[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
Well in my opinion this is something Heart cannot hide forever. And he kinda already acostumed to Nathan bursts of reaction. Heart its kinda a well without emotion in this moment after that..."brief" transformation. Ralts its kinda dont caring about much in this moment.

...well, we're gonna be in for a real treat this time if you drag those Nuzleaf to the rest of the group, I can assure you of that...

Please Spiritmon, I rather have this a delayed reaction to brutalizing those Nuzleaf that have the entire party go nuclear and lose several days of progress IRL as we try and process/recover from it before moving on with our journey. I know its unfair to ask that of you, but for the sake of our characters IC and OOC.....please?

You two have points. Good points to be honest. And bring two lethaly Nuzleaf would bring only problems to the group....
Okay, post coming about leaving the Nuzleaf somewere. Sorry @PhantomUnderYourDesk, no snack for Migheyena today. Because Nathan think everyone who try to kill deserve to be spared (with I not agreed but who am I to judge). Anyway, post coming.

...not exactly the reaction for Nathan and Ralts that I had in mind, tbh...and again, who says the Nuzleaf were trying to kill? (and on top of that, even if they were, would it have been purely for the sake of killing?  A lot of wild pokemon, as Iron has stated previously, don't really distinguish between 'lethal' and 'non-lethal' without some kind of training)

Thank you for not dragging the Nuzleaf back to everyone else, though.  I just hope this doesn't come back to bite everyone in the rear later...

I can have a couple of reasons:

1 - Hitting those Razor leaf in both Heart AND his pokemon.
2 - Iron comment about him reducing the number of Nuzleaf because Heart would be dead without able to do anything.
3 - The level of inteligence of them about making such trap and using coordenate attacks show some level of inteligence, so they are pokemon who can "choose" what to do.
4 - About killing Heart lets see...robbing his items? His pokemons? Perhaps just to kill since Heart enter their territory? Dont know and dont care. They asking to be attacked. Heart only defend himself and give those pokemons a well deserved punishment. If that make him a villain, I couldnt less care.
5 - Also lets agree pokemon its not perfect beings too. They can be evil or evil mischief like humans. So I wouldnt be so much surprise if a pokemon would kill a human. Wouldnt the first time.

Man I tell ya something: That last post was by far one of the biggest and more emotional posts I ever in all this roleplaying game. Sometimes you cant simple write any post, you must...feel the emotions you character will have in your story. About how he will feel or act. I imagined every little and big emotion my character would feel right now and put in just one post. Sorry if I have caused any uncomfortable feeling or nasty emotions...if any of you people have any issues, just tell me and I gonna change what is necessary.

In response to all of this, there's one point I can make: Heart reacted aggressively, and the Nuzleaf responded in kind.

I doubt the Nuzleaf care about robbing someone deep underground where nobody travels.  And I highly doubt it's purely a territorial thing.  Asking to be attacked?  Probably.  Asking to be killed?  Doubtful.  I think they're just causing trouble for trouble's sake or something along those lines.  Nuzleaf aren't exactly the kind of pokemon that kill on sight.  They're definitely not average Nuzleaf, though.

Iron did say 'kill' when he talked about the nerf, but I think he actually meant 'faint' since he was specifically referring to Heart getting a chance to seek cover from the leaves he purposely left himself exposed to (and Razor Leaf is not a Lethal move).  It was a really small area to be fighting in, so of course Heart got hit if he wasn't hiding behind something.

Yeah, they seem to be smart.  I didn't see them dealing any Lethal damage, though.

No, pokemon aren't perfect, but they're not irredeemable if given a chance either.  Otherwise, nobody would train things that naturally know Lethal moves or are territorial to the extreme.

The 'shoot first, ask questions later' approach doesn't exactly work very well if you want to try and figure out what's going on.  No problems with the 'defending yourself' arguement and attacking them, I just don't agree that the Nuzleaf were 'obviously out for blood'.  'Innocent until proven guilty' is quite applicable here, and they were not guilty of inflicting any mortal wounds.  Whether they intended to, we won't know because there's none left to question.

Windos, can I request that Nathan try to handle this thing with Heart, please? Alone, preferably. (We could say Valder comes along as backup as well if needed. That'd be fine too)

I have made some changes. Using my sweet root to spare the life of those two Nuzleaf. I have think about that. At least the Lethal damage was heal thanks to those Sweet Root since they work just like potions. In case didnt work @Iron I use potion instead. I still dont trust those Nuzleaf...but its better save the life of someone then live with a heavy on your mind.
