shiva's plantative look + response broke through his reservations, causing Ven to fondly sigh before retrieving two empty potion bottles (Yes, he keeps them, as Recycling is good!), calmly turns to Valder and politely requests they summon Haunter. He then hands the two bottles to the grinning 'good' ghost, and points over to the goo that seemingly captivates those Grimer, and said: "If you would Haunter, go over to that green goo and fill the contents of these two bottles with it and then come back, as your Typing and immense Strength will make it so that the Grimer are a non-threat, should they try to challenge you. If they pursue you, knock them out and do whatever you see fit. To maximize your safety Lucifer (who is currently out with Raphael) will support you with Tailwind and Raphael with After You (Only if they are not sent to the PC prior to this moment, though).  Do you understand, Haunter?"

Order: 'Explain' things, then Try to convince Nathan and Heart to help Ven capture the Durant on the ground of it being a useful addition to the current party, as well as just being bros. He'll deposit Raphael in his PC to accommodate them in his party if Valder doesn't want to hold them in his free party slot if he ends up being captured relatively soon after being given all the treats he want (He'll be captured in a Pokeball), which means future orders will be altered accordingly.

At the Grimer Goo Scene, Ven will order Haunter via Valder to goo scoop up enough Goo to fill two empty potion bottles, and to deal with the Grimer as he sees fit if they engage him. He'll be supported by Tailwind and After You from Lucifer and Raphael respectively, though not from the later if Durant ends up taking the archangel's place.

Maybe we should wait until we're in a safer spot before we bust out the snacks, though..."

If they were alone, Ven would receive a massive and fond thank-you hug from Shiva for soft-giving-in to her hidden and shy curiosity, but since they weren't he had to be satisfied with a thankful squeeze of his hand.

She's not sure whether trying to attempt some of that goo was a good idea at all, but in case the Grimer would attack, they could still run - for now, she'll simply wait whether the Ghosts succeed; since it was her idea she'd rejoice to obtain one bottle of Potion filled with that stuff.

From Shiva's view, that's more than enough to find out what it is later, she'd desire to leave it at that and move on since she does not want to risk a battle with these Grimer, despite she trained multiple Psychic Types to protect her from poison - but she and Gothitelle had enough action for today.

That, and having at reliable burrower would be ideal, as we both can atest. *Thinks over their recommendation, before nodding their head* Yes, I agree. Let's find safe camping ground before we proceed to enticing Durant to join us, as the last thing we need is other wild Pokémon swooping in to molest us for our supplies....."
