"P...Patrat I can take, outside of his Pokeball however, I'd rather not...exchange one of my party members once more. For Water Type I have my dear and loyal Azumarill, Heal Pulses I currently don't need. But, thanks a lot for the offer." Her voice is exhausted, heavy as she speaks that out.
That worried look from Ralts she picks up from the corner of the eye, and returns it with a look herself that seemed to visualize 'I'll get along, somehow. Please don't worry for me too much, it'll only make you sick.'

Ralts quietly sighs and turns his attention to Nathan. If anyone is going to make him sick (literally), it's his best friend...he needs to make sure Nathan isn't straining himself too much, or the trainer really will get sick from the intense cold! He's at least halfway there already!
In short: Ralts isn't done with this topic, but he leaves it be for now in favor of trying to deal with the more immediate issue.
(OOC, Nathan should be fine, I'm just trying to emphasize how little cold resistance he has.)

Guess the playfully-mischivous fairy with in her has taken things a tad bit too far now, having flown over a boundary she should definitely have seen on a Crit-Fairy Wind. All she was able to bring out now was a soft and low "Ven... I'm sorry. I, well, didn't mean it ill, in not the slightest way." Still she felt unmistakeably guilty, her conscience began to bit her again in lots and lots of tiny Bug Bites. Fear awoke as well - the fear of feeling so horribly lonely and empty once more just like yesterday night, after Ventus has practically escaped her after that discussion about his search for Shedninja, where the darkness and coldness hit her more intense as she was there on the nightwatch.
Still however, she herself...felt mostly fine in concerns of the coldness, not in the need to huddle up to the Fire Types now, she hasn't handled that mentioned that Never-Melt-Ice neither! She'd rather prefer to keep going, finding a proper campsite soon enough. What exact time may it be by now up on the surface, has the moon risen already?
The swiftly handing-over of the special black mud she accepted then from him without inquirering further. To some degree she's impressed AND sad that he'd set his reservations above the definite healing powers of the Hurtloam, for it shows nicely how strong his phobia and denial of anything arcane is. For now, Shiva does put the Frozen Hurtloam into a side pocket of her cloak, where it'll be kept warm by her natural body temperature and be close to her occupied six Pokeballs.
These...unspoken words almost caused her to flinch away massively, eeek! D: She took a protective stance and raised her arms in front of herself like a shield.
But behind it, shemostly returned his unimpressed look, even if in a way more shy and careful manner. Thoughts and unspoken words ran from one corner of her mind to the other: 'Y...yes, I've sent Furret back to Bill's PC, and I'm taking the consquences of this action rightfully! It's...either getting more cold from here or incredibly hot depending how deep we decend into the earth further, and it's not the best terrain for my dear Furret! I... I've already abstained from taking Braixen with me due to your reservations, and left an Eevee Egg in Bill's PC to have one worry less, so this one time I wanted to do what I enjoyed, without feeling restrained by you other people's input. Regardless whether I'll regret it... And, a STAB-Ice Type move! Disagree with it as much as you like, but please don't blame me for following solely my desire in this case, this one time."'
(Outta-chara, Furret has fulfilled his purpose and gathered the missing XP to learn Helping Hand alongside the quest, and a Normal Type isn't the best choice in further wild Pokemon Battles against Guardians, even if Keen Eye Ability cleary speaks for him. Instead, I'd like to have Bergmite learn Icy Wind for 10xp as soon as possible, if it's disobediant also start working on it instead of postponing that, so that I can combine him with Alolan-Vulpix in Trainer Battles right away. My other five Pokemon on hand are clearly able to get along themselves, I'm not relying on a definite sixth Team Member. Does that...reason things sufficiently? ._. )
She calmed moderatly during this whole, unspoken assurance of herself and (for her) act of bravery, and lowered her guard to simply cast a tired and concealed unhappy look at the others of the group. Ven 'only' received a nod for his agreed help, she values it a lot despite she currently seems unable to show that. Her voice has become lower as well when she spoke up. "Thanks, dear... And, well, yes, I'd volunteer on taking the first nightwatch in order to properly get to know my new Pokemon-on-hand, if you others are fine with that, too." A little more quiet, she added "Yes, later then is fine as well. But....please not too late, I don't feel like I can...endure this lack of sunlight for much longer without becoming.... falling into... ah, you know. Artificial Vitamin D in pills can only do...so much."
What nice display of how swiftly and drastically Shiva's mood can change this whole regrouping was. Eventually, she turned away, slowly, but threw a look over her shoulder towards the others while readjusting her scarf. "Shall we... move on then? Please? Mr. Finder, which way will lead us further to our hoped destination from here?" She'll keep Yena and Dizzy flanking her sides further down the path again. Precious pure Dark Types...
".....Apology accepted. Just be more mindful of what you say for now on, and this can be soon forgotten."
(...)
Ventus held that meek stare of her for a solid minute, his natural empathy and sharp scanning her emotion and deciphering the most probable thoughts behind them, before letting out a small *Sigh* and gave her a begrudging nod of his head before turning away. He'd preferred that Furret remain for their familiarity with Mt. Sentry and their support capabilities, but if his girlfriend honestly believe a untested Bergamite would be the most ideal Pokémon for her to have over them, he would judge her for it any longer.......at least not visibly and overly so.
(I understand loud and clear with that rationale, but Ven's all about plans and pragmatism, so while he too is understanding he's also still not all the pleased with his gf's decision. He's going to be more discrete about such feelings though, so cheers?)
(...)
Hearing that last comment of his flighty fae fancy caused the sociologist to sharply look over in her direction, with a worried, severe frown firmly affixed at the thought her befalling to that great and terrible malady of the heart and mind. Ventus then turned his attention towards Raphael + Lucifer (the later still clinging on top of the former) , who were at the moment warming themselves around Swiftfire, and called out to the former, getting their immediate attention as he said: "Raphael, come over here and give generate some sunlight for Shiva with Morning Sun. She appears like she's in dire need of it, and the rest of our group and myself would appreciate basking in the moves Rays too, so if you could please.....?"

How ironic, usually Shiva is very mindful of what she shares and voices; this was one time here she allowed herself not to be so/be just as free and not-wary like the curious Bergmite she met, and promptly ended up being reprimanded for that. Oh well, she's not too happy by this outcome either, but she's taking the responsibility for it - a slight nod to Ven displays that she has noted his advice, before she averts her gaze again and meekly rubs her arm. Concerning Bergmite-over-Furret, it's too late to get Furret back and Shiva doesn't regret her choice at all, it took her a suprisingly big amount of courage to simply decide on this without hauling in the other's thoughts.
The rays of Morning Suns she makes visibly sure to catch up as efficiently as possible, she literally felt like their warmths was crawling through her clothes and skins to reach her inner. After a little, she carefully beckons the archangel down from his flight towards her, where she's envelop him into a kind and fond hug! A shy and thankful nuzzle is also shared, Shiva does enjoy his soft feathers tickling her cheek. "Thanks, Raphael... Your aid is much appreciated. If you...could repeat that procedere one a day for me while we're travelling down here, you'd greatly help me. Please. I...do own a Pokemon with the same skill like you (Nightshade/Cherubi), but I've left her at the surface as she wouldn't enjoy this environment at all."

The Morning Sun does feel pretty good, even this deep under a load of rock.
Mr. Finder guides you to a campsite, using his Growlithe's Rock Smash to take a quick shortcut around some belligerent-smelling Graveler. Geodude ducks out to go talk to them, and comes back while you're setting up.
The campsite is wide enough for five or six of your ridiculous camps, and is made of stone rather than earth. It doesn't look like it's changed much in centuries of time, aside from one or two new tunnels. "We'll be taking the north tunnel in the morning," said Mr. Finder. "Still no chances for Rock Smash to save us any time, but there are some a few miles ahead that I'll have to sniff out when we get there."
There are interesting carvings on the cave wall. Lots of Elder Unown carvings, all too eroded to read at all. There are some Delibird etchings, all calmly facing the viewer. On one wall near the north tunnel is this symbol:

How cute it was that this particular Geodude was still following and to some degree even helping them, like for example with these...Graveler. Shiva was not too afraid of them if they'd face them however, as she trusting in her various Grass- and Water Type STABs on hand. But, she simply wasn't up for more battling today and mostly desired to call it a day, so she's rather thankful to Geodude. Later, when she'll perpare dinner for her Pokemon, she'll prepare a tad bit more for that Geodude to express her thankfulness.
Looking around in this wide WIDE stone cavern, she seemed relaxed again. Tired as well. Her gaze wanders to investigate the walls in curiosity, as that...carving of the Legendary Birds caught her attention! Remebering something, she nudged Heart/@ Spiritmon by the shoulder and once she has his attention, she pointed to that carving, telling him: "Heart, didn't your icy stone tablet show a Moltres and a Caterpie with a crown? Let us take a closer look at that carving there, shall we?"
As soon as they were close enough, Shiva frowned. Weird, these birds look as if they were merged, as if a very mad Breeder has played Arceus. If she touches that carving though, does her sixth sense tingle? Do these Caterpie these Birds hold wear crowns as well? And: Is Shiva possible to make a photo on cell of that carving, if flashlight is activated?
Whatever it is, these Delibird told her that they KNOW what they depict, so this can't just be a casual drawing or coincidence.

Heart join Shiva. He looks the tablet and look to the stone wall. "Well, style of art is very similar. Bad thing none of us have a caterpie to test out."

(Uh oh...that's a Zapmolcuno symbol...I REALLY hope that thing stays in the manga it originated from...)
Nathan definitely finds these etchings incredibly interesting, obviously. He's been trying to distract himself from the cold, taking notes while Swiftfire follows everyone. He needs to take his gloves off to do so, though, which only makes the problem worse.
Worse still, he has to do it while mounted on a moving horse on top of it being almost unbearably cold, so his writing is definitely messier than usual.
And yet, he still tries to write in his journal regardless of the difficulty.
Upon reaching the camp and noticing the symbol, he does his absolute best to try and copy the symbol, muttering to himself all the while.
"...m-more C-caterpie...hmmmm...m-must be s-symbolic if it's c-consistently sh-showing up...probably something to do with the old k-kings..."

The etchings don't seem to be magic (nor do your tablets). The Caterpie in this symbol don't wear crowns. She can take a photo of it.
